What makes you say it's a scam out of curiosity?

The idea is very novel and should be looked at as participating in the various user cases going forward therefore going all in makes no logical sense when you can simply get your feet wet and explore and be apart of various user cases.

Now we come to the interesting part of the project, DT Chain will start to be rolled out the permission based network that will enable the network to leverage functions of Ethereum such as smart contracts and some core functions of NXT as a public ledger. To kick off the network DT Chain will roll out up  to 100 Permission based Nodes to support the network of its own.
Once the 1000th Membership is sold we will open up the networks to be obtained by the public and the key area of interest with DT Chain is the fact it can leverage functions from any public chain and DT Chain can be used to create a network within a network.
Banks wishing to control its own network and data but also needs to make transaction outside of its network or if certain information for a jurisdiction is required to be stored in its territory it can be done over those local supporting nodes. (This also enables 1000s of Transactions Per second)

We hereby inform you that the National Bank of Moldova (hereinafter referred to as the NBM) has examined your letter of 21.12.2016 from the point of view of its competence and attributions and communicates to you the following.
1. Referring to the operation of a virtual exchange platform on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
According to the Virtual Bank Opinion of 04 July 2014 issued by the European Banking Authority, the virtual currency defined as a digital representation of the value that is not issued or guaranteed by any central bank or public authority is not necessarily attached to a national currency, but is used by individuals or legal entities as a means of exchange and can be transferred, stored or transacted electronically (money alternative).
Please note that the virtual currency is not a form of electronic money within the meaning of Law no. 114 of 18.05.2012 on payment services and electronic money and it can not be qualified as "national currency" or "foreign currency" as defined in art. 3 of Law no.62 of March 21, 2008 on foreign exchange regulation.
Currently, there are no legal provisions for virtual currencies as well as activities related to their use, such as their storage, transfer and exchange, but we would like to draw attention to the fact that, in the absence of regulation and supervision of virtual currency schemes , their use presents numerous potential risks to users and participants in the scheme (merchants, exchange platforms, virtual wallet providers, etc.) as well as to ensure the integrity of the financial system, which pertains to the perimeter of central bank attributions.
According to the above, the actual activity of exchange of virtual coins does not require any authorization from the NBM, while the operation on the territory of the Republic of Moldova of an exchange platform between virtual coins, as well as between the virtual currency and the national currency / foreign currency may constitute characteristics the field of payment service provision or foreign exchange operations.
In the context of the above, in order to explain the exact nature of the operation of the platform, the NBM requests additional information on:
- the financial and information flow diagram of payments, indicating all participants in the payment transactions (payers, actual beneficiaries, intermediary participants) related to the platform's activity;
- the functionalities and services offered through it;
- observance of the provisions of Law no. 190 of 26.07.2007 on the prevention and combating of money laundering and terrorist financing, in the context of the planned activity to be carried out.

2. Concerning informing the general public about the potential risks associated with the use of virtual coins.

On July 10, 2017, the NBM published on its website a communique on the virtual currency and associated risks:

3. On the opportunity of NBM participation in blockchain technology initiatives / projects.

The NBM is aware of the potential of blockchain technology for the financial system, including payment systems, and at the moment it evaluates the opportunity for its representatives to participate in projects organized or supported by licensed banks in the country, with the aim of channeling initiatives and efforts to research and implement technology in areas the NBM's tasks.

DT Token:
DT Token will no longer exist and is being rebranded into DTMI currently listed on www.c-cex.com and www.bittrex.com at this moment in time the swap over to the new blockchain will be done on https://cne.drachmae.market/login.php wallets and www.c-cex.com

There is no confirmation from www.bittrex.com they will support the move to the new chain therefore to be sure that holders of DT Token do not be left out it's recommended to to move DT Token to www.c-cex.com until we know if www.bittrex.com will support the new chain.

JIO Token:
JIO Token is listed on www.c-cex.com and https://cryptodao.com currently www.c-cex.com will be supporting the move of JIO Token into the new blockchain we therefore recommend all holders deposit there JIO Token onto C-Cex.

If I hold BTC and want to pay with it, What difference does the EKT and what they do change to me if I am using BTC all it means is a new market opening and new service to BTC holders.

Memberships with Smart contract has no relations to Lawyers as its Digital signature to the T and C agreements provided by the Club.

Received a few PM's about launching a currency for the platform ICO, Not sure that would be viable to do unless it could be used also as rewards in the format of cashback on bookings made in the same way as Airmiles work.

Any opinions?

Ideally the club should support various currencies as it supports USD, GBP and Euro so a few Digital currencies makes a bit of sense also BTC obviously as it has the trading volumes but also Ether has volume too so looking at half a dozen digital currencies makes more sense  but which ones is the what needs to be reviewed for various reason as its also about integration  and so on as well.

As mentioned above it can Go for Fiat anytime, What my objective is to see what would add value to both sides Users and Crypto.

Can the crypto be used as incentive to non crypto users and can crypto user benefit from the services that are already available to the fiat market.

Also scouting ideas to further expand on the travel sector as it's really not touched by crypto.
