S.Dice has been sending 0.00005 back as a loss for a while now, they ended the satoshi return months ago. So this patch will not effect them!
Won't they need to up that to .00005430?

All double spends never have both spends confirm. So no bitcoins have been added to existence. There is the risk that if a payment is sent that is double spent then the original receiver of the funds will not confirm and the payment won't go through.

To run bitcoin-qt you need to download the whole blockchain. That can be 5 or 6 gigs. If you delete the blockchain then the client will download it again filling up your hard drive again and you'll have the same problem. It's possible that you could delete files like blk0001.dat or blkindex.dat but you computer will start to put them back. I looked these files take up over 6 gigs.

So that's what drawing triangles on charts can tell you? That the price is going either up or down. Interesting.
My own independent analysis comes to this same conclusion. The price will go down or up.

Buy a couple of these. Certain firearms rarely go down in value, and this one in particular just keeps getting more and more valuable. If you want smaller. Hey you're suspended.

It's 364 days until most Americans will once again face a deadline to file their taxes, but Teresa Warmke already has a plan for Tax Day 2014: She's going to skip the whole thing. The treasurer of a limited liability company, Warmke has struck on what she celebrates as a novel way to avoid any audit trail -- and thereby any liabilities to Uncle Sam. Goodbye American dollar, hello bitcoin. “We don’t intend to file tax paperwork any more,” Warmke told The Huffington Post Monday, as many others scrambled to fill out tax forms or stood in long lines at the post office. “We’re not going to do business with the government from now on.” http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/04/16/bitcoin-taxes_n_3093182.htmlFounders Note: I believe Teresa is going to get a visit from the IRS having her name in lights doing crap like that.
Maybe she's betting that by the time she's audited, her profits will be greater than penalties? There are no profits. It's an organization that provides free healthcare.

1 problem with this idea
The dumping started 20$ before this 'lag' started
That supports the idea. The attacker would dump in clear trading in order to buy back in the confusion that the DDOS would bring.

EDIT: He, the irony is that, if they make it illegal to use any virtual currency, then every fiat currency of this world should be illegal too. Or do they make an explicit exception for fiat currencies?
Yes, a real currency is a currency issued by a government and widely in circulation. This is according to the recent FINCIN guidance.

It went up 2.19% today which i consider a good large increase but not alarm bell large.
Just 271585% per year if constant compounded daily. I don't hear any alarm bells.
