1461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Altcoins? on: October 17, 2022, 10:12:54 AM
Bitcoin  would be a safer investment because of their adoption. Moreover, altcoins are very risky. But I have invested in some Altcoins and they have the potential of yielding better ROI. I guess it's your call. Do not invest without doing proper research.

It's actually not difficult to understand this because every altcoin is a cryptocurrency that is not Bitcoin. Because Bitcoin will still be Bitcoin and it will never be the same as any altcoin. So you have to know that this is different and if Bitcoin is compared to altcoins, it is clear that the loser is the altcoin because Bitcoin will always win with so many enthusiasts and others that altcoins don't have.

But I don't understand your decision to invest in altcoins, even though you yourself already know that Bitcoin is a very safe investment for everyone with a certain duration.
Why don't you even choose Bitcoin in this case mate?

1463  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will the market rise in september on: October 10, 2022, 12:31:18 PM
No one really know how market will react and with so many negative effects we are experiencing right now such us inflations, recessions, russia-ukraine conflicts it may take years for the market to recover. Hence we are still in the bear season market, so market will have a hard time to recover. We can expect 2 - 3 years we will have a next bull market seasons will resumes.

Besides some of the bad effects you mentioned, there are currently good effects coming to the crypto and Bitcoin space. For example, in Namibia, Brazil, Canada, Mexico and also the Philippines, where all these countries are looking at all sides of crypto and Bitcoin, so the good thing is that the government and important people in these countries have started to believe in Bitcoin and will implement it as a payment option other than fiat. So this is very good news and in general Bitcoin still has a very good future so everyone still needs to keep and own more Bitcoins from now on.
1464  Economy / Economics / Re: Are you ready to spend crypto when market is down on: October 09, 2022, 07:53:40 AM
Bear Market is the greatest opportunities to buy crypto assets because everyone are fearful about the market conditions but smart investors seeing this as a opportunities to buy cheap prices and hold for the next big bull season market. As the saying goes "be greedy when others are fearful and be fearful when others are greedy".

I do not understand the meaning of the proverb you say. Because greed can usually destroy someone in everything, which can't even be good for everyone. Greed makes everyone lose focus on the main goal because all they think about is having and having without remembering the side effects or bad effects that can happen to them.

Now let me give a close example of buying Bitcoin with all the money you currently have, it's not so bad to do that kind of thing. But you may have a little trouble when you need cash as soon as possible, while the Bitcoin you buy is still at a low price and even lower than the price you bought before. What would you do if you were in such a position?
1465  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Mexico is the next El Salvador? on: October 08, 2022, 09:43:11 AM
The difference is clear that not only does El Salvador accept payments using bitcoin, but El Salvador also makes bitcoin its official currency, whereas Mexico has its own currency and they only accept bitcoin as payment adoption. To surpass El Salvador seems unlikely, but to perfect the adoption is more relevant, if public awareness in Mexico grows in the next few years, then the will proceed quickly and perfectly.

In general, several countries in the American continent have followed in El Salvador's footsteps by seeing Bitcoin as an important asset and very need to be considered because certain people and parties such as the Brazilian presidential candidate named Lula have also seen Bitcoin as a very clear future and have even telling everyone not to continue to depend on the dollar.

Likewise, the Ontario Securities Commission from Canada is planning to buy Bitcoin next year along with other cryptocurrencies. This indicates that not only Mexico has considered Bitcoin as something to behold and own, but Brazil and Canada have also begun to make good plans to own Bitcoin and make it an important asset.

1466  Economy / Services / Re: 💥WINZ.IO SIG & AVATAR CAMPAIGN💥 Check out the new sportsbook!!!(FULL) on: October 08, 2022, 09:24:45 AM
Please note here it says the bounty runs for 4 weeks could be more depending on the success of the project and this is only the first week
There is no need to give notes to others if you are late and also no need to continue the discussion on the campaign thread if it is not necessary. This campaign is not the same as a bounty campaign in general, so you don't have to make an application again if it says "FULL" in the campaign title, because everyone just needs to wait for the campaign to OPEN again after the first week is over.

I Know am late for this application but if there is any slot available, I reserve this application for then. I will change my Signature if accepted.
If you're late, you just have to wait for OPEN on the campaign to make an application, because that's much better.

There is good news for cryptocurrencies from Brazil where one of the presidential candidates who received the most votes wanted the Brazilian central bank to make regulations and legal frameworks for cryptocurrencies and asked the central bank to oversee this because the presidential candidate (Lula) said that cryptocurrencies still have autonomous nature. Thanks, corrected, I meant quartararo but why did I write Lorenzo.  Huh Maybe I'm out of focus.
Yeah, you're welcome. And it's true you seem to be less focused in writing.

Quote
I've been watching Moto GP since Rossi's fight with Gibernau. Then there is Stoner and Marquez. But I see Marquez's racing style is aggressive, it seems he hasn't changed much since I saw it from the start. But indeed every racer has his own style. It's hard to change that. I hope the race remains interesting and there are not many accidents that harm other drivers.
I also don't need to know someone when and in whose era he watched MotoGp. Because I'm not discussing it in the discussion. I even watched MotoGp since I was still in the 2-stroke era, at that time Valentino Rossi was still a debutant rider in the Nastro Azzurro Honda satellite team.

Now forget about that little mistake and focus on the race at Motegi Japan tomorrow where Marquez gets the Pole position in today's qualifying even though the circuit conditions are wet after the rain stopped. Because at the time of qualifying for Moto2, we also experienced a Red Flag because it was raining too hard, hopefully the weather for tomorrow's race can be more comfortable and dry.
1470  Economy / Economics / Re: How Will Investing Help the Economy of a Country on: September 22, 2022, 10:01:28 AM
Investment will certainly help the economy widely to the country, this is because many processes will occur and make the economy improve, investment will automatically make financial circulation and transactions so that the economy makes the economy better, of course not all investments have a major impact on the country, But if the majority of the population is done it will have a good impact.
Investing is indeed a great job for everyone to do. But everyone also needs to look at the good things for investing because not everything that exists today can be very good as an investment. For example if you invest your money in Bitcoin, Gold, Land, Housing, Company shares and also some good properties. Then you have the opportunity to get a bigger profit and the effect or impact you feel will also be extraordinary, as well as other people who do the same thing. Thus, the general economic cycle will obviously occur more vigorously and wisely.
1471  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: September 22, 2022, 09:49:54 AM
That's right, the Manchester derby will be interesting, because Manchester United is different now than it was before. I think this is an opportunity for Manchester United to show that they have really changed now. Actually they don't have to win the match, a draw will increase their morale. Moreover, if they were able to win the match, it would be something extraordinary.
It did look more attractive even though the two of them weren't that close in the standings at the moment. But the Manchester derby will be a fun game to watch as it will take place at home to Manchester City on 2 October. Last season Manchester United didn't win against Manchester City, but for this season I think Manchester United will try to win at home to Manchester City and also at home.
1472  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: September 22, 2022, 09:19:22 AM
Chelsea's chances of qualifying from the group phase are arguably very heavy.  Chelsea's hope to pursue full points in the next two matches is not an easy matter, the opponent they face is AC Milan which will certainly make it difficult for the Blues.  With four games remaining, Chelsea's road to qualifying for the group is steep, only a win can help them.  Chelsea fans are certainly very worried about the performance of their favorite team this season.
The four matches that Chelsea will face are with a team that is quite strong in Group E of the Champions League at the moment (namely the leaders of the first and second standings) and I think both must be watched out for by Chelsea because considering AC Milan is still quite good this season, especially in the Champions League group.
Likewise with Dinamo Zagreb who have won once in the Champions League group, but Chelsea certainly shouldn't take it lightly because Chelsea are in need of a win to qualify for the next phase.
1473  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have started teaching Bitcoin to my Neighbors on: September 22, 2022, 09:09:14 AM
This is really wholesome! Well done for fighting the good fight and teaching those eager to learn!
You can also learn from experienced people if that person cares and wants to teach others about Bitcoin. Because in my place very few people want to teach others about Bitcoin, either because they don't have the time to teach, or they just don't want to teach others because it's related to the internet and money.
I also don't know because I am very rarely in the group of people who are stingy with knowledge here.
1474  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the price of bitcoin rise again? on: September 22, 2022, 09:02:53 AM
It will take time again before BTC will be able to rise again there are too many factors now that hinders the pump of Bitcoin like war, pandemic and economic crisis in many countries that even their stocks were also affected. There are also no in demand personality now that gives hype in crypto like it used to be before. Though we know that BTC can still recover from this dump we need to be observant on when it can be possibly happen and try to have as much as we can before it starts to recover again.
Collecting Bitcoin during dump conditions like now is the right thing to do as long as someone can have the patience to wait for the pump to come back to Bitcoin. Despite all the factors you mentioned, Bitcoin is actually still in demand and favored by many people today. It's just that some of them don't dare to buy because considering several factors (as you mentioned) are still happening so there are still some people who are waiting for the moment to finish to buy Bitcoin, even though buying at this time is also better in my opinion.

The Indian government has highlighted the tax on goods and services to be applied to crypto and the point is to make it more comfortable for users to carry out any crypto transactions because from the news I read it was stated that the government plans to complete its stance on the legality of cryptocurrencies early next year. Indian Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman also urged the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to take a leading role in developing a global framework for cryptocurrencies. Source: news.bitcoin.com

This is a very good thing considering that India is a big country and it has also developed very well so far with more people who are already familiar with cryptocurrencies there.
Of course the impact that will be felt by everyone in India will be better when the government has legalized cryptocurrencies in India and will also have a good impact on the development of the crypto space in general.
1476  Economy / Economics / Re: How Will Investing Help the Economy of a Country on: September 21, 2022, 05:44:53 AM
There are many countries which has made freelancers tax exempt - I think they are from south asian countries
The freelancing has opened the new doors for people and they no longer run with the cv for the work - rather they are their own boss and they are happy with it
It's also better for them because every profit they get can be directly enjoyed for themselves. Because looking for your own profit is always better than working for someone else who is paid a special rate. Because no matter how much salary other people give, someone will still be under someone else's rule with special instructions and he will never be a boss in the company as long as the old boss is still alive.
1477  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: September 21, 2022, 04:42:02 AM
After two rounds of competition, Graham Potter's debut as Chelsea's head coach ended in a demoralizing 1-1 home tie against Red Bull Salzburg, placing the Blues at the bottom of Group E. I'm not really sure what the issue with Chelsea right now, but I believe it's not the coach's fault; rather, the squad may be to blame since Kante is in injury and there's nothing remarkable going on in that midfield right now, especially since jorjinho isn't doing much.
In fact, neither can be blamed for this. Because Chelsea need to improve more than just coaches and also players and the draw I think is not commensurate with the actual performance of the Chelsea team at the moment, although it is a good result for Chelsea, but for me it is still very lacking for Chelsea who are in the group E Champions League because Chelsea are still at the bottom of the Group which still desperately needs a win and not a draw.

So Ducati winning the manufacturers' championship is by no means surprising, they have the most bikes in the field and with Gresini they are at the state of the art in terms of models, supposedly even the same engine as the factory team.

For the constructors' title it will be a close race between Aprilia and Ducati, but Ducati will probably have the edge there. Next year it will be very difficult to catch up with the Ducati factory team with Bagnaia and Bastianini in one team, which will be very difficult for the other teams. I still give Aprilia a chance next year, Vinales has consolidated himself and Aleix is in TOP form at the moment and hopefully next year.
That's right, Having a lot of bikes on the MotoGP grid is one of the advantages for Ducati at the moment besides being a very aggressive and experienced rider. Next year, Ducati will still be very dangerous and strong because the combination of Bagnaia and Bastianini on the factory team is a very extraordinary duo and is difficult to beat by other teams.

What you just described is beautiful for MotoGP but very sad for me which I am used at least some years ago when I was a loyal follower of MotoGP when legends were riding these bikes,at that time only Honda and Yamaha dominated the sport. It looks like a lot has changed here and from a fan point of view this is good,we don't need to see always the same teams winning.I would love to see Marquez back for next year at Honda and winning races again,he is the rider with the most bad luck from the ones alive as I am not talking about Simoncelli which died on the track and is the unluckiest from all other riders in history.
Many teams and manufacturers have developed very well now, where there is Aprilia who has started to appear in front with its flagship rider, as well as Ducati which every year experiences developments in motorbikes and motorcycle engines used by factory riders and other independent team riders such as at Pramac. Racing, Gresini Racing and Mooney VR46 Racing at the moment. So it is natural that now there is a better difference than the past with the dominance of Honda and Yamaha.

There isn't much to see at MotoGP races. I only had time to see the footage of Lorenzo and Nakagami's accident. Was it Marquez's first race after the injury? If he returns, he will make the competition even harder. But if you look at the piece, it looks like Marquez did close, so he wouldn't be passed. But indeed, Marquez has such a style of racing. In some of the races he has gone through, he has also often harmed other drivers. I'm just worried about Nakagami and Lorenzo getting seriously injured. But that doesn't seem to be the case.
I'm confused. What makes you mention the presence of LORENZO in the accident Huh
I never even saw Lorenzo in the race again after he retired from MotoGP racing and also been named one of the MotoGP Legends through a ceremony at the Jerez circuit in Spain. So I think in this case you are seeing people wrong because the ones in the accident were Fabio Quartararo and Takaki Nakagami.

1479  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: El Salvador has become the first country to make #Bitcoin legal tender! 🇸🇻 on: September 21, 2022, 03:32:45 AM
There are a lot of countries in Africa, and if you are going to suggest that something that is going on in Africa, it would likely be more accurate to refer to specific countries and maybe you could refer to more than one country at a time or a region of countries that might have some connections, if there happens to be some aspects that they share in common.. yet I still believe it is going to be better to attempt to specify which country (ies) you are specifically referencing, if you are wanting to make any kind of comparison/contrast to some of the happenings to El Salvador (the topic of this thread) (if that was part of what was intended in terms of what you were posting?).
Yes, if @trendcoin mentions Africa, it is possible that he meant the Central African Republic country located on the African continent. But he didn't even mention it more fully so it's still possible for some people to be confused, but if that's what he meant here, I think it's more specific to mention the topic "Bitcoin Legal Tender in Central African Republic" which is in section Economics because there has been a lot of discussion about what is happening in African states (especially the Central African Republic).

This might have a impact on El Salvador because,  President Bukele says he will seek re-election.

As per report, it's constitution doesn't allow the current President for reelection, but it seems Bukele wanted to run after his term in 2024. I think it will be critical for bitcoin as well, because if the next President suddenly make a U-turn on the country's stance on Bitcoin and vetoed, then maybe we will see the country no longer synonymous with bitcoin's adoption. Or if he is allow to run and then win again, obviously, it might continue to grow in the next 4-6 years in El Salvador alone.
I also found this news on the Twitter account @nayibbukele, where he used El Salvador's independence day to make an announcement about his re-nomination.
And so far there have also been several other tweets on the @nayibbukele account about an invitation to hear a speech at the United Nations General Assembly and also being able to watch it on national television and on my social network at 8pm (El Salvador time).

1480  Economy / Economics / Re: How Much Garden You Would Need to 100% Survive On on: September 21, 2022, 01:58:18 AM
a small well maintained garden will be enough - it gives peace of mind, and it is a very healthy activity too.
Even if you don't have space there is a lot of trend of having a rooftop garden and balcony garden and people are growing there vegetable and fruits there.
For people who have land in front of their own house, it is very nice, because they can immediately turn their home page into a small garden to grow plants and fruits that can be consumed. But this will not be able to be run by those who only have a house without having a qualified front yard. So I think the advice you give is very limited because it is only for certain people.

There are lots of way to make a garden though even if you have if you have small space left. Some farmers/gardeners hang it in the wall with a pot but it limits of what you must plant and herbs are the best choice for a pot but for the crops you really need some space to grow them. And if someone was living in an apartment it's not gonna work but if it's your own land you can do whatever you want since no one would hinder what you've been doing since planting really need a lot of time and care to grow.
I agree to this because the suggestions you are making are factual and very logical with so many examples that have been seen at this point. I have also seen some people who plant herbs on the walls of their homes, but it will not be enough for him even though it is very healthy, because everyone also needs fruits to eat besides they need vegetables to eat every day.
