Getting backlinks is the key...if you have not already done that then submit your website to major directories...update your sitemap weekly (webmaster tools)...google "get free backlinks" and ping your site (only to sites with 8+ pagerank). As far as your site have quality backlinks, traffic does not matter...At the beginning I had used this site for increasing alexa rank, http://rankboostup.com/, but do not use it once you get adsense. Alexa rank and adsense are not related, alexa calculates the rank based only on alexa tool, on the other hand adsense requires content. Adding an alexa extenion would be good. All these steps will get your site below 1 million within a week or two, but to get adsense you still need content. Yes, faucet rotator is the key to get referrals. Anyone can create a rotator and promote it on micro earnings section. As far as you are bumping the thread you will get a couple of referrals, but the trick is to get an established user base, people who will use your rotator daily.

At present I am using bitcoingrind script...I downloaded WinCoins script from here, http://sourceforge.net/projects/wincoins/. You have uploaded pics of reporting system and admin panel, but I do not see any of these features in the script I downloaded. If there is an admin panel and a reporting system then this script would have been different from bitcoingrind.

There is a thing called patience...I have received two payouts from them...it might take couple of days, but you will get paid.

At first only a couple of anti-bot links were there which were clearly visible, then it was increased to up to 10, then some admins came up with the strategy to hide links using background, then some of them started placing links between ads, if clicking once was not enough some faucets are using double click strategy and finally I have seen a handful of faucets with click and drag dots to box anti-bot system. Yeah like the OP mentioned anti-bot links are indeed a necessity, but using it for purposes other than bot abuse is pathetic. A bot is not going to click clearly visible anti-bot links then why hide it and use complex techniques. This has to do more with getting clicks and not paying users, anti-bot is just a lame excuse.
