121  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Can I earn 12.5% BTC in 1-2 days ?! on: January 06, 2020, 04:35:11 PM
Low liquidity, low price. the high is total supply lol
I am myself affraid to buy low price coin like this. I know that it can earn me more profit, but ofc more risk too

In low price, it will be harder to set stop loss, if very tight always triggered. if loose, risky.
that's why I try to not choose low coin price.
the risk is very high because the price is too low and this is a token, where the average token very often ends up scam (shitcoin). it's tempting when the price goes up by 1 point but if it goes down it will continue to the lowest point.
And I just checked, I saw there the total sell order is higher than the buy wall. imagine if everyone canceled a buy order, the price would be 1 satoshi. LOL Shocked
I also do not want to take risks in playing/investing/trading in coins (except dogecoin) whose prices are very low let alone the type is token.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin could reach $100,000 in 2020: Ross Ulbricht on: January 06, 2020, 02:10:57 PM
the 100k usd figure is too big I think seeing the current price of bitcoin which is still around $ 7500. I don't think bitcoin will touch 50k usd by 2020 either. Now the market is different. I used to believe just a little push, the price will immediately go up. But now people are smarter in anticipating price movements

People are smarter but they are same greedy as always. At the beginning of 2017, it never occurred to anyone that in a few months the price would rise from $1k to $20k, so 20x. Now we have $7.5k, it is possible that the price is not able to grow 20x, but 10xin my opinion is possible, so $ 75k is in the range.
Today's people prefer to speculate and expect things that don't necessarily happen, and expectations like this have been happening since 2017 when bitcoin reached ATH. without any encouragement from the big whales I feel that the rise in the price of bitcoin or in the crypto market will be difficult to achieve, the community may be big but without the existence of "big whales" the community will not have a big impact on prices in the market.
nowdays, it is true that many people are greedy but these "big whales" actually like toying with the hopes and expectations of these greedy people. they broke everything and this greedy person is frustrated. and in fact there are some people who have felt frustrated with the conditions in these 2 years.
My prediction bitcoin this year will only reach the highest price at 30k usd, even this I still doubt.
123  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [UPDATED] Google banned Metamask from Play Store 1 week ago on: January 06, 2020, 11:54:07 AM
Yeah right a week ago indeed Metamask on android was blocked by Google, there are already people who discuss it here; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5212874.0
but now it can be used again and 2 days ago I have got the Metamask browser update on my android.
I see everything is back to normal and it seems yesterday it was just a misunderstanding from Google.
124  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What altcoins are you bullish about in 2020? on: January 06, 2020, 09:35:49 AM
in a bullish condition, I think all altcoins will increase in price. but if you mention only a few coins that will experience bullish, it's hard to guess. market conditions are very influential, especially bitcoin, if there is a sharp increase I'm sure all altcoin will follow its steps. If it has to be mentioned, ETH and BNB which I think are very high potential when in a bullish condition that will reach ATH.
125  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto Gambling on Mobile Devices on: January 05, 2020, 05:36:56 PM
Have you ever gambled from your mobile device (preferably smartphone)?

I know that some online gambling sites adapt themselves to mobile devices. But I'm talking about applications that you install on your phone which allow you to gamble anytime, anywhere. For Android, I've toppled with an app called "CoinPoker" which allows you to play Poker on the go with cryptocurrency. I'm sure there are other apps out there, but that's the only one I've found. For ETH-based gambling sites, I use the "Cipher" wallet to interact with them on my phone. Per my experience, it's much more convenient to gamble on a mobile device than a computer. But everyone has their unique preferences within the mainstream world.
I once tried playing gambling on a mobile device, the gambling is Tron and EOS-based gambling site, this I found when I installed the "Tronlink" wallet and the "EosLynk" wallet. overall the same as gambling sites in general the difference is only in appearance and platform only.
there, I feel uncomfortable because the display is too small and not as wide on the computer. I'm used to the chat room feature at a gambling site on a computer but on a mobile device there is no chat room, so annoying. completely uncomfortable, that's my opinion.
126  Economy / Economics / Re: How the situation in Iran might impact Bitcoin on: January 05, 2020, 04:11:54 PM
I don't think it will have much effect on Cryptocurrency if World War 3 will occur because capital owners will withdraw their assets and will buy gold as a safehaven asset. So the world price of gold will certainly soar, but if big investors choose Bitcoin than gold then it is certain the price of Bitcoin will increase dramatically.
does not seem to have an effect on global cryptocurrency prices, I just checked information on google that 1 bitcoin is worth 313 million Iranian Rial or about 9.4k usd. there is indeed a rise but in fact globally, the price of the btc still has not changed or there is no price movement following the conditions in Iran.
I expect bitcoin to rise but I really don't expect Iran and the U.S to declare war, because the impact of the war will expand globally.
-please don't let World War 3 happen--

by the way, I found 2 different articles about bitcoin prices that happened in Iran.
https://cointelegraph.com/news/bitcoin-selling-for-24-000-per-btc-in-iran-as-us-tensions-escalate
the second news because Misleading Exchange Rate was the Culprit

127  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: There is a way now to exchange kicktokens for bitcoins ??? on: January 05, 2020, 02:42:19 PM
is this still possibile ? i have 60 usd of kicktokens , now how i can exchange this kicktokens to btc ??
I don't know if this is what you mean.
I saw at Coinmarketcap, there was a Kucoin market exchange. I have checked and it's correct the ticker or symbol is exactly the Kicktoken/kickcoin, try visiting the market and you can sell your tokens there.
Coinmarketcap;

Kucoin;

128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will 2020 be bearish as well? on: January 05, 2020, 11:58:01 AM
I dont think so it will be bearish, i am expecting rise in market  and it may be or may not be bullish as it will depend on whales or market setters. But i think crypto awareness should grow rather just going after pumps and dump as it will automatically increase the price.
it is likely that will happen in late 2020, for the beginning and the middle of this year, I think the conditions will still be the same as last year. and the big whales might not pump prices in the middle of this year, but I'm sure this year is a good year for crypto.
129  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: High price but no volume on: January 05, 2020, 07:51:59 AM
It's back to square one if you are holding a coin or token for long term and finally altcoin season comes and the token or coin surge in value but has no trading volume on exchange, all your efforts and pain while holding is total waste, do not hold tokens or coins that have no demands, real use cases are what makes them very demanding
usually those holding tokens are the result of bounties and some new investors (who expect a miracle).. if true holders will definitely hold coins that are definitely in the top 10 or top 20 at Coinmarketcap (it certainly has trading activity and high trading volume), and they don't want to take high risk if holding coins that do not have trading activity.
130  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Guys stop investing! Use your brain, please on: January 04, 2020, 04:54:27 PM
I just fed up on IEO projects that being held by P2PB2B! After so much warning, negativity why so many people keep investing in P2PB2B IEO projects? I haven't seen any successful project from their IEO launchpad, rather some good projects ruined themselves by launching the sale on the shit P2PB2B exchange.

How the ICO dead, almost the same way IEO hype is going to over for all of these shit, fake, scam exchange. Please think hundred times before buying any coin from the P2PB2B, Coinsbit, Latoken, Exmarkets, Vidax, Coinlim IEO launchpad!
Any thoughts from you?
sorry to hear that. I have long stopped investing in IEO since the beginning of 2019 when I got a huge loss in IEO in Bittrex, the name of the project was Ocean Protocol. Bittrex is one of the markets that is quite large and reliable compared to the market you mentioned in above. actually I myself wonder why did you join and invested IEO in P2PB2B, even its reputation is very bad and many people have warned it in this forum, and you are late aware of all that.
My advice, so from now on it's better to stop investing at IEO/ICO or whatever it is and try to trade to get all your money back, good luck.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Death of ICOs on: January 04, 2020, 03:26:35 PM
in my opinion the main thing that makes ICO dead is that there are many ICO scams and also this bear market makes investors afraid of ICO
more precisely because of the many scam projects and fake teams. the issue of bear market does not seem to be very significant, the proof is that there are some projects that have survived even in bear conditions.
from my sight, the project team is currently only thinking about raising funds, not prioritizing the product, mission and vision.
if the product concept provided by the project is not convincing then it will ultimately lead to a scam. the scammer project is what made ICO dead.
132  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why price down after listing in exchanges on: January 04, 2020, 01:30:44 PM
the most correct reason is that the project itself has no value, imagine if the project is indeed very valuable, surely the price of the token will be good too.
furthermore, maybe because too many token supplies were made, I mean the supply of tokens from a project. In the past, the total supply alone was no more than 5 million tokens, now up to millions or even hundreds of millions. it's clear that the price will be very cheap and eventually become shitcoin.
that is the reason why prices down after listing on the exchange.
133  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you use betting tips? on: January 04, 2020, 10:14:37 AM
I used to use tips like that but because it wasn't very profitable, I finally stopped and did the analysis myself when I wanted to bet on sports betting or sometimes I follow and copy my friends' bets. losing or winning is more satisfied than having to pay in a group that provides betting tips information.
134  Economy / Economics / Re: What is safe asset? And If USA dollar weakining what is Next Fiat? on: January 04, 2020, 07:12:29 AM
USA dollar weakining coz of war
So what is Next currency to use?
Its a euro?
No, Euro.
I guess, the next currency is likely to be CNY. the Chinese economy from year to year is getting stronger globally. A trade war between China and the U.S. Because of the U.S. fear of disappearing US Dollar dominance worldwide and replaced with CNY. if not for that, surely there would be no trade war between them.

And what is the safe asset?
I Think its not Gold and its not Property either
the points you are talking about are the safest assets right?
very clear, the answer is gold because it is guaranteed the most stable.
135  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Bounty hunters answers needed on: January 03, 2020, 05:17:16 PM
What would you do if you've been promoting a project for over a month and the bounty manager refused to update spreadsheet? After getting in touch with admin on telegram channel they keep saying no update from team yet, what will be the best decision if you are in my shoe?
my advice for now is to leave it and stop following the bounty campaign. or look for another bounty campaign whose campaign duration is no more than a month, even if there are more than a month, look for a bounty manager that always updates the spreadsheet data. because if it's not like that, there will be data manipulation when the bounty campaign is finished, I ever feel like that before. so now, I've deciced to stop following the bounty campaign because the team is not cooperative and also the bounty manager doesn't care about the complaints of the participants.
136  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Your Recap for the year 2019 on: January 03, 2020, 04:14:09 PM
I'm not asking recap on what's happens in the Cryptocurrency industry, but on how 2019 made an impact in your lifestyle, motivation and financial status, is it positive or negative, are you full of hope or losing it, what is your assessment this coming 2020.
in my opinion 2019 is almost the same as 2018, there is nothing special and profitable for me in terms of investment and bounty.
but there is a little positive side, in 2019 I got a way out in getting money by following challenges & wagering contests at every gambling sites and being active there and finally being able to get profits. you could say that the gambling place saved me in 2019, when the bounty campaign & investment was very unprofitable.
in 2020 hopes the bounty can become legit again and reduce the scam project, so that I can invest in legit project and come back get profit.
137  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Now that we are in 2020 on: January 03, 2020, 02:28:07 PM
We are in 2020 and we hope to see a good start of the market this year, this year we are hopeful that a bull run could come again due to many big events, one popular one for bitcoin is its halving and for altcoins, Libra launch?? i know some would disagree as they are against in Libra project.

But here's the question, if the market goes bullish and altcoins are pumping, do you think when there is an ICO, people are still going to invest?

personally I believe they will not because there an IEO already but I like to hear yours.
most likely, there are still many who will invest in ICO or IEO even though we suggest to stop doing that.
I hope Ethereum will stopped the erc20 token creation feature so that not many projects will appear easily. the root of the current problem is that it's easy to make tokens.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Beware of browsers add-ons on: January 03, 2020, 12:07:55 PM
For those who don't know or are addicted to browser extensions you need to be careful because many browser add on are dangerous and they can steal data and keys from your PC, the latest dangerous extension is Ledger chrome extension which is fake, this add on does nothing than steal your backup recovery phrase

The source is right below
https://nulltx.com/fake-ledger-chrome-extension-causes-major-problems/amp/
I do not use add-ons ledger, rarely use add-ons in the browser because it will takes up a lot of computer RAM (the more add-ons the heavier the browser performance), I only install the metamask and tronlink add-ons, but thank you for giving us the warning.
139  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's up with XRP now? on: January 03, 2020, 08:57:44 AM
in my opinion the price of xrp at the moment there is no problem, I'm not too hopeful of an increase to the moon but if it happens it's very good. I like xrp because the transaction is fast and cheap and the price is also quite stable, as a holder I feel safe.

.....
Though it's price were declining even now, I do believe that soon it will pump with other alts such as ETH.
I also believe that, there will definitely be a time to go up.
140  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: NEVER EVER deal Bitcoins with PAYPAL (F&F too!) on: January 02, 2020, 04:32:34 PM
I once made a transaction with my friend from bitcoin to paypal, luckily there was no problem, my friend did not make a chargeback claim.
You might get a wrong friend. next time, if you want to do a transaction try asking for help from people in this forum who already have a high level of trust. or look for an exchanger site that supports bitcoin to paypal, even though it's hard to find. keep careful especially those who deal with paypal, very risky and troublesome.
