Why didnt he say anything when metabank still havent shipped anything? Only now?
And what should you do now? There is nothing you can do...
It doesnt matter how you look at it, you will lose.
There is only one way of doing it, pidobir is shipping all devices back to metabank, Tomorrow! And tomorrow, metabank let you pick another devices, instead of those shipped. But... im not sure if thats possible.
I hope, pidobir, will find a way to make it up for you guys, good luck.
P.S. I can help a little bit, and host a few devices... but thats all i can help with.

Nothing is happening. Not a single thing... There's no point in trade-in anymore( Yifu has abandoned us. I guess this is the way, Avalon inc. treats their special customers... What a disappointment.

Still nothing What frustrates me the most, is that we are those "VERY SPECIAL CLIENTS"... yes we sure are... I guess this was just a joke, to make us feel bad... If we reiceive this asic in a month or so.. it wont even ROI.. This is depressing It would make sense if we would receive some bonus, maybe a fifth module... or something in the second gen asic, but i guess it wont happen. Yifu, how much more should it take to process our refund? You are making people waiting for more than a month, for a refund that will take 1 hour of your busy life.
Do you understand, that some people rely on this money? No one knew that you will shit on your customers, and make them wait for a lifetime...
For instance my friend is waiting for a refund, because he should pay for his medical treatment. Do you understand, that there could be different circumstances for each person that made an order? that someone's life may be in danger because of your stupid behavior...
And if someone's gonna get hurt, karma will get your ass, and no money will be able to save you.
I still hope, that there's some humanity left in you, and you will process our refunds in a few days.

I emailed the info@ address and got a reply from NG Zhang about an hour later. I have yet to receive a follow up reply. Thanks to everyone for the suggestions. I've contacted a few clone builders and am going to take everything apart right now to get an idea of what parts I need and how much they will cost. So it seems NGzgang, answered this guy. Maybe some one should try emailing him?

Maybe he is "punishing" those who requested a refund. "No refunds till the last Batch #3 is shipped", or something like that.
Thats stupid... for what is he punishing us? For not being dumb? For giving him a free millions of dollars loan? Maybe he should punish him self, for making a fortune, out of others people money...? If we would've decided to keep batch 3 avalon.. there would've been only one thing to do: pray and hope, that you will receive atleast 70% out of the bitcoins you spend. There will be no ROI, not even close to it.

The most biggest problem is, that 90% of us, still dont have their Trade-ins added to the store account.
So the price for trade-in is 17 bitcoins or so... I guess he forget to mention, "that your trade-ins will be processed in december, and we are all fucked up, as always."
And why the hell did i even bother, sending my two fpgas via dhl, payed a lot of money, for the hurry... one of two fpgas were refused by chan, because he didnt want to pay the fees... 10$ or so..
In the end, one of my fpgas were lost, and the other one was eventually delivered... and i thought thats good news...
p.s. I admired Yifu and his team, and always had faith in him, but i guess GREED kills even the best of us.

Because this is becoming hilarious, and frightening at the same time... He's been absent for two weeks know.
By this time he promised to: 1-st, process the refunds. 2-nd, send out batch 3. 3-rd, process trade-ins.
What has been done? NOTHING.

Я вложил 1 биток. Честно сказать, вложился только лишь из любопытства, так как, думал вкладчикам будет доступна инфа, о том как у него обстоят дела на бирже.. Но этого не случилось...
Биток не жалко, жалко то, что всегда есть на свете мудаки, которые готовы кинуть. И обидно за тех людей которые доверили этому человеку по 100 битков.
Единственная надежда на карму, да покарает она этих кидал анально))

Ппц... Люди точно сумасшедшие)) Зачем им эта коробочка за 45000р.. при текущем курсе, это примерно 16 битков... Масксимум что он сможет с нее выжать это 3 битка в первый месяц, 2 битка во второй, и один в третий.. дальше майнить уже почти нет смысла.. 6 битков против 16... вообщем нет слов

first units of batch #3 will be in customer hands in 3, 4 days, currently machine is making 1.3btc per day, so yes, in 3, 4 months, you're good with ROI...
thats what you think and hope for. But based on the first and second batch delivery, it may take up to a month, till they deliever them. And at that point, your ROI looks really bad.

Well, for me it's obvious, that they'll ship a 4-modular asic.. I don't even understand, how you can be thinking about something else... It doesn't make sense, to send 3 modular units, even for avalon. The price point is pretty easy. 1200$(3 modular unit)+1 module 400$+ no psu+delivery... And minus your trade in= 1600$ Tadam))

Well, What he is saying, is that he did 3 things, First opened a ticket, at bitsyncom page 20 days ago.
Second, filled the form, that Yifu sended to us.
Third, he somehow managed to press a refund button, on the bitpays page.
After all those manipulations, he received his refund in 4 partitions. 23.5+19+18+18

Same here... Still nothing. But i guess, it should take some time. Hope, they will send all emails by the end of the day. I guess, waiting time is almost over, we have to be patient, just a little bit more)
