4.1.0 Fibre Optics network
Project Stages:
DT X USSR Bank while implementing, envisages two phases, namely:
Phase I – envisaged the deployment of 1,600 km of nationwide fiber optic network, out of which 225 km during the mentioned year (150 km of metropolitan fiber optic network in (capital city), 30 km in the second largest , 30 km of suburban deployments in the vicinity of Capital, to all main businesses, commercial centers and state institutions and 15 km in other small cities).
Phase II – refers to expansion of the FO network to serve suburban areas in Capital City, Second Largest city and other regions. The total length of the fiber optic backbone is expected to reach approximately 2,390 km, so this stage envisage the extension of the FO network on 790 km and installation of antenna masts, tower facilities, and antenna-feeder devices.
Project implementation “National fiber optic backbone”
The new fiber backbone to pass through 80 communities. The conduit or innerduct (PVC) will be placed directly in the ground and the fiber cable then inserted into empty ducts by using “cable blowing” method, in which, compressed air (10 cmc/min) will carry the cable through the conduit. In the rural area, 35% of the construction works will be undertaken along the railroads (owned by Railway State Enterprise). The urban area cable structure will be deployed 38% in telephone conduits and the remaining 62% by using pillars.
Splice points:
There will be a splice point in each community where fiber will connect to a patch panel, which can be used to connect Ethernet switches and provide backhaul bandwidth to the base stations.
Base stations.
A number of 501 base stations (eNB) implemented, 42 on towers in rural areas and along national highways and 459 on buildings in urban areas, including town centers. A climate-controlled shell will be created for each of the eNB, where wireless equipment, Ethernet switches and the patch panels will be located. The number of base stations is to increase to 1,404.
International connections
In order to ensure projects ability to internationally transfer data and to expand on foreign markets, the Project Developer closely monitored the international markets and carried discussions with a number of key participants in the sector of interest.
The main advantages of the pilot project:
The possibility to become an exclusive country in Europe & EX-USSR with the complete 100% national coverage by the LTE network
The unique marketing concept:
All services (smart telemetry, banking services and communication services) from the one provider.
New Quadruple/Triple Play packages including wireless 4G services for the mass market.
Biggest Advantage Blockchain Nodes run on its own Fibre Optic Network directly and wireless therefore superseding the Internet (Its own internet outside of the traditional Internet).
