Well there is a link in the mail, but I don't click it, never know whats behind it. The offer is legitimate. I have asked from support about it, they forwarded me to Brais from marketing who replied only selected users got the offer. Any ideas who was eligible for getting this offer? There was a guy named Dishwasher -not his actual user name. Pretty colorful guy once you piss him off. If you were to trust his words, which many (including me) do, he is one of the first serious miners from India, he had a whole series of eruptor blades & all.
If I am not wrong his real name was Pankaj Bharadwaj and irrespecrive of his past, he should be allowed to be on that list because he joined up btc pretty early and was an important member of the community. |

Service like paypal is still illegal or unauthorised ,idk . So how do you expect btc to be legal in india. Basically its simple govt cannot earn from btc , govt is still only finding a way to how to earn from btc as they earn from corruption money which is way too much and this is how India works. govt knows all the pros and cons of btc , and they cannot simply make it legal and earn from the fees of these exchanges. So all you guyz having dates for btc announcements from authorities and hoping to find an answer , dude its a very long run in India just within a month after taking btc into consideration it wont get legal. Paytm has got just permission to be a bank after years that too with the lowest limits .
Its people like you because of whom my father was asking me the other day : " Is bitcoin illegal in India?" It isnt illegal and never can be. It only depends on the way you use it that can make it illegal. I have seen people using it for money laundry and at the same time I have seen people filling up taxes on bitcoin. Its just the way you use it. |

He is not a scammer, and i trust him again just as before.

At 2:56 PM 11th May he told OP to send bitcoins. At 11:33 PM he changed his password At 11:36 PM he told OP that he's going to send the gift card soon and blocked him after that message. If his account was really hacked then this doesn't makes any sense. Podgor, wanna say clarify this? I had a different forums time, fixed the above reply in accordance to default forum time. What podgor is saying makes sense now, i do believe his account might be hacked. |

Yes, this was a big hint towards the scam, i wish i noticed it, i was on mobile and trusted him hence i sent the BTCs. I know it was my mistake for being careless too. But i still believe the hack is podgor's concern and not mine. He should either refund me or send the AGCs. |

It's funny how you still haven't unblocked me for PMs. Also, the security of your account is your own concern. This is still on you and it won't be resolved unless you refund me or give those AGCs as the deal promised. Once you do this, i think we can continue the trade in the future.
