New York Islanders - New Jersey Devils 1st Period Game Totals Odd/Even Pick: Even

You should have an update of a win loss record in this thread. I'm just starting to get into Hockey betting so this thread could be useful. Good luck on your picks tonight.

Warriors last night on a tear...

What y'all think about the Pelicans game tonight? Think they can get their first W?

the Warriors will be easy money all year.. Noone can stop Curry!

Honestly Pelicans are a bad team, I would never bet them, they get alot of hype cus of Anthony Davis.

They're definitely not a bad team lol. A bad team doesn't make the playoffs. Even though they got swept by the warriors last year, all the losses were close games.

525  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will BTC reach $400 during november? on: November 03, 2015, 02:20:13 PM
C'mon.  Let's ask a more interesting question:

Will BTC reach $1000 during November?
Interesting? Sure. Realistic? Not at all, however optimistic you may be. Taking a more rational approach at things, possibilities can only go for so long

See.  You guys are all newbs.  You really don't understand what's possible with bitcoin.  Check out November 2013.  Do you really think anyone thought it was possible to hit $1000 then when it was $200?

But as it is, we've gone up over $100 in a week.  And every day we're going up faster than the day before.

That doesn't mean there won't be a crash in prices soon after. That's the thing with Bitcoin. You really can't predict the outcome of it. You just gotta wait and see

527  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin CEO spent stolen funds to Buy Sex on: November 02, 2015, 11:02:42 PM
Who said the prostitutes were women?

Or even adults?

SMH.....

What are you talking about? Even if you search up the definition of prostitute in the dictionary, it states 'a person, typically a WOMAN, who engages in sexual activity for payment.'
528  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's happening! --- 3̶6̶0̶$̶ 454$ on: November 02, 2015, 11:01:20 PM
The important thing is that the rise is steady. It could get to $450 within 48 hours, but it's totally useless if it goes down to $300 by the end of the week!

With this kind of rise, it's hard to see such a harsh plummet immediately after. Unless of course this is a huge pump and dump scheme. I think that's highly unlikely though and the prices are growing based on trading.
529  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin LTC soon at $0 on: November 02, 2015, 10:59:37 PM
LTC will never reach zero. LTC prices will have a direct correlation between BTC prices. LTC offers an alternative to bitcoin and it has made itself a well known enough currency for it to not drop to zero.

Bitcoin enthusiasts were also LTC supporters too certainly they will not allowed it.

Yes! To ensure that this is the case, with the current rise of BTC (10..77%) in the last 24 hours, LTC has also rose to 4.16 (5%) gain. Direct correlation.

Shit i went make myself a tea comeback and i see on Coindesk 362$ .Does all world want to own some btc

Take again a coffee and check if the price reached more Tongue
The price almost reached $370 and maybe soon around $400
This is very surprising because i have not seen before this kind of pump.
Exactly! This kind of skyrocketing is insane! I'm hoping that it'll jump even higher! This kind of increase might bring forth more trading.
<crosses fingers>

It is again rising and most of the exchanges shows 360-365
But i don't know what is the problem with btc-e which shows still $333
Maybe there are many dumpers there and don't want bitcoin to shine.

BTC-E also shows 350+ now.

This price increase is pretty ridiculous. It rose from 300 this morning to around 360 currently. Still rising without a roof.
531  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2015-16 Regular Season Discussion on: November 02, 2015, 06:59:18 PM
Cleveland vs sixers tommorow guys
Take cleveland spread if  you want free money $$$$$

There is no free money,
But yes, one of the best teams vs the worst team in NBA are meeting today. I see 20+ for Cleveland. Good luck

You're right about the no free money part. I like the spread as well but with NBA. You never know
532  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin surpassed $300 USD. on: November 02, 2015, 05:39:55 PM
If I were holding, I would sell now and aim to rebuy wherever it bottoms out around mid January.

That's why you belong more to gambling than trading. If you have no trading strategies, you'd better hodl Wink

Can you explain some of your trading strategies then? His was strictly based on speculation but I'm guessing your trading stategy will be largely based on speculation too.
533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CarlesPuyol Sports picks Thread - Hot Picks every day [78Wins V 41Loses] on: November 02, 2015, 05:23:45 PM
NBA games for today:

1. Los Angeles Clippers -9. 9/10
2. Cleveland -13 8/10
3. Minnesota -4  7/10
4. Golden state -9 7/10
5. OKC -4 6/10

Seems like you just picked all the favorites to cover the spread for tonight. No way these are all winners and I don't think most of them will cover tonight.
534  Economy / Speculation / Re: It's happening! --- 3̶6̶0̶$̶ 454$ on: November 02, 2015, 05:10:15 PM

Yeah it's nice and i like to see bull trend. Now im confidence bitcoin price will touch 400 end of this year

350-400 is definitely possible by New Year, I'd go as far to say that I'd be disappointed if it doesn't.

That's a pretty good range for BTC based on the prices right now. It's been on a steady increase for over a week now and I don't see any signs of slowing down.
535  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What makes people so addicted to gambling? on: October 31, 2015, 09:45:28 PM
It's the thrill of winning money. For sports betting, it adds more excitement to the game and makes it more interesting to watch.
536  Economy / Gambling / Re: Fight Night bets on: October 31, 2015, 09:44:01 PM
I'm thinking we could also bet the UFC fights. Who do you think will win this coming fight by Benson Henderson Vs Thiago Alves this Nov.
I go for Henderson for $10 in btc.

I'll take your bet for $10 BTC. I have Belfort winning and you have Henderson. You want to set up an escrow and bet against me?

538  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you agree people barrow money for gambling? on: October 31, 2015, 07:18:12 PM
Totally disagree, if u dont have money, dont gamble

Yes, if you don't have money then there is no need to gamble. Its very simple, if you can't afford the money for gambling and if you have to borrow the money for the gambling purpose then you should understand that you will be in a big financial trouble once you loose the borrowed money.

lol. I can't believe this thread is still going. I think it's a general consensus that people SHOULD NEVER borrow money to gamble.
539  Economy / Gambling / Re: After losing all your Bitcoin on: October 31, 2015, 07:15:59 PM
I actually get exaclty what you mean. Sometimes, gambling is just too much for me and once it's all gone, I don't have to worry about it anymore.
