Holy shit 5 goals on Steaua Bucuresti vs Manchester City. My prediction is wrong, i thought Man City will hard to make goal on this match, but 5 goals and steaua can't even make a goal on this match.

It was Steaua Bucuresti worst defeat at home in European competition and it could of been far worst as City missed some easy shots on goal and 2 missed penalties by Sergio Aguero. I believe Man City will go a long way in the Champions League and maybe even win it,well I hope they win it.

Much as Warner is capable of dictating the course of play over the remaining sessions,Rangana Herath is the key here, and he need some support from the other end to keep up the pressure. This Australian team will find a way to delay the proceedings.Hope to see some wonderful cricket being played rather than a boring encounter  Smiley

Well at the moment Australia seem to be going for the runs and not that often they try and play for draws. They want to win this test match and they are currently well on there way to doing just that. If Smith and Warner can build a 100+ partnership I think Australia will win the game. Smith just needs to bat like he did in the first innings and let Warner be the aggressive one. 246 runs is very possible to get as long as Australia build partnerships and not crumble like they have been doing. Go Aussies!

Well if Sri Lanka want to win they should just declare at the start of play on day 5. But it looks like they want to bat Australia out of the game because to be honest I think they already have enough runs on the board, anything over 250 runs would be a tough ask and they have a 288 run lead which is more then enough to win the test match. It will be an interesting day 5 to see if Sri Lanka want to win the game and to see what Australia want to do, win or try for a draw.

My predictions for quartefinals :
Australia - Lithuania. I pick Lithuania. Both teams are not very talented and don't play nice basketball. Lithuania looked terrible in last two group games. But we have good experience few last international tournaments playoff stage. I believe we can play better.
Spain - France. I pick Spain. They started group stage hardly like everytime, but then trashed Lithuania and Argentina. I think Spain only team which can beat USA.
USA- Argentina. Offcourse I pick USA. They will start to play seriously. It's a bit sad that era of Ginobili, Scola, Nocioni and other Argentina stars will end only in quarterfinal
Serbia - Croatia. Hardest predictable game, but I think Serbia will win. It's more stable team than Croatia and Croatia gave very bad luck in mostly tournaments playoff stage.

I agree with your analysis except for the Australia -Lithuania match . The Australia is playing very well with a perfect organization. Australia has clearly beat both France and Serbia. I am convinced that Australia beat Lithuania

I also agree that Australia will beat Lithuania as they have been playing some good basketball during this tournament and are out to prove to the world that they can match it will the top teams in the world. Too bad the Women's Australian basketball team lost and it's the first time in 6 Olympic games that they won't be playing for a medal.

When will the next halving?

the new APR of 334.25% will go into affect on Thu, 25 Aug 2016 11:37:12 GMT. the new windows wallet will be posted soon. this is a mandatory update and after the fork time the new wallet will reject blocks from wallets with an older version

sorry for the dense question that's probably been asked but... is the github up to date so i can compile a wallet for my linux box?

yep you sure can. please let me know if you encounter any problems. and congratz on your Legendary status Smiley

poswallet.com is on the new source too now (and i sent some coins to the faucet on there). c-cex still in maint but seems like theyre still on the right chain

That's great to hear that the POSwallet is on the right chain as I use this wallet for everyday transactions and the desktop wallet for staking my coins. I'm also earning a little from the POSwallet with the pool staking.
8947  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Europa League/Champions League Lounge on: August 17, 2016, 12:08:11 AM
Manchester City played well I reckon as they are still learning Pep's game style. To be honest they should of won by 10+ goals, 2 penalties missed and a few clear shots on goal were also missed. I think that they will get better with each match but this weekend will be a test as they play Stoke away. I won my bet over 2.5 goals and for Mancity City to win so I'm happy.
8948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: CoExistCoin - COXST - Blockchain technology to help better humanity on: August 16, 2016, 06:58:32 AM
I am currently using the POSwallet and as I own close to 10% of the pool stake I'm earning a nice amount of coins each week from staking. I plan to add some more coins to try and get up to 15% or even 20% of the staking pool. So far everything has been working well with this online wallet service and the owner continues to improve the wallets and faucets.

I'd like to put my coins there but they only have the faucet working.

I just purchased some COXST coins on Yobit and transferred them over to POSwallet with no problems at all. It took less then 10 minutes for my coins to show up in my POSwallet. Just send a small amount to test it out first.

Now we look forward to the US open. Murray might go in favorite to win this Grand Slam with his current form winning Wimbeldon and now the gold medal at Rio. Novak Djokovic will be his main challenge but there are a few players in form like Del Potro, Nishikori, Nadal looked good but the hard court worries me a little. Also Nick Kyrgios is looking good winning the Atlanta Open just over a week ago. But first up is the Cincinnati Open which starts this week and is a good lead up tournament for the US Open. Murray has won the Cincinnati Open twice so can he make it 3 times? on his current form he can.

US open is going to be won by murray again. He just cant lose in his own country, djokovic has lost to murray quite often these days and sooner or later he wont be number 1 again. The main highlights is still going to be del potro, he has beaten both nadal and djokovic , he almost won against murray as well wasnt him?

I wouldn't be so sure about Murray winning the US open, yes he is in good form but I would not count out Novak Djokovic who had a slight injury during his loss to Del Potro at RIO. Murray is from the UK not the US. Del Potro should make it through the rounds as he does play well at the US Open and is a past Champion so I expect him to do well. Also some of the young talent coming through the ranks might also surprise and reach the finals.

Now we are on to the quarter finals and there are some interesting match ups. The USA v Argentina will be a great game to watch and can Argentina sustain the intensity wit the USA team. Spain v France will be another tough battle with both teams about even. And the Australia v Lithuania will be an interesting game to see if Australia can preform as well as they have in the group stage. I can't wait for Thursday to come around.

Why 1337 down down end again down??

been bouncing between 1 & 2 sats for months bud, its all good opportunity

I managed to buy 74k worth for 1 satoshi each. I know its not a lot but its still something. Will just build up my stake it's over 30k per week now or more.

Congrats on your buy and I am doing the same as you. People will say it's not much but I don't really worry what people think as every little bit adds up and then when you add the staking rewards you'll be surprised on how fast your stack of coins will grow. I will try and add a little each week even if it's just a few thousand coins for now.
8952  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: August 16, 2016, 06:09:11 AM
Mitchell is bowling well at the moment and just dismissed Mendis for 18. Australia need a few more quick wickets and put Sri Lanka under pressure and try and bowl them out for under 200. Anything over this and it will be a tough ask for Australia to win the test match and I know Australia don't want to loose the series 3-0 so they will do everything they can not to loose and try and win the match. I actually think Australia can win this test match.
8953  Economy / Games and rounds / Re: 2016 Summer Olympics - Bitcoin Betting on: August 16, 2016, 05:59:55 AM
David Rudisha retained his Olympic 800m title with an wonderful performance, his experience to keep his composure after compatriot Alfred Kipketer sprinted clear on the first lap of the race was wonderful and Rudisha hit the front with 300 m to the finish line

Then in pole vault there was another upset,Thiago Braz da Silva from Brazil won the gold medal with a Olympic record with a final jump of 6.03 M and the world record holder Renaud Lavillenie has to settle with silver with a jump of 5.98 M.

It was a pretty good day today watching the track and field events but for me I'm looking forward to tomorrow as it's the 200m Men's sprint and we will see Usain Bolt in action again.

kinda sad to see the swimming go, the running besdies bolt is pretty boring.  I would bet bolt but rather root against him and
Jamaica to lose. (i like underdogs)

I am the same as swimming is my favorite to watch and I also like to watch the basketball but only when the USA and my country Australia are playing. I would like to see him win to create more history which will take a very long time to be beaten.

Okay, so as I said, let's introduce my assets ideas :

#1st asset : sports betting

I'll basically convert my sports betting activities in a kind of company. Each win will be redistributed proportionally to the shares.

-PLUS : If I lose nothing bad for the investors, no minimum starting capital
-CONS : No ROI guaranteed

#2nd asset : mining

With funds gathered, I'll buy a GPU that will join my little team. Weekly or monthly, this as to be debated, I'll convert the mining earnings of the little business into BURST and pay it to shareholders.

-PLUS : Very high paying asset as long as the starting capital is good, guaranteed payment since in the worst I still have four high end GPUs as a backup, ROI within less than 3 or 4 months that I'll guarantee with some money put into escrow that will be released to shareholders in case I'm not on time with ROI
-CONS : High funds need to be gathered at the beggining

Guys tell me what sounds best Smiley !

To be honest I like both ideas and I'm not sure which I would prefer but I am leaning more towards the second asset but can you tell us which coin/s you will be mining? and could you tell us how much each asset would cost for asset #1 and for asset #2.

To be honest, I'm already in the process of building a multi-faceted asset around GPU mining, but that's a great idea and it is always good to have competition.

I'm also planning on launching another new asset that has yet to be seen on BURST, or anywhere for all I know... it will be very interesting.

So I would say the betting asset would be more unique, but the mining would be a competitive asset to my planned new one that should be ready in the next few weeks.

This is great news more assets to invest in and more competition. I think it's a good thing to have many assets as investors have a variety to choose from and see which assets are preforming better then others. I currently have a stake in all the Burst team assets and some in a few other assets as I like to diversify my investments.

Usain Bolt won 3rd Gold Medal easily in 100m sprint and it was so great to watch the running world's fastest man on the racing tack there, I tried some sportsbook to place bet on this event but didn't find anyone to offer betting on him, anyway it was amazing to watch Bolt into that race.

Sportsbet.io had Bolt @ 1.30 to win gold in the 100m sprint which was good odds. Sorry you missed out but you can still bet on him to win the 200m sprint which he is going for 3 gold medals in a row. However he is very short odds to win Sportsbet.io has him @ 1.06 which is too short for me to risk any money. Maybe a good bet would be the 4x100 Men's relay, Jamaica to win is currently paying 1.30 which is good odds as Bolt does run in this race and also Blake who was coming home strong in the 100m sprint so I think Jamaica should win but anything can happen in relays.

Good luck!

It sure is a good coin to invest in right now as it is super cheap at 1 sats. My order was filled today and I added another truck load to my wallet to stake. I want to earn more then my current average of 10,000 coins per week. My next target is 20,000 coins per week from staking.

Thanks mate and I hope I have luck at the casino and hit the 4 million jackpot.

Sounds good. I hope you get to achieve your target of a wealthy sum of 20,000 coins per week. At current prices, that is around $0.12 per week. It's not bad considering it is a good amount to bet at the casino. Anyways, I'm starting to build up my stash of 1337 each day hoping to earn lots of staking rewards.  Cheesy

Thank you and I too hope to achieve my goal of earning 20,000 coins per week. I know it's not much in terms of cash value but I'm not too worried about that at the moment as I believe this coin will be worth a lot more in the future. Yes it is a nice amount to start playing with in the casino and I will be trying it out very soon. That's great to hear and good luck with your staking rewards and building up your bag of 1337 coins.

Australia were in a very strong position to pile on the runs and even take a big lead in the match but what a great fight back from Sri Lanka. I still think Mitchell Starc is the key to Australia's bowling attack. He is now starting to get the ball to swing which can be very hard to play,if he can get a few quick wickets on day 4 then Australia have a big chance at winning this test match but Australia need to get them all out for under 200 runs for them to have any chance at winning.
