701  Economy / Goods / Re: Does anybody need anything from Walmart? on: September 16, 2016, 04:23:38 AM
I would be very interested in this. Could you give me the price that you are offering for it ? As for the postage walmart does order for free shipping over 50$
702  Economy / Digital goods / Re: sell egifts and vouches on: September 11, 2016, 08:36:01 AM
So how many vouches do you have left? I would love to take one off your hands if you don't mind. I can leave a comment on this topic if it works as well.

He  had just replied above, that by vouches, he meant vouchers. Probably mis-spelled it initially in the thread.
703  Economy / Scam Accusations / Scammer angelinius - Default Trust members please look into this on: September 11, 2016, 08:32:29 AM
What happened::
User angelinius scammed me. He runs an Uber Thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1612687.0 . I approached him to buy the referral rides, and after his initial reply, I paid him about to 0.019 btc: https://blockchain.info/tx/87e9ab503b3b714e2ee501099e042458a10ccab8baa83220a6cb6e63d0d7b1cd

After paying him, I asked him to add the rides. On his thread it says:

Rides are added within 24 - 48 hours of ordering.

I gave him 2-3 days for adding the rides. A day later he says, that he cannot guarantee adding rides within 3 days.
I then asked him for a refund as he could not fulfill his 48 hour promise. I told him, that I won't be needing the rides in 5 days, so no point on buying. So asked him to  refund the amount.
Ultimately he refused, and did not offer the refund.

Hey there,

The order is already in process and cannot be refunded.

I will do my best to deliver your rides by sunday but it is not guaranteed.

Thanks!

He also didn't add the rides. About a week later, people started complaining on his thread about not receiving rides.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1505643.60

He then sent out an email to everyone, about refunds. But didn't provide it. He again didn't reply for another 2 days, probably delaying so his account doesn't get a negative rep, and today he sends out a message saying refund processed.

But the amount he has refunded is partial: https://blockchain.info/tx/92f422bdd99a70006306795e6161a2fd50f15d969237531e2a8c7dd1441a7a90

I then told him, that just because the btc price increased, doesn't mean he can keep the rest of the btc. I then asked him to honor his initial promise of the 3 rides for 10 and I will pay him the remaining balance.

And then I got this message from him now:

The refund has been made in terms of value.

+ In fact, it has been refunded more than its initial value.

If you are not happy with it, return the BTC and I will give you the amazon $10 voucher.

If you keep insisting on going on like this, threatening me, I will use all my rights against you to legally act upon you and this case.

Regards.

So firstly, he didn't deliver what he promised. Scammed multiple users and stopped replying. Later he comes in, probably after another deal he got or after I opened up a scam accusation thread against him today and refunded partial amount. He is refusing the refund the full amount.

Payment Method: BTC

Additional Notes:
I would also like to point out, that he had charged me about 0.002 btc extra because I was paying with bitcoin. But at the end didn't even refund the full amount, as well as cut me off on the btc amount.

Oh alright, whats the price on the Kohl cards ? And can they be clubbed to do single orders ?
705  Economy / Digital goods / Re: sell egifts and vouches on: September 11, 2016, 06:35:15 AM
By vouches, do you mean you are looking for someone to vouch ? I can take a card and place an order and then do a vouch for you.
706  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed By User angelinius on: September 11, 2016, 06:32:33 AM
He just refunded me right now, so should be solved. If anyone else has not received a refund, then please message me, and I can reopen for you.
707  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Need a vcc with 4.19 usd in it on: September 11, 2016, 12:19:03 AM
I don't have a vcc but I can have the product shipped to you by ordering through my account. You can PM if interested.
708  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: Unlimited bitcoin debit card | Worldwide Mobile Topup | Bills Payment on: September 10, 2016, 05:07:48 PM
Does the debit card work just like any other debit card, except for the fact that it can be loaded using bitcoins ?
709  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scammed By User angelinius on: September 10, 2016, 05:00:31 PM
1. Use a proper scam report format on Here
2. How could you (a hero member) got scammed by a full member rank? he also doesn't have any good trade history. Never thought for using an escrow?
The situation is really simple. The thread also has other people complaining who haven't received their money.

Well, I would have used an escrow, but he has a trade history and was fulfilling all the orders as said by other members in the thread, until his method stopped working or something. Since then he started scamming.

Honestly, I feel like he is about to scam someone else, which is why he isn't commenting or replying anywhere. This is why I am requesting a negative trust on him.
710  Economy / Scam Accusations / Scammed By User angelinius on: September 10, 2016, 04:42:13 AM
I paid this guy for Uber rides who has his thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1505643

Profile of person: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=539361

He has already admitted to not have delivered the rides. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1505643.msg16175271#msg16175271

He later said he would refund it, and I still haven't received any refund of any form yet.

Can some trusted member in the default list, please give him a negative trust ?

Thank you

711  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] 3 Free Uber Rides For Just $10 on: September 10, 2016, 03:06:05 AM
Provided him my btc address as he said he would repay with btc, but I still haven't received anything yet. I will just wait for another day.
712  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] 3 Free Uber Rides For Just $10 on: September 07, 2016, 04:51:39 PM
Contacted him as well. Unfortunately he wants to refund using paypal, which I don't have. So have asked him to buy me an Amazon Gift card instead which can be purchased using paypal. Will update this once I hear back.
713  Economy / Digital goods / Re: Uber Referral Rides on: September 07, 2016, 02:16:43 PM
Would love to take a vouch copy as well if you still have any left.
Got scammed here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1505643.0 :/

But definitely am interested in buying a lot of rides.
714  Economy / Digital goods / Re: [WTS] 3 Free Uber Rides For Just $10 on: September 06, 2016, 05:50:58 PM
Been 10 days, still waiting.  Your PM said 3-5 days.  What's up?
I have been waiting for some time as well, with no updates. I asked him to refund my money, but he won't do that either.
715  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: OpenBazaar , a failure ? on: September 05, 2016, 09:18:18 AM
From a personal experience, I didn't see anything different on OpenBazaar than on this forum. Also not a lot of sellers are active on it, so I do feel it wasn't a big success. Also I don't think the world is using bitcoin to buy or sell stuff, so there isn't actually a demand for such a marketplace.
716  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will China buying help the price to recover? on: September 05, 2016, 09:14:42 AM
Why do you think the whole China will only look into buying bitcoin during Yuan's devaluation ? I would assume they would increase their holdings in other currencies, which are not as volatile as Bitcoin because they will obviously be investing a large amount of their money.
717  Local / India / Re: is bitcoin illegal in india? on: September 05, 2016, 09:12:47 AM
Nishith Desai and the RBI think not. Though the RBI has issued a cuationary note.
http://www.thehindu.com/business/Economy/bitcoins-per-se-are-not-illegal-in-india-nishith-desai/article5538900.ece
The article clearly says that its not illegal, but can be illegal only depending on the use of it.
However some important points like Selling goods abroad i.e exporting can be illegal.
718  Local / Marketplace (India) / Re: WTB amazon.GCs on: September 05, 2016, 09:10:00 AM

I can sell you cards  incase you are still interested. Please PM back with the amount and rate you are willing to offer.
719  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Texas Holdem Poker?? on: September 05, 2016, 09:03:01 AM
Are there any Texas holdem Bit Coin poker sites where you can play with other players and not against the computer?  I like to play against other players because it seems more fair.  Please link me to one or PM me a referral link if you would like referral credit for this.  Thank you in advance.
I have never played on a site where you play against a computer. How would that be any fun ?
My go to sites for playing against other players has been Nitrogen sports and SwC, would only suggest you play at those 2.
720  Economy / Gambling / Re: Hityourbit.com | 2 BTC Launch FreeRoll | Bitcoin Poker LIVE NOW! on: September 05, 2016, 09:01:43 AM
I think the next freeroll is in a hour, have not played this site yet but would like to see how the rng runs.
Looks like we need 30 players to run this, sign up fellas as the payouts look decent.

They need 30 players minimum to run, which means they will never run. This site is dead on arrival. RIP

They do not want to learn from other sites, there were many failed poker sites. Even those failed poker sites offered something better than what they have atm. One of them is bitcoin.gg, it was the best new poker site on 2015, but finally they closed down because they got less interest while in fact they offered better freerolls and better layout. I dont know why it is so hard to run bitcoin poker site while fiat poker sites are running very good (even without freerolls).
To add to this, Even NitrogenSports is trying to get their poker running, but even their tournies or cash games seem to be less popular these days. Poker overall is seeing a downward trend in general on all sites.
