As for Atlas saying we have bad customer service I would disagree. We have been following standard business practices that a 17 year old wouldn't understand since they have never held a real job.

I am proud to never have held a job. I don't need the parent/child relationship of an employer. In fact, I consider myself self-employed. I don't like to disclose this but my savings are quite significant and continue to be funded from various sources -- including Bitcoin. I will continue to refuse to work for anyone especially with my current situation.

PS. He still has sent nothing to the email address except just the receiving address. Not even a reply after all this mess in the forum. I . Business matters need to be dealt with through the proper channels and not on the forum.

This is called bureaucracy. There is no such thing as "business etiquette". In the private sector, it's whatever satisfies the customer and makes profit. If your pedantic procedures are working for you, so be it.

However, I think everyone will agree that refusing to send money to Goat's address despite not following your bureaucratic procedures is senseless.

Bitcoin Magazine: Please follow our bureaucratic process to get a refund. No compromises. The customer isn't always right. They serve us.

I'm sorry but this just wasn't good customer service guys. Even if the customer is an arse -- treat them well for the sake of public perception. You could of easily sent the BTC to the address on the forum and this mess would of never happened.

Yes, Goat is being a bitch but you're no better.

No.

The Federal government has no place in regulating our computer hardware. Consumers already have unlimited rights in choosing what information they put on the web. There is nothing the government can do to enhance that; it can only limit it through this proposed legislation.

This will enable the executive branch to exercise influence and have control over companies that take on this legislation. They will be able to indirectly pick and choose the innovators that succeed in the tech industry.

It's a dangerous trail to go on. Give them a little and eventually they will consume the whole thing.

Matthew got banned for something involving a butterfly. Somebody explain.

He's beginning to be like Kenny on South Park. Did he really get banned?

One of his cronies said he was in the IRS thread which I can't even find. Either I forgot what board it was on or it was deleted.

I tend to agree with the OP's line of thinking.

You tend to agree with Atlas? Probably want to keep that one to yourself.
Come on, Matthew, you know I am not a bad guy. This isn't grade school.

Don't know how this is supposed to work. Never used Hangouts before. Is there a place to type text or see who's around?
