461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoin ATM is increasingly widespread? on: September 06, 2018, 01:49:04 PM
I am grateful that in my country there is a bitcoin ATM, and I have felt the ease and goodness of bitcoin, I hope this will be better in the future.
462  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin be harder to access in the future? on: September 05, 2018, 03:36:53 PM
As of now, more and more users are getting the hang of sitting by their computers all day and they get paid millions through the help of bitcoins. What they earn is more than what they had in real life which makes life convenient and easier.

On the other hand, bitcoins are really helpful and accessible to everybody or to a group of individuals and they just click and their wallets get full. But what if, sometime in the future, bitcoins become more private and unaccessible? Will that cause a problem? What could've happened to us who were engaged in it first rather than the newbies to come?
we have to think positively, as long as large countries still accept bitcoin then everything will be fine. At present America and China are still opening the door today. so stay calm.
463  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much the power of news can affect the Bitcoin price? on: September 05, 2018, 03:21:30 PM
Lately I have noticed some good news and bad news about Bitcoin.
Many people think that bad news will make the price of Bitcoin "go down" and good news will make the price of Bitcoin "Rise".
So on this topic I would like to discuss "How much the power of news can affect the Bitcoin price?"
I appreciate your answers and responses.
Thanks   Smiley
I think the news has a 50% role in influencing crypto price movements, so not all news can affect crypto or bitcoin price movements. this is according to my observation.
464  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The quality of the bounty has dropped very badly. on: September 05, 2018, 03:16:10 PM
There were a lot of profitable bounty in the last year. In the first half of this year, we can still find some potential bounty, but since the second half of this year, I have found that the bounty in the bounty section is getting less and less. More than 90% of the bounty is disappointing, I don't see any revolutionary projects.
This is a manifestation of the decline of the market. It seems that ICO model has been difficult to finance enough money now, so these ICO-based bounty, the risk of not paying is also getting higher and higher.
It's hard to find a satisfying bounty /ico now,how long do you think the bounty can live?
I see that not all bounties are currently bad, there are some that you can follow, it's just that you need extra research in selecting them.
465  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can I lose my coins by choosing wrong wallet? on: September 03, 2018, 01:30:26 PM
Hi everyone, I found a service announcement of new wallet platform few days ago in our forum.
Their introduction and vision stated in the post seems to be great and it also attracts me a lot.
However, I still wonder whether I can trust that new wallet.
Can I lose my coins by choosing wrong wallet or they can never stole any coin because they just provide wallet service only?

Please help me if you have experience in this field. Thank you.
This is the link to the wallet that I mentioned: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4582763.msg41338130#msg41338130
before you use it you should first make sure the wallet is safe or not. because now there is too much fraud with various modes.
466  Economy / Speculation / Re: what could cause bitcoin prices to go up and down? on: September 03, 2018, 12:58:00 PM
I want to know what you think, what affects the bitcoin price, so we can find out when to sell and buy bitcoin, because now the bitcoin price drops again  Huh
what I know about what can affect the rise and fall of bitcoin prices is news from the media, and the game of big fund holders.
467  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: It could take 2 years for the market to recover on: September 03, 2018, 12:48:15 PM
I wish I was joking but this market will take at least 2 years to recover and build momentum again.
Market fundamentals have changed!
I hope the news that you submit does not become real, and moreover at this time the price of bitcoin is gradually starting to improve, so the chances that you convey are difficult.
468  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you regret it not selling at peaked on last jan 2018 ? on: September 02, 2018, 10:01:54 PM
Do you regret it ?
or do you believe BTC will create a new ATH ?
no I have never felt any regret, because basically everything will be better someday.
469  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: HODLing will get you nowhere on: September 02, 2018, 09:51:35 PM
holding back for now is something that cannot be made a choice, if we do that it will take a long time. for now I prefer to rotate my assets, because that is what can be profitable at this time.
470  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH ready to bounce back? on: September 02, 2018, 04:41:44 PM
I am sure ethereum is able to rise. see how many ico are sheltering. ethereum rose up was not difficult. just waiting time.
471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should stay off from market prediction on: September 02, 2018, 04:24:45 PM
As an investor one thing you shouldn't engage yourself with is Predictions, if you want to be successfully in this Crypto ecosystem, you need to stay off any form of market prediction.

Here are few reasons why you shouldn't engaged with it (market/price prediction)

1. Predictions can be wrong

2. Listening to predictions makes you a speculator

3. Listening to predictions makes you an onlooker

4. Price prediction gives you nothing for today, only false hope

5. Listening to price prediction makes you think in one direction

Finally

Don’t let speculation and assumption make you decide what to do.
I never listen or read about other people's predictions, because I have my own way. because when I follow other people I will experience panic and can't read the price direction
472  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] 📒⭐👑 Jinbi Token ~ ‘The Golden ICO’ - Merging Gold With Blockchain 👑⭐📒 on: September 01, 2018, 09:07:54 PM
after the ICO was extended, I did not see significant additional investors. whether after this ICO extension ends you will renew the ICO again. ?
473  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bounties are becoming like mining on: September 01, 2018, 08:40:11 PM
It seems like bounties are becoming more and more like mining each day.  Simply not profitable.  The amount of dollars you earn vs the total amount of time you spend completing the tasks is less than minimum wage.  Are you guys moving over to trading or are you sticking it out hoping for better days?

for now I am trying to stay on the bounty, and I have also started trading, so I do these two things, hoping that a Bounty time will improve again.
474  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ETH is now dying, what do you think? on: August 31, 2018, 02:16:29 PM
Crypto market is been red for last 3 months. Everyone has lost money. What do you think?

we remain optimistic, because this is only a short break from the long journey, I'm sure eth will return to show its best price.
475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government vs Bitcoin ? on: August 31, 2018, 02:11:55 PM
Maybe this is something that has been discussed before, but, what if a government, any government really, for any reason, decided to take down the bitcoin network or simply DOS the hell out of it ?

My calculation might be incredibly naive, but if I take the figures from bitcoinwatch[1], and fiddle a bit with the bitcoin calculator[2] :
 - Right now (block 88894), 180 blocks generated during last 24h
 - that's a block every 8 minutes on average
 - average of 8 minutes for block generation would require 25 ghashes/s

So if my logic isn't flawed, the network as a whole crunches at approximately 25,000 mhashes/s

So, that's 42 Radeon 5970 graphic cards if i take the advertised figures here[3].

So anyone with a little spare money (let's say 100k$) can successfully :

1. generate at full speed with tweaked client,
2. stop right after difficulty increase, significantly slowing down the block generation and transaction handling
3. repeat after difficulty decrease,
4. sell generated coins,
5. increase crunching power
6. finish by undermining trust in bitcoins, (advertise your attack, refuse to include transaction in generated blocks etc.)

I don't think there's much incentive for regular people to donate CPU time which would make such an attack really hard :
 - On regular computers, with most widespread OS, generating gets the fan to be really noisy (might seem like nothing, but I personnally hate loud computers)
 - Generation rate is really slow unless you know how to get your GPU to do the work

I think bitcoin security could come from millions of people donating a few khashes/s and not a few people giving a bunch of mhashes/s. My point is that I don't really see an incentive for regular people to generate.

Is my logic completely flawed or should I just dump my wallet on mtgox and run ? =)

calm down, now cryptocurrency users have a lot, if we strong users maintain it, then the government will give permission to all of us, I am sure that can happen, depending on how our efforts are.
476  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if someone forgot the key to their bitcoin wallet ? on: August 31, 2018, 02:07:30 PM
What are the measures to keep your private key safe and in memory ? Are there any alternatives to retrieve the key back ?
for now I keep my keys in several different places. I did it to backup, even I also saved it in an email draft.
477  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO] Grain.io • The Backbone Of Modern Work Agreements on: August 30, 2018, 07:51:22 PM
whether the team will not pay the bounty participants. I see the team still.
you can get the explanation here, https://t.me/GrainIO I see that they are quite active there, and hopefully they remain sporty
478  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are the chances BTC is replaced by something better soon? on: August 30, 2018, 07:39:44 PM
"Soon" would be in the next 1-3 years or so.

One of the biggest dangers for BTC is something more useful coming along and investors switching - a process which could happen extremely fast, once started.

So to all the tech savy people in here - what advantages could other cryptocurrencies bring that will give them a crucial edge over BTC, and how fast could something like that come along?
according to my observations bitcoin has a system that is good enough, and many people believe it, but the technology of ethereum is far better than bitcoin, if one day cryptocurrency is legal in the world, I am sure many people will choose eth, because eth has things that better, so I think bitcoin needs to make major improvements so that it doesn't happen.
479  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are investors got tired of ICOs? on: August 28, 2018, 04:06:06 PM
It seems that investors got tired of ICOs in the last months. Do you believe that ICO hype will come back soon?
In fact, investment in an IO cannot be said to be boring, because we know that there are now many ICO projects that are scam and that is what makes IIC investors more careful in investing their assets in an ICO.
480  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you trust ERC20 tokens? on: August 28, 2018, 02:59:09 PM
Last year in early december I bought eBitcoin token which turned out to be a scam. Luckily for me I sold them before the ePRX snapshot but alot others have made losses. I really believed this token would be a succes but I've realized that alot of these ERC20 tokens have the same things in common. The devs (or better said scammers) create alot of hype and pretend their token to be the real deal while they never intended to create a working product. I've thought about investing in tokens like Credits and Elixir but I'm afraid they are all the same kind of scam.

Do you trust them?
We cannot consider all Erc20 tokens a scam, just because there are several scam projects, so we need an investigation before assuming it is a scam, at least about their project.
