141  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: How Bitmain Scammed Me For 10000$ on: August 07, 2017, 11:13:56 AM
sorry man, but they returned those miners themselves are not even logical, i am thinking of if your mailing address is correct well; if they could not go to the correct address they return those parcels to the senders, ie bitmain itself IIRC.

even bitmain has asked you give numbers to try resolving it
142  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: What about cloud mining? on: August 05, 2017, 12:41:24 AM
first of all, ensure that those cloud mining is legitimate, such as checking their proof of work in the block signature.

second, check their maintenance fee, because some of the cloud mining sites being trappy about maintenance fee; suppose such as their own electricity or how they repair/maintain their miners.

i am not sure if any profitable legit cloud mining sites though, except www.hashnest.com
143  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: wtf is this... on: August 05, 2017, 12:36:00 AM
i don't sure its reason of existence, though faq has more valid reason i think. IMO that directory is a way to view all the possible combinations of prototype bitcoin address.
144  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BCH dumped but why hasnt BTC moved on: August 03, 2017, 01:24:08 AM
Well it's just an artificial pump.

The real deal is Bitcoin and we all know where it's headed.

Bitcoin Cash? Just another altcoin.

+1 the bitcoin cash is in order to separate the opinions that are against the protocol of core IIRC, those artificial pump are just illusions and not even useful for the stability of bitcoin cash.
145  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BitcoinCash reaching 500$ on: August 02, 2017, 11:37:26 AM
however what just happened to the split? is that just like what ethereum just did with its classic edition? in that case probably bitcoin cash is going higher in no time and more people will gotta use BCH Shocked

to be honest, there is no harm holding it really. Since you've gotten your free money, all you can do is multiply it (by waiting til it gets higher and selling it when you feel it's good price to sell) or just sell it for the original price i think it's around 200$ or somewhere around 300$. After all free money lol.  Grin Grin

how did you get them?
146  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: I need your help for investing! on: August 02, 2017, 02:03:36 AM
buy some altcoins you want or mainly bitcoin, the end. however, do not attempt investing in bitcoin in case they have referral system as they are most likely a form of ponzi scheme. investing in bitcoin or something relevant is really dangerous, take care.
147  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: WARNING DeepOnion is a SCAM, proof inside! on: August 01, 2017, 10:34:28 AM
i believe that DeepOnion is monopolizing those coins, getting those rest of the coins to up, then sell them in a high price, so they will be able to be a millionaire by abusing the community trust IMO. premine is a kind of scam without the acknowledgement of the community among this coin.
148  Economy / Speculation / Re: Above $3000 before Aug1. on: August 01, 2017, 01:00:11 AM
as of this post by GMT, sorry fam, but bitcoin  is not yet going up to the 3000; but price of bitcoin is still rising, probably we can see 3100 within this week. your hype did not live up until this week i bet.
149  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: plinko game discussion thread. on: July 31, 2017, 01:32:58 AM
wanna know if i should bump this thread or not, since in the recent posts in this subforum, there are no relevant thread(s) talking about this.
150  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is it normal for a btc book to have a withdrawal fee on: July 30, 2017, 01:49:38 AM
It is normal for every sites to have a withdrawal fees, because it is the miner fees in order to get the transaction confirm on the blockchain, I don't think there would be much sites out in the market that are willing to pay the miner fees for their customers, as this would incur a huge cost for the site owners in the long run.

+1 but for the fee, casino will not take any part as their commission, since they have gained from those consumers. if they impose the fee to the casino back, then it is ridiculous IMO.
151  Other / Off-topic / idea about building up a raspberry pi cluster? on: July 29, 2017, 03:06:26 PM
i am planning to build up my own new PC, but since neither Intel not AMD giving a certain power efficiency for my own PC, and i am not prone to gaming except using Blender or minecraft, Raspberry Pi becomes my interest. however as the name implies, even for the third generation, will not be as fast as a i3 or Ryzen 3; that's why i am having a mind of building my own PC with numbers of Raspberry Pis clustered. i bet per one will be costing only 5~6 watts with modest overclocking. any idea of that? i am planning to build up a 20 node Raspberry Pi 3 Cluster, but will that be efficient for rendering? Huh

FYI if i had more money i would build up a 60 node cluster, yet not sure the idea of such.
do you guys have such experience of assembling a cluster like that? i need a budget enthusiast PC lol Smiley
152  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to get more affiliates for Genesis Mining, Hashflare or Eobot??? on: July 29, 2017, 07:41:06 AM
although they are proven ponzi, i will remain providing you some tips of how you can do it.

you should comment the sites wanting the certain affiliates, and then post your referral link.
you can create your own website of the reviews of those sites of how they gain you money or something.

however you might risk being prosecuted according to the laws, or being red flagged, they are not legit at all regarding mining thing.
153  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: USB miner on: July 29, 2017, 03:30:28 AM
to be honest man, if the bitcoin mining fever was not on, they would not sell it or even manufacture at all. nobody is gonna use the USB miner as people are using the GPU miners instead AFAIK. unless bitcoin is far higher in price which leads profit via USB mining (selling them for certain profit Cheesy ), IMO your USB miners are dud.

edit: don't worry, if you have low electricity bills, mining with them are profitable
154  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: is it normal for a btc book to have a withdrawal fee on: July 29, 2017, 03:19:31 AM
yes due to the requirement by miners in order to get the transaction go faster even there are only ~4000 unconfirmed transactions as of this reply is posted, everyone is posting a higher transaction fees. unless the majority is lowering the transaction fee to use bitcoin, the .0006 fee is normal.

Can I choose not to pay it and willing for my withdrawal to be delayed?

most of the gambling site has fixed transaction fee which is always required, and if your amount of withdrawal is not enough is even delaying your transaction longer than you would expect AFAIK, for me i had experienced with normal fee, waited 40+ minutes for a confirmation.

156  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC is amazing. But... on: July 29, 2017, 01:25:48 AM
china is explicitly not gonna accept any criticism about what they did, however as long as we can still access to the Chinese website, likely we still have possibility to protect bitcoin from blocking. as bitcoin is decentralized, if to block the whole internet they have to block all the altcoin in circulation around China.
157  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Howard Marks Calls Bitcoin "A Pyramid Scheme" on: July 27, 2017, 10:55:03 PM
pyramid scheme
noun
a form of investment (illegal in the UK and elsewhere) in which each paying participant recruits two further participants, with returns being given to early participants using money contributed by later ones.

Therefore, by the literal definition, cryptocurrencies are not a pyramid scheme and anyone who claims that they are is either a liar or influenced by extremely strong biases.

As for it not being "real" - their scarcity system is better than gold.  When people say "an infinite number of cryptocurrencies can be created", it's true, but it's not like there are no other precious metals and resources that people could be speculating about other than gold.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MMM_(Ponzi_scheme_company)
I'm not sure what point you're trying to make here.

That was a company which set a share price.  Bitcoin is an open source project which uses a consensus model and the price is set by a collection of different exchanges which are in no way tied to the project itself.

If you consider it to be a pyramid scheme, then gold is a far bigger pyramid scheme.  The only difference is that Bitcoin is far easier to send, far easier to move in small amounts and has a much better system of scarcity.

+1 the early bitcoin, never been as an IPO and nobody promised the coins are with actual value backed. bitcoin is mainly for better freedom movement of secure transaction. bitcoin is not a ponzi at all, else bitcoin wouldn't be completely open source.
158  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Multibit HD is dead on: July 27, 2017, 10:01:46 AM
well multibit has lost support, and if i would use bitcoin software wallet i am unable to synchronise with such a large blockchain transaction history (Qt). this message shock me far away, because i was planning to use multibit HD.
159  Economy / Exchanges / Re: STOP-LIMIT order disappearing in Poloneix on: July 27, 2017, 05:11:28 AM
disclaimer: i don't guarantee my info is correct by 100%.
poloniex AFAIK has been accused of service ticket delaying of response, and since i was out of poloniex i don't sure that if they have solved all of the problem about the issues. one more thing i know is part of the issue accused has been resolved in the scam accusations subforum.

maybe you can wait for up to 3 days, if they did not respond then it means poloniex is out of operators.
160  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🌟Bitvest🌟 - Investor Plinko, Slot, Roulette, Bit Spin | 99% Dice Released! on: July 27, 2017, 01:04:47 AM
The lack of fully customizable games on other sites is likely due to the difficulty of it. They are a lot more work to create, and certain things, such as the math behind instant RTP calculation on a customizable slot with wilds can be difficult to implement Tongue.

nadah zodiac AFAIK, there are certain sites providing customized row with up to 9999x multiplier, however for slots with video style, AFAIK there are none except this. customizable slots are not highly dynamic though lol
