I'm gong to laugh if the price goes to 9.60 after that dump.

I remember the last time something like this happened someone had to call his phone and wake him up. In fact I think I emailed them about that... ooo here it is Hello,
At approximately 23:00JST on June 23, 2012, trading became unavailable due to an invalid trade order which was not checked correctly by the Add Order API. The trading system however, detected this and halted itself to wait for further instructions, resulting in this outage.
Trading is now back to normal. We apologize for the inconvenience our users have suffered because of this outage and would like to thank you for your patience through this issue. If you have any further questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I bought ~36 bitcoins today. The first amount. Providing I can send them to an address and it all goes well I'll continue with some more. I'm annoyed the price has gone up in the short amount of time I've been trying to buy them but what can I do? :-(
think of it as buying under $10

That thing pirate does is most likely a ponzi. But on the other hand, if he owns gpumax.com and that too was a ponzi, you would think that they would have gone through the minimal effort to obfuscate the whois lookup for the domain name. The name and address is probably fake, or just one of his lackey's... though I think falsifying domain registry credintials is against the law, but so is running a ponzi scheme right?... Or do we already know who pirate is? Honestly I've only been paying half attention. Whenever I see pirate come up in a thread I do think of this though: I think usagi might be a little pissed if he reads that: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=85444.0haha oh nice...

Sorry, sarcasm never translates well on the internet. Unfortunately, the use of sarcasm on the internet requires that you be painfully clear about your position, otherwise you risk misinterpretation. For those that are naturally sarcastic (like me), it's kind of hard to deal with. Ooo! Ooo! theres a thing for that!! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irony_punctuationSarcasm punctuation!
