221  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DOGE reaches 30sats! Do you think it could go higher now? on: December 16, 2019, 01:47:06 PM
I'm not sure about bullrun but if you ask if it will go down it depends on the market itself, but what I see here doge is a stable coin where the price will never exceed above 10% per day unless there is big news like when the doge will be listed on binance doge has increased 30% and then dropped to its original state when listing.
but usually the doge also unexpectedly experiences an extraordinary increase, if you remember the past few years it has happened unexpectedly many times. maybe at that time because the market conditions were too saturated there were no favorable movements, but back again, for now it really does depend on market conditions. if the average market goes down, everything goes down including the doge.
222  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What did you learn as a gambler? on: December 16, 2019, 09:21:03 AM
what I learned from a gambler, gambling is not the right place to make money especially in a state of urgency when needing money in a fast time. the effects of gambling can be fatal yes besides addiction surely everything will always be negative, emotions change, when win feels unsatisfied and when lost, feelings of anger will overflow is not clear.
this is why i always ask to myself that people are tended to play when they already knew that losing is mostly what they have got?is this a curse ?of gambling for the people?
the curse that is in everyone's mind when gambling (it's possible) Undecided
and I've realized, instead of gambling it's better to take a safer way to trade, this is what I'm doing now.
but trading is partly gamble also right?because you will never know the growth until it happens so there is some gambling in that area .
a little agree and have a point, so yes it's still part of gambling but in a different way as I said it is safer than gambling. here I focus commodity trading not cryptocurrency trading.

-snip-
Now many gambling sites provide free money and other daily activities that can make us able to get crypto even without playing, I mean these events are different processes than we play to make a profit. I use this condition continuously so I never make a deposit using personal money.Means I have never felt the slightest loss while I played on the gambling site
so what did you learn from a gambler? play for free without a deposit? hmmm ,, it could have happened, but the process really takes a long time only with free capital. but if you can get profit from it, it's good then.
so your solution is to keep playing gambling but don't try deposit, if can, try to get capital for free to bet, okay I get it.

224  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is it good to talk about big gains? on: December 15, 2019, 04:03:49 PM
talking about a big win isn't wrong but in my opinion it's better enough to keep it to yourself, because indirectly it's just the same as bragging and the impact it will make people tempted to follow your way that is by gambling even though gambling has more losses compared to profit gained. and people don't know that behind winning bets there are losing streaks (casino or sportbets, whatever that is). gambling is fun but also scary.
225  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is the main purpose in gambling, always to make more money? on: December 15, 2019, 12:35:18 PM
Does gambling have a main purpose, to start with?
depends on each person, there are those who aim to get profit quickly and there are also those who aim to have fun just because they feel bored.
Do you believe we are here for a reason?
yes of course, I myself also have a reason why I gamble, of course to get instant profit.
If you had no time to waste in your life, would you still gamble anyway?
it depends, it can be yes and it may not. there are still other ways to spend time besides gambling.
226  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to $5k? Tone Vays on: December 15, 2019, 09:51:35 AM
it is only a prediction and speculation, not necessarily true. but I don't think bitcoin this time will go down to 5k usd. the lowest level maybe at the 6k level after which it will recover again up and on and on.
If it really happens down to 5k, no problem. no one knows exactly which way bitcoin prices are currently going down or up. for example, last night bitcoin went down, this morning it went up again.
227  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Has the crypto market reached its bottom yet? on: December 15, 2019, 06:12:02 AM
I believe that cryptocurrency will fall by at least 20 percent. Therefore, I’m waiting to buy tokens,
down to 20% is too much and painful but the other side is it's good we can buy again at the lowest price.
and then I will wait 2 years until the coins grow.
hold up to 2 years in my opinion is too long, it's better to sell when it's all at the highest price position. but if all of the predictions are correct that it says next year there will be a very high rise in the price of bitcoin, meaning your decision is not wrong. (I read a lot of speculation at the end of this year)
228  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What's your Bitcoin cash price prediction on: December 14, 2019, 04:51:43 PM
No way for BCH to go much higher. Hype is over and there is nothing that will bring more money to the market.. There is no use for it

Sadly, I agree with this. They haven't really built a community or established an ecommerce network - and they needed to do that to succeed, otherwise what's the point of the bigger blocks?
but even so, in fact the price of bch is still higher than ethereum whose community is very large and somewhat better than bch. I don't know why people doubt BCH. if in doubt, why Bitcoincash can still survive in the top 5 if nobody likes it or doubts it.
for hype, all coins are the same, if bitcoin goes up to the moon then the altcoin hype will follow the upward trend.
229  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Before I Invest With Cryptoqurrency? on: December 14, 2019, 03:13:29 PM
Investing must have a target to be achieved.
Avoid greedy when you have achieved what you want.
Every investment in crypto can not guarantee that what you are investing will pay off.
Before you can achieve your goal to earn you have to start on choosing the best project that is genuine and not like others who will turn out to be scam. The hard part is where to invest with numerous scam project existing, thats why many of us prefer to stick on old coins rather than the new one without assurance if it will succeed or not.
And in the end many investors are now re-investing in old coins to get their money back after being often scamed by the IEO/ICO project.
it is indeed more comfortable investing in the same place (investing in projects/coins that have proven to be trusted for a long time) than finding a new place to invest (investing in new projects).

so before investing do have to think carefully, especially in new projects.
230  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto trends that happened in 2019 on: December 14, 2019, 12:28:58 PM
Does 99% of ICO's being either a scam or money grab constitute as trend?
some BM are willing to exchange their good name for money, they run an ico project that is proven to be a scam. every BM should conduct research before accepting the project.
so the trend in 2019 is BM willing to sell their good name for money.
they (bounty managers) who promote scam projects must be blamed as well as shit projects. because BM does not want to do a research to the project that will be promoted before opening a bounty thread. think about it, if BMs want to do that, they will definitely be able to minimize the scam project that happened in these 2 years.
231  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin software wallet on: December 14, 2019, 09:25:35 AM
Hi

I want to know whats the best recommended software wallet for Litecoin?

I will store its keys offline on paper. I know best is hardware wallet but its expensive.

Let me know with link please.

Thanks
You don't have to use software wallet to create LTC wallet, if you have a smartphone just get coinomi wallet and create LTC wallet, you will get your backup phrase, write it down and you are good for years to come

This is not what he is looking for. He is looking for a way to store it offline or in cold-storage since he would get a hardware wallet but its expensive. Using a smartphone to store crypto is not ideal since phones might have certain weaknesses and a phone is never going to be considered cold storage.

Honestly if the paper wallet or the cold storage on an old pc is too technical then I think the OP should just store it on an exchange and just use a different username, different email, different password, use 2FA and use 2FA for email and it should be fairly safe left on the exchange.

Its better to store it on an exchange then to lose it due to some inexperience. Many people store their coins on reputable exchanges like Coinbase and they don't have issues.
It's too dangerous to store in an exchange place, okay the exchange has a good reputation, but it can't guarantee in the future whether it will continue to be safe. unable to buy a hardware wallet because it is expensive, so the solution is indeed to make a wallet that we can store its private key (paper wallet) or use a trusted ltc wallet software, as I use now Electrum Litecoin Wallet.
232  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will binance reach $23 as per experts prediction? on: December 14, 2019, 05:50:51 AM
for binance coins, it seems that achieving that price is not too difficult especially since the community is large and is also supported directly by the Binance market itself. Moreover, the previous BNB had also ever reached the price of 40$. so your prediction in my opinion is still fairly reasonable and very possible happen.
233  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: ICO/IEO projects are lying to airdrop and bounty participants for a long time! on: December 13, 2019, 04:54:34 PM
So here is my advice to all ICOs and IEOs when you are doing airdrop and bounty program to participants.

Don't say "$50 worth of tokens". But rather say "$50 worth of tokens in ICO/IEO price", so that people like me may be aware that the reward we get is not what we expect. There is 99.99% chance that the reward we get are going down to shit, and only 0.01% chance that it would actually go to the moon!
The answer to airdrop, I guess it is a marketing strategy so I don't think it's wrong to lure "free airdrop worth 50$". To be honest, I'm actually annoyed and very disappointed because of the problem "value" of the airdrop, but finally I realized it.

The answer to the bounty, even though there is an explanation of the estimation in each bounty thread but sometimes this often makes the bounty participants disappointed because of the uncertainty about the results to be obtained. indeed this also includes marketing strategies but this is the most frustrating compared to airdrop.

They cannot stop it because for them the method is fairly effective, but for hunters it is very annoying. even so everything must be accepted because it's free money. I do not support them but in reality this is what we must accept.
234  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin could reach $100,000 in 2020: Ross Ulbricht on: December 13, 2019, 03:26:43 PM
Ross Ulbricht, the originator of the dark web marketplace Silk Road, has anticipated that Bitcoin could reach $100,000 in 2020.

Ross Ulbricht is an American convict who created and ran the darknet marketplace Silk Road from 2011 to his capture in 2013. In February 2015, he was indicted for tax evasion, PC hacking, selling in bogus personality reports, and endeavoring to exchange drugs by means of the web.

speculation is getting crazy, before there was also someone who speculated bitcoin would go up at the price of 50k, that alone make me dizzy to understand it. better predict at a reasonable price such as 25k usd, it's more likely to be achieved than 100k. I can't blame your prediction because it's yours, it's just that I disagree.
235  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What’s the best coin to buy apart from bitcoin on: December 13, 2019, 01:34:35 PM
But there are sometimes hidden gems that we won’t know till the community tell us about it.
And it’s too late to get in when they go up higher.
There are literally 4000 coins on cmc or coingecko, can’t research each and all
usually it's shitcoin, suddenly appears at a fantastic price, after many people know it surely the price of shitcoin will quickly fall down again, too dangerous to buy. better to buy coins that are already familiar to us, for example, such as stellar lumens (XLM), ripple (XRP), binance coin (BNB).
236  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Would You Trust Libra Coin With Your Money? on: December 13, 2019, 11:17:49 AM
Libra really exists (still under development) but to trust libra as cryptocurrency, oh no no, let alone entrust my money to libra coin. Why does libra coin cause so much controversy? because people's trust in Facebook itself is now in doubt after being caught committing identity theft. And again, Facebook itself wants to create an independent libra not bound by the government but Facebook is under US law. and the last is the investors one by one began to leave Libra, meaning there was a distrust in the concept of libra itself.
237  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Crypto/Blockchain hype over? on: December 13, 2019, 08:13:03 AM
I think the hype in the blockchain technology is still high (not over yet), it's just that the interest of investors in the crypto world is starting to decrease, many of them appear when the price of bitcoin is at its highest peak. after prices continue to decline and the investment world gets worse then people feel bored because they do not get profits. let's just look at next year, will there be a change in hype or will it remain the same.
238  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Has Altcoin Season Arrived? on: December 12, 2019, 04:43:30 PM
No, Bitcoin is still obviously bearish. The total marketcap of all coins is also remarkably bearish. The Bitcoin dominance chart is irrelevant at this point because money outflows are larger than inflows at the moment.
there is no doubt that this fact is true. agree with your opinion.
can be seen from the dominance of bitcoin around 66% does not decrease and still continues to be bearish, so how is it that the altcoin season will emerge. unless the dominance of altcoin increases and bitcoin decreases, altitude season will definitely occur despite the bearish conditions, if this happens usually people start to get bored with bitcoin conditions.
239  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins or Bitcoin? on: December 12, 2019, 03:24:26 PM
can't choose one because it's obvious I'm currently holding bitcoin and altcoin. and the answers of the people here also definitely choose to do both. okay, cheap altcoin can be bought in large quantities but if bitcoin continues to fall, it is useless to hold altcoin. it's safer to hold bitcoin but it will definitely feel something is lacking to hold, so buy altcoin to hold. if you can trade, it is better than doing long term hold.
240  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin going to $9200? on: December 12, 2019, 01:45:07 PM
Bitcoin (BTC) is ready to soar the short term – opinion

Check the article, guys!

https://coinstelegram.com/2019/12/10/bitcoin-btc-is-ready-to-soar-the-short-term-opinion/
my guess is just a prediction by another analysis, from what I see at the moment bitcoin is not yet pointing to a surge in prices towards 9.2k usd. so this seems like speculation in general. it's the end of the year, if it can indeed reach 9.2k in the short term there is a big possibility it will continue to go up, it won't be just a moment only (if that happens).
