Dear users,
We are sorry to advise that, as notified by power supplier of our mining farm, due to the worst flooding in over 70 years in China's Sichuan province, the power supply equipments have been short-circuited and are under emergency repairs now. This emergency repair may take about 10-15 days. All miners and payouts are affected, except K5. The recovery time will be announced later.
We deeply apologise for all inconveniences bought about.

Let me offer my sincere sympathies to those whose lives are impacted by these floods. I hadn't heard anything about this until it was mentioned here.
The current situation with the flooding sounds like the perfect time to resolve the Z11 issues while everything is down. Shift them around, change the connectivity, move them to different locations, whatever you need to do to get them back up and running at full capacity when the issue is dealt with.
I hope that the Hashnest representative posting here and their family is safe from this disaster.

I deleted my last post because I was asking for an update about Z11, but Hashnest put an announcement on the next day, and no need them to reply here too.

I understand that the disaster that hit has caused a lot of problems in the area of where the mining centers are located, but there has only been one message here and one mining disbursement in the last 25 days, and the most recent notification on Hashnest was back on Sept 2, 2020 saying that their power was coming back on, and that the Z11 among others would be mining again.
I am trying to be patient and wait for updates, but if we reach 30 days without any word or update then I will be compelled to divest from Hashnest instead of continuing to do business with them.

Which types of hashrate do you hold? I have seen next to nothing for my 200+ Z11.

Even the lucky app area with raffles is locked up it seems, one is at 250/250 for days but won't declare the winner.

Edit: Let's try this again. I did get a payout to my Z11 and K5 today. Hopefully this will continue. I'm confused by the way they are calculating the maintenance fees, as the main market page shows about the right amount of mining profit, but the USD value is lower than reported by Coinwarz and the market values I'm seeing. The profit calculator similarly doesn't reflect the mining reward values if the mining overview page is to be believed. I guess I will just wait and see what the actual mining rewards are as more come in and calculate things myself from there. Edit 2: With 222 KSol Z11, the mining overview page states a daily payout of 0.19306452 ZEC (looks about right compared to Coinwarz calc) The Z11 page states a payout of "7.13 USD" and Maintenance of "2.32 USD" for Sept 17, 2020. (7.13 / ($59/ZEC) = 0.12 ZEC) The profit calculator shows "7.0618 USD PPS Payout/ 1 Day, 2.29744 USD Maintenance, 4.76437 USD Earnings" Previous amt in wallet: 1.302 ZEC After payout: 1.3788 ZEC Payout: 0.0768 ZEC ~ $4.529664 USD Amount that should have payed out: 0.19306452 * 0.6747 (32.53% maintenance) = 0.13026 ZEC 0.0768 / 0.13026 = 59% of what we should be getting. TL;DR: Profit calculator is closest to being right, but none of the numbers on the mining page are accurate.

This is what I have found as well and it seems to have been going on for quite some time now. They also never honored the discounted electric fee for those who pre-purchased electricity.

Z11, S19, S17, U6 contracts are having the discounted electric fee, 0.055USD/kwh. Do you have any misunderstandings about this, you can check the transactions for details. And for pre-purchased electricity, who hold KWH in your account, enjoy the discounted electric fee as well.

Due to offline miners, real hashrates of z11 are lower than theoretic hashrates. We are working on it, hashrates will be restored gradually.

When do you activate the internal cryto-usdt exchange? The usdt erc20 transaction fees are too high !! 4 usdt to move 60usdt is too much.

Also curious about this. It would also benefit hashnest as the fees would be a nice profit.
