No one was so obsessed, a few years ago...
We really had a good time, trying to find that block.
And we actually did find a few blocks, but in another solo group.
And no one was saying that he is gonna run with all the money, and he never did.

Didn't want to comment on your self-moderated thread, I just think it's a horrible idea. How do we trust you're not going to take the full block reward, or even the largest chunk of it and lie about the amount, if a block is indeed found? If a block isn't found how do we know you didn't steal half the group funds? How do we know that you're indeed pointing them to the solo pool and not making profits off of somewhere else? Why don't you just coordinate a week where everyone can spend their own funds renting their own rigs in their own accounts rather than send it to you? So many questions and so many wrong things about your plan that it's extremely risky to trust you with such a thing just because it's so hard to know if you scammed the participants or not. Please don't spam this thread. And write you're special questions, in a dedicated thread. By stupid comments, I meant really stupid comments. We've been going through this comments over and over again. Theres no way for me to lie about anything, because you will see our hash rate, you will see the amount of bitcoins stored in a block and etc. I have been doing a lot of different groups in the past, including solo mining. And I have no intension in doing anything that you wrote. If you thing that's way to risky, just don't participate, its up to you to decide. Its just fun, the adrenaline and etc... when all of us are trying to find a block! |

Almost 4 years mining solo here on and today the miners go offline  Kept minimum of 1th here and pushed up to 50ph at times with rentals. Goodbye Solo Mining... <---- as the text said, Solo or Nothing.. Looks to be the latter of the two.. Now is not the time to quit, but to acquire more asics, at this low cost. |

any chance of porting that code change over to the public pool? Plenty  p.s. But there seems to be, some problems with speed calculation. Currently im renting out 1ph, but my stats only shows 100th. Does it still hashes fine? For solo yes since total shares don't matter. It may be a lot more work for shared pooling though. EDIT: Restarted it, should be able to fix that here too.
