321  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What Happened with ETH ? on: September 23, 2019, 03:44:10 AM
Ethereum is the best partner of bitcoin, during 2017 ethereum prices were around 5% of the price of bitcoin. when the bitcoin price is $ 5600 then the ethereum price is $ 280
But why since 2018 until now when bitcoin has reached $ 11 707, ethereum is still $ 227. The ethereum price should be $ 585.
What happened Huh if bitcoin price is $ 20 000 then ethereum price is only $ 600 Roll Eyes
Simply because many people know the existence of bitcoin that's why the demand keep increasing while ethereum still recovering from the latest downwards but hold on tight for sure it will become profitable maybe not this year but in news prediction said 2020 is the real deal.
on the other hand that is currently rife is IEO, which reduces ethereum demand. different during the ICO period, where most projects require ETH. but with the innovation that will occur in early 2020, I think ethereum will be able to revive. but I'm sure there are still many who are interested and believe in ETH until now
322  Economy / Economics / Re: Crimes involving crypto have risen on: September 23, 2019, 03:38:53 AM
World was not aware of crypto currency until 2017. No one consider it seriously and that is why many criminals took advantage of that because it is decentralise and no one is controlling it. But like many countries are working on it this issue will get resolve in couple of years .

It was used before 2017 really actively. Moreover, it is curious that Bitcoin is not the most popular cryptocurrency among hackers and those, who are connected with the criminal world. The number one crypto in their "society" is Monero. Thanks to the true anonymity of this altcoin, it is a real tool in the hands of criminals. Besides, they like Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash very much.
Now that everything literally requires KYC criminals will have a hard time I guess, also I think this is the reason why Korean exchange delist any privacy coin simply to prevent any criminal activities and it seems so many exchanges out there also trying to delist. if that's really necessary to be done then so be it.

as long as it's used correctly, I think KYC can be useful for cryptocurrency users. but the problem is if it is used incorrectly, because it involves a person's real identity. for countries that already support cryptocurrency, I think it will be safer if we do kyc, of course, it is already protected by the government. especially in Korea
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Mass adoption growing or decreasing? on: September 20, 2019, 06:44:14 AM
The adoption of crypto continues to overgrow throughout the world and is the most attractive investment for many people. And even some public companies plunged into crypto either with payment ideas or with other ideas. One of the big news this year is Facebook officially jumped into the Cryptocurrency world. The report will undoubtedly have a positive impact on crypto as it will attract many people to cryptocurrency.
more and more big companies are entering cryptocurrency, I think it will bring a good impact. Moreover, we know that Facebook is used by almost everyone, so that it will be easier to promote cryptocurrency to all citizens of the world. and finally with more and more adopting crypto, it will increase demand
324  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you think advisors help new projects? on: September 20, 2019, 06:39:17 AM
Advisors have a somewhat important role in a company. Advisors often have a positive impact on their ideas or experiences for the company's plan. Of course, the occupancy of advisors will make the company more flawless in carrying out the project during a fundraiser. But in the crypto project, the advisors don't have much success impact because they are behind the scenes when the fundraising takes place.
an advisor must have an established psychology and have a lot of experience, so they can solve problems well. I think the presence of an advisor will have a positive impact on the company to be able to develop optimally. an advisor can see universally from all sides, so he can produce the best solution
325  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: less interest of investors to buy ICO on: September 20, 2019, 06:34:44 AM
Because lots of icos nowadays are just fake and wants to scam people, investors lost interest and trust on it. I think most people prevent from putting their money on icos and chose ieo because it's much safer and can get easy profit.

scam/fake ico are not the reason on why people lost interest investing on them but people do also change  . humans are known to be not contented on one thing , they loose interest on the existing things or they get bored so they try other new stuffs like ieo's or other new coins that has been released on the crypto market . ieo's are a good alternative to ico but they still arent safe  . there is no such thing as safe on investing , they can collapse anytime or they can be hack  . and there is no such thing as easy profit or easy money  . it all comes in a step by step slow process  .
there are some people who are traumatized by following ico fraud, so that their capital is used up, there are also those who feel challenged in the cryptocurrency world, despite experiencing ico fraud but they are not traumatized and try IEO to get greater results. but I think many of the investors are waiting for the right moment to invest, of course they don't want to be careless anymore
326  Economy / Economics / Re: How to manage the risk in investing cryptocurrency? on: September 18, 2019, 06:15:13 AM
After all my altcoins have reached virtually zero, I have very few tips to give Sad
The point is that the main feature of the crypto world is instability and insecurity, which is precisely what it produces - if we are good and lucky - big gains.
If you don't like it, invest in mutual funds

I think you've doing the HODL too much and that is the reason you lost in this game my friend. Some of your tokens are meant to be sold and not of them are going to be in your wallet forever. And don't forget to execute stoploss which is one my mistakes and that is the only way to manage the risks here in crypto trading.  But you are also right, either a shitcoin or good project will still give you big gains if you are lucky to experience its pump or  we are in a bull run.
unfortunately we do not know whether there will be a pump later, and when no one will know. therefore stop losses are needed to anticipate a dump, or when our analysis is wrong, without stop losses I think it leads to gambling, especially if we hold it to become junk coins, this is not recommended in trading
327  Economy / Economics / Re: Trading on: September 18, 2019, 06:09:44 AM
Can i ask some advice from trading experts here, How could i trade safely and assure possible profit from my investments?
trading requires patience and accuracy because if you just want to prioritize profits without wanting to accepting risk then the profit will it's difficult to achieve. if you are a beginner, it is better to study before trading to better understand the risks of trading. honestly, the trading is very fun if you are always patient and holding.

Holding can't be considered as trading. When you hold you will just sell in a specific time or price. When you trade there are buy and sell activities daily or weekly. Trading requires more analyzation rather than patience because you will adjust to the market movements to earn profit.
trading must have a target analysis and stop loss to pick up opportunities. holding without a target or stop loss, I think is more directed at gambling. Long-term investment requires analysis so that it's not just hold. therefore calculation before stepping is needed in trading.
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you still hodling that shitcoin? on: September 17, 2019, 04:12:58 AM
it is true that there are some shitcoin that I still hold. if I sell it now, the price is so sad that I choose to hold it, hoping it will become a valuable coin, and even though my prediction is that there are some coins that have no potential, I will leave them, because the price is less than the fee for the withdrawal process
329  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Altcoins ever come back again on: September 17, 2019, 04:07:27 AM
from my predictions later the altcoin season will come too, but it is indeed difficult to predict the exact time. many say that 70% of market capitalization is handled by bitcoin, it's likely that many investors are reluctant to leave crypto, then they choose bitcoin as the safest investment. and I think there will be a shift in investment from bitcoin to altcoin, and that's when the altcoin session begins
330  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: crypto and gold on: September 16, 2019, 03:15:34 AM
I think that can be only one answer: crypto is more profitable than gold. Any side we take. In crypto you can earn 200% - 1000% or even more  just in one or few days.
But don't always see the benefits, look at the disadvantages if you are wrong in predicting the crypto market. Maybe you can get a 200% - 1000% profit in a few days, but you can also experience a 200% - 1000% loss in one day. Cryptocurrency has a high vote, while GOLD movements tend to be more stable.
and if we can find out the strengths and weaknesses between bitcoin and gold, then we can anticipate risks. Actually, investment in both is good, but we must be able to carry out the strategy and know its purpose for ourselves. Suppose we want funds to grow and risk less, because there are other activities, then we can choose gold
331  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When altcoin price increase on: September 16, 2019, 03:10:33 AM
This incident is due to the influence of investor confidence. when the price of bitcoin rises, many investors only focus on the coin, and altcoin is not attractive to them. Moreover, market conditions are not yet clear, so investors prefer to maintain the security of their funds. when bitcoin goes down, of course a lot of panic of altcoin holders, because when bitcoin goes up, altcoin doesn't follow the trend of btc
332  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best place to sell a little bitcoin on: September 14, 2019, 04:05:55 AM
I personally do not use CEX.IO and have long since left it, occasionally using coinbase and indeed at that time they asked for a copy of ID and I agreed to it but after that I could be comfortable using coinbase, but it was not too often transacted there for fear of some negative feedback. But, if you are a person who is reluctant to send KYC, then I guess that will make you worry, because some large exchanges require us to give KYC and so far I don't think that is a problem.
KYC is something that we really cannot shy away from, because it would be worse than this in the future when there is full regulation on cryptocurrency generally by the government. kyc was never a priority of these exchanges before, but I guess they  have seen the future and they know already that it would cause them big issue when cryptocurrency becomes regulated and it would be enforced by government.

The result of the importance of KYC to government is what has led to the things we are seeing now that virtually everyone is requesting for KYC now. So the op just need to get used to dealing on exchanges with KYC, there are reliable exchanges that would never do anything bad with our data and I can beat my chest for exchanges like binance and some other ones.
If the cryptocurrency exchanges will be only with ID verifying in future, then, I will use fiat.

Not all exchanges will require KYC verification, and I think you can find those exchanges so you can use the exchanges to trade. But if you still want to use fiat, then that will be no problem. The best place to sell a little bitcoin is by the sellers who are in the same place as you so you don't have to confuse or to feel hard to sell.

I am sure you can find those sellers around in your city. Or you can browse in localbitcoin as this site was very popular among the bitcoiners. Or you can use other family members ID to register, and you can log in in every day using his ID Grin
good solution by selling it between people. it would be better if you met during the process, so that your transaction is smooth. would be risky if only known through cyberspace even though one city. if I exchange through an exchange I usually convert to doge, then transfer to a local exchange, so the fee is cheaper
333  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is USDT Tether safe? on: September 13, 2019, 02:38:49 PM
tether is a safe place to rest when trading or investing. if you want to buy coins and wait for prices, then you can place funds in USDT, these coins tend to be stable in price, making it suitable for a stopover before you make a transaction. although there is big news whether it is positive or negative, so far tether has remained in its position
334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Important question to Investors!! on: September 12, 2019, 05:53:02 AM
My experience in investing in Presale was to find out the difference in the project by communicating directly with the entire project development team ... then I looked at the whitepaper ... did it have a good and sustainable project or they just wanted to make a profit only ... I also see the ICO rating ... whether it has a rating that is big or not ... and the sale is done openly.
the same as I do, although not 100% accurate, but the analysis approach can prevent us from fraud projects. in a situation like now, investors are increasing their accuracy in investing in a project, especially if we are going to invest in a presale, of course we should be able to read a project carefully
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top coins to have in my portfolio? on: September 12, 2019, 05:48:31 AM
from most of the answers, many people invest in bitcoin, and only a fraction of the capital for altcoin. from this we can conclude that bitcoin dominance is very strong, no wonder if bitcoin moves itself up yesterday. but indeed choosing altcoin in the order above will be safer and have a future, with a large market capitalization can foster investor confidence
336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Have you ever invested in an ICO? on: September 11, 2019, 05:58:04 AM
ever, but in 2017. where almost all projects promise. at that time I chose credit projects, and indeed eventually reached hardcap, so I got profit. but during 2018, many projects did not reach hardcap, this is the effect of falling bitcoin prices, moreover many projects were scam. although not good at analyzing, but at that time seemed to be a paradise for investors, with satisfactory results. but unfortunately I only participated in small amounts
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: We are only rich on spreadsheets on: September 11, 2019, 05:50:53 AM
Before I move out in the ICO campaign I only promote projects whose coins are already in the market, because you can see if your effort will not lose, so many bounty hunters are losing their time and effort promoting useless projects, the worse thing that you can do is to believe that you are really going to earn that amount, when it's not yet existing.
I have also participated in projects whose coins have been listed in the market, but usually have a small allocation. and fortunately we can predict how much we get later. in a situation like this, sometimes I choose a bounty with a coin listing, like yesterday's populous project
338  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin has no practical use and could be damaging to the economy! on: September 10, 2019, 04:17:08 AM
everyone has their own views. many people do not trust bitcoin yet, but we can see that this is inseparable from the role of governments from all over the world who have not yet legalized it, so many people consider bitcoin not to be very functional. I think the biggest problem lies with the country's politics, and people are afraid because there is no legal guarantee to enter the crypto world
339  Economy / Economics / Re: Why all people moan about the price of bitcoin? on: September 10, 2019, 04:10:20 AM
People are loud about Bitcoin because it has become the center of attraction when it comes to cryptocurrencies. Most investors look at its trend to make market predictions and even gives clue as to when to buy and when to sell. Because of the pairing of BTC to almost every coin on the market, its rise and fall in prices affect the prices of the other coins on the market.
Bitcoin serves to be the center of attraction because it is valued big compared to the rest of the cryptocurrencies. The price matters a lot, because when it was worth a dollar very few gave importance. Another thing Most of the early holders just bought it on luck and not with a perfect prediction. Now people knew better about its growth and this makes them have price to be the priority.
indeed the price of bitcoin is the center of attention. many people want to sell at high prices according to their expectations, but the development is still difficult to predict. but this is where patience is needed, of course investors are waiting for many people to get bored and waiting to sell them in a paning, until finally the investors enter the market. maybe at this time, this is the scenario for investors
