Yes and no. I'd have more time for myself, but also less cash to do what I want.

I'll put my character, ethics, and morals up against Mr. HashTitan any day - if in court, at least we will get some answers to the questions he has been avoiding for months now.
Make no mistake, this situation isn't funny to those who feel they have been sucked in with some tasty bait just to have the situation switched on them without reasonable opportunity to investigate or reject what was/is being done with their investment. Likewise, you make assumptions in favor of GAW/Zen with no basis or facts of your own since it you are simply regurgitating what Mt. GAW has fed to you. That may be OK with you, but not others who can see things for what they are.
Scott-
What did I say in their favor? I haven't bought a single cloud contract, GAW or not, and spent maybe 30 min on hashtalk, but you're right in one thing. I do think you are funny with your offensive posture and assuming people who don't nod reading your posts must be stupid, delusional or from GAW. +1 to the poster above.

I don't think cloud minings are scams, but you should really consider less risky investments. Before you give your money to anyone find out if he provides all the personal data and his company is registered. A site can disappear but it's harder to move an office

>gaw ceo claims are public , and can be trace. This is where many see he is making his fatal flaws. He is going out of his way to be evasive and secretive while not playing by the old/current rules (and new laws) that protect against this conduct here in the States. Call it arrogance, small-man ego syndrome (remember Napoleon?), or simple stupidity; no one knows why Mr. HashTitan says/does what he does. However, his undeniable avoidances of the regulatory financial laws here in the States will and are catching up with him. Unfortunately, the process doesn't move as fast as some would hope - but it is moving. On the brighter side, every day he continues this path he is taking while attacking/threatening others, the stronger the case his opponents have against him. At least that is what I am told. Scott- You guys aren't saints too. This situation is quite funny, because what we have here is an example of a company with its own closed society of investors similar to Apple and of course Bitcoin. In the beginning most people had positive attitude, invested and some of them dropped out, resigned in the process. The dropouts made their own society to make fun of the people who are still in and turned against the defenders of the original investment. I read some of the comments here and on their forum and this is almost an exact copy of the battle between permabulls and permabears in the speculation subforum. Lovers vs haters the battle rages on.

Gold. I can trade it even without electricity and most people will know what it is and accept it as payment. On the other hand most people never heard of bitcoin, so in many cases it's useless.

Calm down people, we are not in court As far as the hiding goes, those "calling out on the bullshit" are hiding behind anonymous forum profiles, aren't they?

I believe HashBase will have an exchange of some type built in to it.
Yes, the hashbase UI screenshot seemed to indicate that. But it doesn't mean it will be available at the time "public" launch, and there is a separate step on the timeline titled "Exchange Launches". In either case dates are unknown except that it's supposed to happen in Q4. https://i.imgur.com/RREGdr7.jpgFWIW the screenshot also shows a "daily limit", which may or may not mean anything. I cannot lie that does look mighty sexy. I think we can all agree that whoever is designing the UI is doing a great job, same goes for zenminer. Although I don't see how they could launch hashbase without a built-in exchange. If they did, then wouldn't hashbase just be a mesh of hashtalk and zenminer? I like it too, really clean looking. They are employing some talented artists. It was the same with their hashlet pictures, although I'd prefer to trade mining shares than hashcoin. Altcoins are not my thing.

How surprising, no reply. Minersource has my $800 and refuses to give it back, they want me to accept 6+ months old miners even though my order was cancelled.
How can I get my money back?
Decided to give it a final try before filing at the ftc, by replying to a month old support ticket, was asked for a wallet add. next day, for the third time, sent it and got the final $194 back a day later. So he's just buying time. You have to push hard enough and he'll bend

are there any cloudmining services that allow to use your own pool? i think its very important because at least u know there is some mining going on Some give you a longer or shorter list of pools depending on the site, but AFAIK all have limits.

Hardware is too expensive because the manufacturers smell big demand and are pumping prices to the limit. With what they are asking at the moment no hardware is profitable. Some may ROI but what's the point of buying a unit that will give you back your money in a year. Next year bitcoin may be worth $200 or $2000 so think if you will feel better holding a miner or coins when this happens.

Admins don't support signature adds so a marketplace is probably not a good idea. It depends if the new forum, which is about to come in a few months, will allow them.
what are you talking about dude About the signature advertising on the forum. Some people want it to be banned.

Great idea but i think it's still to early. Living on bitcoin has to be painful these days with such small acceptance. Most people don't even know what bitcoin is.

Of all the "cloud" mining vendors out there, do others have payment issues (paying wrong amount, holds on payments, etc)? Honest question, as I haven't spent much time looking at the other vendors, but it seems like it is more of a recurring issue for GAW than others. It seems a large part of this is there strange casino style "mining" where you bought something that was artificially tied to the rate of a different pools payouts, but without actually mining there. Seems like it is more work for GAW, than just creating "RandomHashlet" and assigning a random payout using a provably fair method (ala any number of the bitcoin gambling sites).
Also, what is the legality of changing your TOS for a contracted miner i've already bought? Meaning, can they really just change the terms as they see fit on something I have already paid for? Isn't that a breach of contract? If you look at the mobile space (Verizon, ATT, etc) they can't just decide to change the terms on existing subscribers. Thats why some people have unlimited plans still, even though the mobiles no longer sell them. I just wonder if GAW has kept date stamped copies of the TOS and kept track of which miners apply to which version. Or maybe the laws are different, and they can just change the terms on the fly, with no repercussions.
[Edit: Fix spelling errors]
Of course not! It's not rocket science to build a system that credits numbers correctly. For example, we can count the number of users affected with any payout issue in one hand. -Sahra And your service keeps getting better, that's the only reason I have 50% of my payouts auto reinvest. Lol wait...you are reinvesting in GAW still? No look at the account name I was responding to. It's hashie.co official account. My mistake sir, my "lol" has been taken back. Does Hashie have proof of their hardware? Like a link to their miners on a pool They showed they were mining at BTCGuild but they aren't anymore. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=822446.msg9230458#msg9230458Even if that pic isn't photoshopped, they could have simply rented 70TH off of nicehash/westhash to point it at BTCGuild for an hour. It costs less than 1btc to rent 70TH worth of power for an entire day on that site... It proves nothing. Good point. More of these cloud sites crawl out of the woodwork every day and each one claims to the best and the most profitable. Most of them are probably one man operations, managed and advertised by the same person.

I think all drugs should be lagal for adults, even the hard ones. Why not? Some people are addicted to energy drinks or coffee and have the right to be, so addiction is not a problem here. What is then?
