The conflict started because Mbappe allegedly proposed to PSG to sell Neymar in the near future, even before this season started, the cold war between them will indeed affect the cohesiveness of the team. I agree if Mbappe doesn't respect seniors maybe it is for one reason or another, but yes it is not at all justified they should have an open conversation Mbappe PSG Neymar to find a good solution.
The current conflicts in the PSG squad all started from the privileges that PSG gave to Mbappe, as I recall, Mbappe had used this privilege by asking PSG to immediately sell Neymar to another club, despite Mbappe dislike for Neymar, Mbappe should have been professional and respecting neymar as his senior in football, reportedly now PSG and Galtier will hold a meeting to immediately resolve the issue but I don't think that mbappe will want to reduce his ego at this time even in front of the coach though  .
