No I dont have any idea on how to reflash a phone and I'm not really comfortable with working on my cellphone using downloaded apps online but i'll try. You can post the link here or maybe send it through PM.

How ? Go to Recovery Mode by Pressing Volume Up , Home Key then lastly the Power Button Or if you want a fast result without answering those question , Reflash your phone in stock rom via odin. I suggest DXLF1 since your in PH. This is 100% guaranteed. My wife uses Facebook, take note not the Facebook app but Facebook using Opera Mini. She likes watching videos through Youtube. I guess the repair man already reset that phone 3 times already because whenever the phone is retuned to us, we have to download everything again Yes you need to download everything again because the phone is hard reset. But "if" it's rooted returning back those downloaded app is not a problem and just 1 click away. Anyways back to your problem it's look like reflashing a stock rom is the only solution.
