Enak yee kalo punya 3 baris nama langsung tanpa masalah, sekarang yang jadi masalah kebanyakan orang yang ga punya nama tengah. misal cuma punya nama 1 baris (first name) atau cuma punya nama 2 baris doang berarti otomatis kan ada yang engga di isi tapi di verifikasi eon disuruh wajib isi semua gimana coba itu cara ngisinya nanti malah ga sesuai data asli dong hahaha
Ia nih, barusan coba untuk kyc exscudo tapi mentok di middle namenya, maklum nama cuman 2 kata jadi ga mungkin asal kasih middle name daripada nanti nambah repot lagi kalau kyc ditolak karena ga sesuai di ktp, nunggu pemberitahuan selanjutnya aja deh dari exscudo soal middle name ini, mungkin nanti bakal di buat optional middle namenya. bukanya isi yc eon yang susah di nomer telepon e ya gan invalid terus kalau sudah ada yang berhasil tolong di kasih pencerahan do ng disini biar pada bisa Udah bisa gan sekarang, udah di fix sekarang limit nomornya sampe 15 angka (ane dapet email dari support setelah komplain). perihal kalo masih invalid ya ane kurang tau soalnya ane sendiri mentok di middle name jadi blom nyoba verif. Udah coba isi kolom dengan tanda * dulu pernah di website lain suruh isi 3 kolom itu depan, tengah dan belakang nah misal nama kita 2 suku kata maka kolom tengah kosongin ganti simbol * biasanya work, kalau cuma kurang saya pikir bisa di akalin susah nya kalau lebih misal nama kita 4 suku kata taro dimana nama nya lagi coba  Lebih baik nunggu informasi valid langsung dari team exscudonya aja kalo misal cara agan begitu dibolehkan yaudah kita pakai itu tapi kalo misal ada cara lain yang lebih bagus dari exscudo ya ngikut nanti. |

anyone having problems with phone numbers not accepted??
a lot of people got invalid phone number problem, and middle name problem this 1 years waiting result is only for bugs and error, what a perfect 1 year development from exscudo team LOL They (team exscudo) aware with this problem on page verification exscudo market but the question is why they are very slowly. I agree with you if they spending 1 years for nothing. Feel angry but there is nothing we can do  I hope they fix this problem as soon and read all the complaints from us. |
