they obviously weren't "bought" using anything because he never delivered any.  just a pure scam for money.  sometimes it's just worth a shot.  sometimes you lose and sometimes you win.

well, it seems the guy beat me for $15.  Sent it to him at 10:30AM local time and now it 8PM local time.  he has logged on a couple times that I have seen, latest being 4PM local time with no communication.  maybe he got hit by truck on the way to emailing cards.

paid seller $15 about 6hrs ago, still waiting for cards. I'd hold off at least until someone posts they have received their cards.  he has logged in here a couple times since my payment  most recently a few minutes ago and i haven't heard from him yet.  maybe he is just looking for a local starbucks.  or maybe a bank to rob.    i hope i am wrong.

ordered 2.  i'm a gambler.  for $15 i should at least be able to get my money back out of it. $15 is 1 day of SB for me.  

youre rite of course but its too much hassle for $9. even if he sends card it could go bad 1 day or 4 weeks from now so escrow wuldnt make much difference

if so many cards are going bad so fast obvioulsy his supplyer isnt very good.  i was just going to buy one but way too many have been bad way tooo fast even thoug he replace them.

just curious.  why would i pay you $30 when i can pay seller sophia26 the same $30 and s/he has been around here for many months with many positive feedbacks?  the only thing you have is you claim you bought 1 card from that other new guy who sells cards for $15 (vs. your $30) but doesn't seem to know how to answer an email with an actual answer (i tried to buy a card from him but just get nonsensical email replies in broken engrish).

you 10 day warranty is useless because most cards go bad after a couple weeks or even months not days so then what happens?  

seriously, convince me on why i should give you $30 vs $15 to your buddy that you bought one from and what you have to offer above the other 50 sellers of cards that come and go every day for mostly lesser prices and i will buy one.  sb sellers pop up every 30 minutes you've barely been here so what makes you any better than the rest of them?

this is a serious question and i am not just busting your chops.  EVERYONE promises they will be around forever and they will guarantee cards but as soon as they start having problems they disappear and come back under another name and do the same thing.

Legitimate?  Says who?  Says YOU?  There isn't one legal "legitimate" SB card (and most other type as well) sold anywhere by anyone on these forums.  Many may work just fine, but "legitimate," not a chance.

"The Law" never gets involved.  Only Starbucks shuts down your card.

as long as it is good you have no problem. check it online before presenting it to avoid embarrassment.    i rarely have had any die within hours unless they were bad when given out.  it usually takes a day or so until SB gets a complaint someone is charging their card and buying these without authorization.  i still have a few I got over the summer that are still good and a few that have gone bad in days or weeks or months.  it' like gambling in vegas.  i recently got a $100 card for $15 from a seller called LISA2015 on here.  it lasted about 10 days.  i went to buy a breakfast sandwich and coffee the other day and the card was rejected as "closed".  it worked fine the first 9 days. i got my $15 investment back so i didn't lose $$.   i'd bet 5cents this is the same seller under a new name because one disappeared and the other appeared which is how it usually works with these folks. 

they all work when you first use them.  as soon as sb realizes you carded them they kill them off.  5 days is not enough.  i have had many codes i have purchased from other sellers die 2-3-4 weeks and even 2 months later.  just had one die from your doppleganger LISA2015 after 10 days.  you are probably the same person because s/he just disappeared and now you reappeared.  

  well, for $15 i wanted to give it a shot.  i got $20 worth of coffee so i didn't lose anything but you are right. 

i think "LISA" probably flew the coop like all the others do unless s/he has the flu    but will soon (or maybe has) reappear as another seller.     s/he hasn't been around in almost a week.
