Could a higher price be negotiated for someone having a lot more followers than 250 ? The payment right now isn't much attractive to anyone with more than 1000 followers.

I am a regular trader there. Why don't you just disable ads for the times you are usually sleeping or are not there ?

I personally feel thats what they have been for all this time. No one really uses them for the anonymitiy factor unless he has been doing something illegal.

Spent a lot of time, which feels like it has been a waste of a lot of time. Advice to any starters in gambling is to stay out of it, and rather spend the time doing something productive. That way you will actually acquire skills that will help you earn more for the rest of your lives.

Does highlight most of the points. Would have probably been better to post this over at the Trading Discussion. As for the localbitcoins point, usually the replies and disputes are settled within a day. One thing you can do as a beginner to avoid disputes is to trade with people who have had previous trades on there.

Wouldn't that mean you are involving yourself into something illegal which is against the rules of the forum ?

I have had a similar problem when I gamble, the want to bet more despite losing money on a gamble.
I just block the site using a blocker as soon as I am done hitting my goal on the amount wagered on any site. Another thing I would suggest is to block away the rest of your btc for extended hours to not impulsively get that introduced into betting.

I see a similar thread for a campaign. Doubt it any of you would be getting paid without an escrow. He is asking you to do offers which earn him 0.25$ and is promising to pay you 3$ for it.

bitcoin is not legal in india, i personally visited india for so many time but i didint notice any thing about bitcoin, i also have some friend from india and they also told me that they are using bitcoin illegally in india and the government of india has not yet announced any statement about bitcoin,
Well, just because its not used or heard about, doesn't make it illegal. It is completely legal depending on how you use it. Check the article. The government usually doesn't comment about it, but as long as its not termed to be illegal, you are fine using it. That is correct. Legality and Extent of Adoption are 2 different things. If you see the India sub-forum, there is a vibrant community and lot of active exchanges. Exchanges wouldn't be allowed to exist if Bitcoin was illegal. Exactly, anyone who wants to look into this further, feel free to check out services like Coinsecure, UnoCoin and Zebpay.

Perhaps a button which distributes your bitcoin to the rest of the people on the network would have been a lot cooler. But why the hell would you want that, incase you end up clicking on it accidentally.

While I understand they hiked the price for that person, he should have asked them to return the money, and probably making that post was justifiable. The unocoin post you are referring to, has the person saying he isn't sure himself and said he is guessing its the same guy from Unocoin.

Actually it is not. I used to think it is, but its better for smaller odds. Once you make bets on games at 2 multiplier, the odds are actually much less than 50%, they are more like 30% giving the sportbooks a big house edge. This is also the reason that some of the biggest gambling companies in the world are sportbookies and not other gambling establishments .

I think they pay their taxes following the laws of their countries , but as Bitcoin is decentralized they can hide their earnings from selling Bitcoin.
What are you even talking about ? How is decentralization remotely related with paying taxes ? Once a seller sells bitcoin and earns a profit, all that money goes in his bank, which is then used to calculate a profit. He now has to pay taxes on that profit, as the money is entering the financial system i.e a bank, which does not depend on the bitcoin or the fact that it is decentralized.

This is a great way to introduce students to bitcoin. It can also promote bitcoin and bring in people that have new ideas and uses for bitcoin and other altcoins.
Last year there was a similar thing where students from MIT got free bitcoins. I doubt anything came out of it. From what I heard most of the coins just got sold to the highest bidders or got traded for normal things.

Actually there is nothing you can be 100% sure. Even some people do IMPS themselves and complaint to bank that they did not did that. SO there will be always some risk involve.
I have never had a case like this, but since when is IMPS reversible ? Even if the bank comes to take your money, you can show the localbitcoins trade information to probably not let that happen.

To my opinion majority of localbitcoin sellers are not paying taxes because their earning after tax deduction would be very low. There are not so many big time sellers with huge amount of transactions.
Thats not how things work. I doubt everyone is a full time trader. This is not the only earning they have, There are tax brackets and if this is the only earning they have, then they might be paying taxes next to nothing.

Out of curiousity, whats the value of one SNL right now ? Don't see it listed on any exchange right now. Would like to also learn more about it .

Its being created by the person who once was associated for long time with Unocoin. Not sure why they got separated.
Curious to know where you have such information from ? The other thread where it was labeled as a scam doesn't really mention anything of this sorts.

Nice to see you giving out betslips along with the tips. Always helps to establish the extra trust. Looks like its 1-1 for today, with 1 win and 1 loss. Good luck for the next bet.
