601  Other / Off-topic / Re: Power from organic waste? on: September 10, 2016, 07:55:30 AM
Power from organic waste? Is this feasible? Can we actually do one or is there anyone who has made it work in real life rather than just putting it on a paper...I mean at least a working model. More information on this topic would be nice. It would be awesome if we can power up ASIC miners and we can also avoid the bad smell  Wink

Wouldn't it?  Cool
bad smell is often flammable IIRC, so beware of the garbage. like the tank for processing the sewage, it produces the flammable gas because someone had exploded one of them once by triggering a firecracker. now you know how powerful that gases from the wastes is. Smiley
602  Other / Off-topic / Re: Power from organic waste? on: September 10, 2016, 07:40:01 AM
better irl-achievable fictional idea:
activite a construction about heating tank.
after it was avaliable, setup a gas receiving stand.
before heating the garbage, make sure to add slightly polluted water.
enclose the tank after filling with the compressed garbage and such, heat that(as coal was produced that way).
collect swamp gas produced inside with  that stand.
you got swamp gases to burn to provide more electricity.

btw, that generator (including what you are talking about)  requires a certain amount of fats, dead leaves, wood and/or wastes with bad smell (as they are more lilely to have more swamp gas) so it produces more energy, and must be with a large waste capacity, so it produces gases faster. as far as i know, abandoned landfill gives you more swamp gas that is flammable enough to power up your ASICs.
603  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: At what price did you get your first BTC? Bought or Mined. Are you ahead? POLL. on: September 09, 2016, 12:14:48 PM
i can tell you that i had touched that bitcoin in 2011, but not used since it was too much blockchain requirement and too large amount of fees(for that generation of bitcoin)
604  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do Bitcoins have Tax?? on: September 07, 2016, 05:32:58 AM
No bitcoin has not tax in any country across the world i think, specially in my country i am sure that there is no such law about bitcoin taxes because government does not control bitcoin, its decentralised and anonymous so no body can track how much bitcoin is one holding in his/her wallet,so bitcoin tax is not possible.
if someone could ever beat every single code inside the blockchain, then that would be likely able to take over that bitcoin network and 'tax'.
anyway, it is not possible as we don't even have enough source to find every single address.
605  Other / Off-topic / Re: talking about CPUs between AMD and Intel in early 2017 on: September 04, 2016, 03:25:50 AM
What is amd making? A sound/gpu/cpu? Can you explain what is going on? I used to be a big fan of AMD back in the day with the interchangeable cpu's for the socket 7. Cant do that these days Sad
i do not have a lot of memories about this as far as i know.
i think the Cpu is not compatible by DDR generation, while those pins are compatible IIRC; am4 has 1331 pin and am3 has only ~930,  clearly am4 has too many pins that block the am4 cpu to be in am3. nonetheless, if a am* socket supports DDR4, then your cpu will be most likely able to work in am4 socket. Huh
606  Other / Meta / Re: Congratulation Cyrus ! on: September 04, 2016, 01:18:28 AM
and hilar has been a global mod earlier than cyrus, i think this gone too fast.
607  Other / Off-topic / talking about CPUs between AMD and Intel in early 2017 on: September 04, 2016, 01:11:29 AM
which explicitly means to discuss about Zen and Kabylake, as far as i know few of them here talks about it, so i opened this thread to talk.

seems AMD is going all in with Zen and bringing back its glory, for me, if those claims are true, including awesome price, would that be a disaster to Intel? not to mention, AMD had been losing until Q2 2016, net income gone positive again that quarter.

Huh
608  Other / Off-topic / Re: talking about some gigantic land lots in the US. on: September 03, 2016, 12:28:07 AM
because i am curious about how a ~500 acre (~2 sq km) Land could be sold at $3.8m, this is not really a good reason to me (it is almost 1/3 more area than cedar point). Huh

for the 500 acre land, it is a MLS #201400601.
should i plan to buy one to build a park? or something?

When you see large land lots like this it's usually a cattle Ranch. These large land lots are not practical for the average person because the amount of taxes on it every year. The land has to pay for itself hence the cattle.
what about in the canada? how much taxes in percent for that?
such as https://www.realtor.ca/Residential/Agriculture/14796450/Rorketon-Manitoba-R0L2A0-R31#v=de , wanna know if someone would buy a ~18.46km2 for anything.

611  Economy / Reputation / Re: OgNasty: "@Lutpin: Really should kill himself." on: August 25, 2016, 06:46:48 AM
first of all,
Quote
arguing on the internet is like running on the special olympics, even if you win, you are still retarded.
-JRR shut the fuck up foundation

second, AFAIK a person named himself Robertt is always engaging the baseless sexual trolls, resulting his alts banned. if this case is similar, then the person to be more likely banned, is who made the threat first, because this is sort of explicit-deadly threats. if the victim suicided in case, then threatener would commit indirect murder.

i am not intended to involve the flame war, if person who started this flame war, ie either Ognasty or lutpin (not sure) to apologize, this war would be terminated peacefully.

just imo. Huh
612  Economy / Services / Re: Looking for loan cosigner on: August 24, 2016, 03:08:11 AM
pm sent. will expect your information if you are granting, i don’t really know how i can cosign though?
i don’t know the lender IIRC, so most likely i am independent and have better justification. Smiley
613  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: It will be more beneficial if an Online Bitcoin Store start Signature Campaign on: August 21, 2016, 03:54:22 AM
if you ar gonna create such signature campaign, better to allow international buyers and place advertisements in other bitcoin community. local exclusive will be more difficult to gain money.
614  Other / Off-topic / Re: Pokemon go on: August 16, 2016, 07:02:27 AM

btw there is a bug resulting the monsters to be much more difficult to catch, as they said.
615  Other / Off-topic / Re: What % of your Assets is Bitcoin? on: August 14, 2016, 04:58:45 PM
in fact,i have less than 10% of my total asset is bitcoin, i don’t have enough time to buy a bit more.
anyway, you guys who owns more than 30% bitcoin as asset should take care of that so you get less risks of losing funds.
616  Other / Archival / Re: Do you think bitcoins will disapear or become unused? on: August 12, 2016, 04:26:08 AM
I dont think bitcoins will dissaper . It resisted much years and it grew . I think that in future more people will use it online and also in real life(not online)
Me also i do not think it will disappear because we all see how bitcoin works as of now and a lot of people starting to adopt bitcoin and if the massive adoption happen bitcoin will be more popular and it would be great digital currency in the future.

if too many people adopt Bitcoin it will slow the transaction speed to a point where it would no longer be worthwhile to use it for a transaction. Its been proven, at best a newer coin could replace it.
bitcoin is not lasting forever as the technology renews by generation.
indeed, that’s why bitcoin is open sourced.
617  Other / Off-topic / Re: Awesome Campaign Games on: August 09, 2016, 02:54:30 PM
i have no idea at all, because most of the video games have their end, it would not be that great if we completed the complete game and gone nothing else haven’t done.
