Room for what?   Verstappen was ahead and he had the line.  Hamilton being a professional driver and it being the fastest part of the track should’ve erred on the side of caution and hit the brake or give Verstappen space.  

Hamilton was being an asshole driver.  It was more in his hands than Verstappen.

We can even look at the situation later in Sunday's race, where Hamilton overtook Leclerc to take the lead in the closing laps. It was almost a perfect copy of the position on lap 1, at the same corner, Hamilton coming up on the inside... and Leclerc left room for him by taking a wider line. It's what most drivers would do.

Leclerc has a hard time with the Ferrari, more is not possible with this car at the moment. In addition, he had engine problems, which makes it even more difficult.

The accident between Hamilton and Max is for me a racing accident, even if it was a very hard manoeuvre by Hamilton, it is no longer like the last years that he can win the world championship alone and without problems. When he had Rosberg as an opponent, he always made mistakes when he was under pressure.

Hamilton wasn't totally level going into the corner, he was slightly behind, but... Verstappen knew he was there, and just drove into him to try to force Hamilton off the track. Would Hamilton have driven straight into him, or would he have reluctantly ceded the position?

The difference is Hamilton in that situation, on the outside, and with a 33 point championship lead, would have let Verstappen through and taken the 18 points for second. But with Verstappen there is no nuance, it's all-or-nothing, so he decided to ram Hamilton rather than settle for second. It's why he's exciting, but it's also why he has a reputation as a dangerous driver. And the result is he lost 25 points in the championship race, rather than the 7 he could have lost if he'd kept his eye on the bigger picture rather than being lost in the moment.

Yes, it's the familiar pattern of one car being clearly better than all of the others... it's just that this time it's not the Mercedes!
It makes a change, I suppose, but still... it can be a bit boring when you know who the winner will be before the race starts - barring any weird occurrence like an untimely safety car.

F1 racing would be better if everyone drove the same car... but I appreciate it wouldn't be F1 then, without the different manufacturers showing off what they can do.

There are some rumours like Turkish GP is back on Oct 1-3. I was sad to hear that it was cancelled some time ago. If this news is true, then it will be really delightful to watch. Turkish GP is one of the special and hardest races.

Confirmed? He will probably never play football again. He's lucky he's alive, I don't think there's 1 doctor in the world that will ever give him a licence for playing football after what happened - and he needs one according to rules and legislations.

Yes, I wish they'd drop Monaco, and replace it with a different track if necessary.
If they really want to keep Monaco, then try doing something different with it... You get 25 points for taking pole at Monaco on Saturday, and then participating in a meaningless 2 hour procession on the Sunday. Why not just say you get 5 points for taking pole in qualifying, 4 for second, down to 1 point for fifth. Or have a variety of races, all as individual time trials... maybe everyone could do individual five lap timed runs, and get points depending on your placing there (obviously track conditions would vary by racer, but running order could be determined by the initial single lap qualifying run).
They just need to try something different there. I think individual time trials of however many laps would be an improvement on what we have now.

I also don't think De Gea should be blamed for that. Goalkeepers shouldn't take penalties at all, in my opinion, only if they have talent for it. I'm surprised that no outfield player took the responsibility and scored a second time.

So Leclerc's car was damaged, which meant he couldn't start, which meant Max started from pole.

Monaco is always boring but always interesting.
This year cars lost 18%-10% of their grip so a track like Monaco could be a thing since they are always near the walls.

About the weather. We have a very low chance of rain at least for now. (google)

But we have Mazepin  in Monaco, he can be the factor X for 3 safety cars.

My experience since this issue was solved is excellent. I have kept playing, making some good profit and got awards like XMR Top and more. Maybe you should check it, it could be a bug, because I can't lose.
