862  Economy / Gambling / Re: casino should donate funds to charity? on: November 15, 2015, 11:13:51 AM
idk, why none of the bitcoin casino starts to have charitable action?
casino profits for sure, and they can profit majorly; casinos are too greedy that just use those dollars they earned to upgrade their stuff while there are still major amount of funds avaliable.

rather than taking all of the profit, why not to donate some of the fund to poverty? if we take some of the profit to the charity fund, then more children in Africa(or whatsoever) will be terminated from poverty and start developing their country.

idea: take 5% of the net profit to the charity like Medecins Sans Frontieres.

let's be responsible to what our world is; if we are not responsible to our earth, then we don't deserve to get served by the earth. too subjective.
have your say.

this suggestion is intellectual property of "lottery248".
There are too few charities that accept charity in bitcoin. Bitcoin100 had already taken up the issue of making charities accept bitcoin and they were giving $1000 in btc to a charity that accepted bitcoin. I don't think that the gambling sites are at fault here, charities seem to be less interested in taking money.

Sorry denied, I can't give a no collateral loan to you. If you can provide that bitcointalk account as a collateral then I might consider granting your loan request.
That's fine if you can't do this loan. Though I am not willing to put my account into someone else's hand for that amount.
Thanks

South Africa will be happy with this raining and making pray this will continue all this day long and 3 more days Grin Grin
I don't think that they'll be able to withstand 3 days even after if the rain destroys today's full day(remember they lost in 4 days in the last test).

Today 2nd Test will be starting between India and SA at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore.

What you guys think you win will this match? Whether SA will bounce back in this game or India will continue their last match test performance?

I think if pitch supports spin bowling then India will surely win this match otherwise SA will take a sweet revenge and will level the series. But it will be quite interesting match and difficult to predict results now.

India will surely win this match if they play with full potential and they must win this series otherwise big shame for Indian team
They'll surely win the match again if they do some pitch fixing in this match too. If the pitch is fine, then it won't be that easy for India to get this one.
869  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: [20BTC bounty for conviction]STR8 Spaso is a scammer! on: November 14, 2015, 04:50:00 AM
A guy named SRT8 Spaso(https://twitter.com/sp4s0) tried to extort 20BTC from Roger Ver.
Roger has now put a 20BTC bounty for getting this guy convicted on charges of extortion.
Full Discussion and details here : https://goo.gl/tTwYkV

I have also posted the dox of the scammer on the above link and if there is someone who can take steps for his conviction then he will be awarded 20BTC(from Roger Ver).

My first guess is this guy: https://twitter.com/illumina7e

I think he's too young and retarded to be the one  Grin
If you'll have a look at the dox then you'll find that the real guy who tried to extort is pretty retarded too.

P.S : You can make up for it by refunding a substantial amount of what he paid you.
872  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: November 12, 2015, 04:23:25 AM

I hope so but bet on toss is on pure luck based so your first depend on toss result who will win the toss but i don't think England can win this match on this pitch against Pakistan, Sri Lanka is great choice for betting.
And england won the toss! Won the first bet of this parlay! If england plays well then ill have a very good chance of winning this parlay.

England in pathetic situation as they have lost their first 3 wickets within 20 runs. The biggest shock is Joe Root got out for duck. I just modified my odds as I knew very well about the result of this match as England has more weakness in Asian soils.
The match is still alive! They are now 112 for 3 wickets. This partnership is looking awesome and if they stand out till the end then not only they will hit sixes(important for my parlay) but will also make England win this match.

It looks alive for now as long as Morgan and Taylor are batting and they need to continue batting until England reaches 200, after them there are all tail enders according to me and they won't be able to stand Pakistani bowling attack. As for the other match, Zimbabweans are batting good but let's see if they can continue this till the end, which I doubt.
And i lost all the bets except for the one that was completely based on luck(the toss one), i guess I am the most unlucky person in the sports betting industry.

Hey everyone, this week's payments have been sent out: https://blockchain.info/tx/4e0a734fc86873a16c5a4082d1a7fd888fca84cb79e020eced00c8585cf34f8e

Please be sure to let me and vervolioman know there are any issues with the payments or if I missed anyone.

Have a great week! Smiley
I am a sr. member and for this week i got paid at the rate of 0.0008BTC/post. I should have got  0.066BTC(at 0.0011BTC/post) but I only got 0.048BTC.

The latest payments were made according to the previous rates(for which sr. member gets 0.0011BTC/post) and so for the previous week i only got paid at the rate of 0.0008BTC .
Spreadsheet shows that i've made 60 constructive posts, so i need to be paid 0.066BTC i.e 0.018BTC more.

Hope I get my full payment soon. Thanks

EDIT: Received the full payment now.

Can someone explain me who Roger Ver is...

Why is he worse than Theymos, who keeps censoring and deleting lots of useful threads/discussions
But this is his forum he can do what he likes with it. He pays the bills to keep the lights on in this place doesn't he? Or its the community donations paying for this site to be up and running without blackout times, etc.

Its not his personal property, it's people forum, not his. He got it from someone(satoshi) for the betterment of the whole community and not for hampering free speech. Also, I wasn't talking about this forum here. I was talking about the sub reddit, things are meant to be decentralized, so stopping people from discussions is not a solution. Theymos has become too protective and isn't willing to take on the views of everyone on certain things(and its not the spirit on which bitcoin was build).
880  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is gambling fix your life? or wreck your life? on: November 10, 2015, 06:01:04 AM
It neither fixed my life nor did it wreck my life. I have gambled with a lot of bitcoins now and have wagered 100+ BTC on various sites. But eventually i am in approx no significant profit situation(though i have a liitle profit but not enough to fix my life).
