So now you prove that you control this account, good. Then i guess that you have access to your wallet/funds and this loan request,is no longer needed. Or you still want some other to give you .015 BTC and for what reason?  Maybe it's better to lock this topic,just saying... It was 0.15 and not 0.015 and yeah I don't need it now. He'll get tagged regardless of him cancelling this loan request if he doesn't sign a message. That would mean it is totally not anymore in the owner's control
