You can also go for Binance, Bybit, OKX or Kucoin. If you want to use OKX, be careful not to send less than 0.0005 BTC which is their minimum deposit for bitcoin. The exchanges that OmegaStarScream also mentioned are good. Where are you from? If you're looking for fiat exchanges, maybe you can look into Bitfinex, Bitstamp, Gemini and Crypto.com. Coinbase and Kraken are probably on the top, so I'm not sure you would want to switch to something else unless they're not offering a specific thing or token you're looking for.
Is Bitfinex having segwit address for bitcoin? I wanted to use the exchange some months ago but it required me for KYC which makes me not to proceed because I did not know if it will serve the purpose of receiving with segwit address. The exchanges you mentioned are also good. I just assumed that OP is more inclined to fiat exchanges since he mentioned Coinbase and Kraken. As for your question, then as of November 2023, Bitfinex fully supports native SegWit: https://blog.bitfinex.com/announcements/support-for-bech32-addresses-now-available-on-bitfinex/

may I ask a question? can people introduce their NFT projects here in bitcoin forum with leaving the links to their website and social media? I thought it was against the rules. i don't know. maybe I misunderstood the rules.
Yes, you can do that. There's nothing preventing you from doing so. Just make sure to read the sticky topics to understand the rules better (don't spam, don't promote something illegal, etc.) other than that, you should be fine and if there's is a specific rule, you'd like to clarify, just post it here.

I'm using Google translate here so assuming I understood you correctly...
Recovering your hardware wallet on Trustwallet was not really a good choice. But since you've already done that, as far as I know, Trustwallet doesn't let you access more than one address. That could be the reason as to why you cannot see your funds and if by "SegWit" you mean native SegWit (addresses starting with bc1) then Trustwallet should support that so I don't think the problem is related to that.

You can't simply convert your addresses to SegWit addresses, and not move them anywhere. You would need to transfer them to a SegWit address, whether you decide to use the same seedphrase as your current wallet, or create a completely new one.

You can try with paxful .com as I know it is world wide p2p buy /sell service and maximum type of payment system available with local and Globally
It's been sometime since I last seen someone mention it. I doubt anyone uses it anymore after them shutting down and coming back under a new leadership. If you don't have a problem doing KYC, you might as well just go with something more reputable, has more liquidity and doesn't charge any escrow fees like Binance P2P.

So in short there is a 12% premium charged in my country
So I was thinking like in the old days I could purchase btc internationally via creditcard
Does anyone know any European or international platform offering such services??
Where are you from? You've got a few options like Coinbase, or Bitpanda for Europe. If you're willing to verify your identity as it looks like, it's probably better to use your bank account directly, or deal with other individuals P2P to eliminate those high fees.

For the legalities, that depends on where you're from.
The process should be quite simple though. Sell your BTC in a local exchange to your local currency, withdraw that and use it at a currency exchange to buy whatever foreign currency you want.
This is assuming that you don't have a "black market" like some countries and foreign currencies are easily accessible from banks/currency exchange desks.

and have API or web-socket interface ? just asking.
That's too vague of a request. A lot of decentralized exchanges have an API, but what is it exactly that you're trying to achieve? fetching prices? trading? something else? what do you need websockets for? the more information the better we can help you.

My electrum History tab shows 1.286 mBtc. But when I choose 'Max; on the send tab, I only get .80379?
I would imagine that the rest of the amount might be reserved to pay for the fees? have you tried sending to see what amount is going to show as fees?
