Mellowads have a good rate for url shortener, I had added short links on three of my faucets withdrawal buttons, rate is good, but there is a small problem, pop up ads, apart from getting impressions on their ads, mellow monetizes using their pop ads network so it is a bit too much for a general faucet user.

One more main thing, your short URL placement is quite wrong, if  a new user visits your faucet and is welcomed with a mellow shortener, that user would leave, "YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE SHORT LINK BEFORE ACCESS FAUCET". Do not place URL shortener on the landing page (main faucet page). Tweak it and add it to claim button or something like that. Users would not care too much about it as far as the faucet is paying.

Tested, received 5 satoshis, there are only two ads (coinmedia). Are you planning to run the main faucet with two ads, there was a one ad faucet with above average rewards (just one ad, but it was google ad ) and it was a hit among faucet users. Even if you keep the rewards below average and have a low timer users would claim since the site loads instantly and is not filled with too much ads, but you need to have mellowads or coinzilla or coinad to make a decent profit. The btcfaucet.io faucet was profitable because it had mellowads, but health faucet only have coinzilla and ppcadmedia (both are very good, but still to make at least 1% profit you need 1 more good ad network and that is mellowads). Hope I would not have to close down this faucet also.

Mellow ads url shortener requires the user to solve recaptcha before the landing page so I guess that is why some users like you mentioned are facing some difficulty. Recaptcha uses some kind of algorithm to determine whether an user is genuine or bot or using proxy and based on it increases the complexity of captcha.
