I think this is an enough proof for Roma not to think of him in the starting eleven. This is an opportunity for West Ham as a result. However Roma might still have a place for him in their future plans. This might cause them not to be eager for a permanent deal. But West Ham can still sign him on loan in that case.

I would be happy if Dembele was not in Barcelona. He did not play well in the Barcelona team. Lots of his wages. I think it is a waste of money to keep Dembele in the team for Barcelona now. Because Barcelona is in financial crisis now. Now they should not waste money by keeping more players in the squad than they need. On the other hand, Barcelona will be able to buy Lewandowski by using the money from selling Dembele and De Jong. Omar Richards who joined FC Bayern in 2021, now goes to Nottingham Forest. So after only 1 year he goes back to England. He has seen his chances realsitic and can come in the Premier League now to much more playing time, so why not. At Nottigham he now has a contract until 2026 and he is 24 years young. If he plays very well, then he could definitely play in the premier league for the next 6-7 years. Bundesliga will definitely be more interesting if other teams strengthen their players, and probably compete with Bayern Munich for the title. Premier League remain one of the best League in football because their is high level of competition within the teams. Which made it quite difficult to predict who will win the League. Yes they should keep Dembele, if you watch Barcelona match very well last season you would see that his contributions to the team was top notch, he understood Aubameyang very well, they connected so well because they have been together before, if eventually Raphinha comes to Barcelona he will take time to adapt and he will want to prove himself by scoring and in such processes he will be stingy in releasing pass as to when due, Dembele made lots of assist rather than scoring because there is no pressure on him, this I see Raphinha might not be able to do because there will be pressure on him to deliver
