You didn't lock the asset before issuing a dividend or do a forced buyback which would have been even better. I had bids on GSDPT.

Now people gone and sold me worthless shares ._.

Use the darn site properly next time =P

Nice spreadsheet tool - do you or anyone know of a simple Gdoc sheet to update balances from blockchain.info addresses? or does yours do that?

You could have asked in the thread

So what, Mircea can't spare a few minutes to transfer the funds in 2 whole days because she is too busy trolling on bitcointalk?

False. One Mircea is a guy. Second he's processing withdrawals no problem. Not sure what's up with DT. He'll probably come around eventually.

I've made 1000% ROI in a few weeks. This proves I'm good and that this asset is a professional one. Every other investor in this asset agrees with me how smart we are.

I've seen that one far too often. Every buyer holds, because prices are rising fast, because buyer holds, because prices are rising fast, etc. etc. Everyone self-congratulates themselves on making such a nice profit and how everyone made 10x their investment and thus constantly recommends it to everyone else.

Then suddenly one person cashes out 100 BTC and everyone's investment halves in value. A bad case of 100 000 BTC common profit becomes 50 000 BTC profit after 100 BTC is cashed out.

No updates?
227  Economy / Securities / Re: BitFunder - Lets grow together! A request to all users - https://bitfunder.com on: July 30, 2013, 05:33:21 AM
The API (portfolio/balance read only) is fully functional as well as some other components. Interface coming together. I suppose there's only a few things left to do to give the public access to keys, at least for reading your portfolio, even if making trading bots won't be possible for a while more.
228  Economy / Securities / Re: [CLOSED] S.DICE - SatoshiDICE 100% Dividend-Paying Asset on MPEx on: July 29, 2013, 01:23:24 AM
When will the BTC be paid out and shares cancelled?

Was paid out over a week ago.
229  Economy / Securities / Re: Gigamining - The MPEx situation on: July 27, 2013, 05:18:17 AM
Surprised people still had their STAT. Do I have to wait for others' claims to be processed in full?

Any numbers about how much has been claimed so far?
230  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] S.MPOE / S.BBET Pass-throughs on: July 24, 2013, 04:00:16 AM

It already paid out this month.
231  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] S.MPOE / S.BBET Pass-throughs on: July 20, 2013, 02:33:07 AM
Payment as been issued. S.DICE-PT is officially closed.
232  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] S.DICE / S.MPOE / S.BBET Pass-throughs on: July 19, 2013, 09:09:29 PM
Assuming that the shares are cashed out to shareholders tonight, how long afterwards can shareholders expect to be paid out on BTC-TC?

Waiting for MPEx to process my withdrawal process. It's on its way to BTCT.co

@ OP: How large is your the of all shares of Satoshi Dice that you manage?

Somewhere around 245000 I think.
233  Economy / Securities / Re: S.DICE - SatoshiDICE 100% Dividend-Paying Asset on MPEx on: July 18, 2013, 06:27:11 PM
So he's pocketing only 56,315 BTC net for 80m shares, or 0.00070394 BTC per share.

You got that wrong. Erik gets 126,315 BTC.

If I remember right, 3 more slice of 1 million shares were sold by the private investors, so 13m * 0.0035 = 45,500 BTC for MPEx holders.

It leaves 80,815 BTC to be split among the remaining 87m shares, thus 0.00092890 BTC per share. This cut is taken by Erik/private investors. Only MPEx holders are compensated at ~IPO prices. If the sale prices he quotes is true, he's giving MPEx holders almost 3x what he had to as per contract for the sale. About half the market price. It's a cut, but there wasn't enough demand to fill 87 million shares.

(By the way, for the others, even if it was not profit shares but these had voting rights, MPEx holders wouldn't be able to vote against it and the minimum compensation is indeed much lower than sale price, so he could have paid 0.00126 per share)

(a)The representatives of SatoshiDice have elected to divide SatoshiDice into 100`000`000 (one hundred million) equal non-voting shares with a total equity value of 10`000 BTC (0.0001 BTC each). In the event of liquidation or breach of this Agreement they solemnly promise and warrant to repay all investors holding shares at this minimum value.

Will investor get 95% of the payout or full payout?

235  Economy / Securities / Re: S.DICE - SatoshiDICE 100% Dividend-Paying Asset on MPEx on: July 18, 2013, 08:10:47 AM

What exactly was the point of the whole IPO then? No one would have put a penny into it if they knew this would be the result. At least admit that it was a total failure for everyone but yourself.

If getting investors a 20% real return in 9 months and getting their original capital back despite 9x exchange rate increase is a "total failure" then I hope to have many more.

My god you are a sociopath.

SatoshiDice IPOed at 0.0032/0.0034/0.0037 per share

0.00073865 BTC per share where paid. 0.0035 will be paid for for the sale of SD.

0.0035 + 0.00073865 = 0.00423865 BTC per share returned vs IPO price. I fail to see the issue here. It was a great IPO and the stock performed well. Sure, it wasn't as good as it could have, but quite decent regardless. I sure would put a pretty penny into such an IPO again even if I knew it would be sold and shares bought back later.
236  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTC-TC] BTC-BOND - 0.03% Daily on: July 18, 2013, 07:37:10 AM
Bump.

Anyone? Would like to get the remaining bonds sold.

Now that Deprived has opened his bond paying 60% more than yours on btct, it will be hard to get people to buy your bond.

It seems to offer less guarantees of solvency, albeit it is quite well designed overall.

p.s. I just bought some BTC nam, will be buying more BTC-BOND for BMF. Thanks!

I was wondering where those daily dividends on BMF were coming for. Guess that answers it.

Paging PT operators.. how will you manage buy backs? Do we expect the full 0.0035?

Not sure who or why, but somebody just bought up  ~430BTC worth of SDICE on havelock. (1901 shares)

Somethings up?
I find that Havelock is now moraly obliged to make public who made this trade. This stinks!
You forget that most people here find insider trading a good thing and they will congratulate him.

I bought a portion of that. Also it happened after the the announcement was made. No insider trading there. Insider trading is trading on knowledge the public was not aware of that you have through the exercise of your functions. So a CEO or key employees selling their stocks knowing the company is having bad times before the news are out is insider trading.

CEO/Employees can trade stock of their own company. Even if Topace was the one who bought the shares, it's not insider trading. Unless he knew upfront the content of the announcement and was ready when it got out, which I doubt. As soon as I saw Erik's announcement, I rushed and bought. First come, first served. There's always a risk leaving orders up on the orderbook.

What's the situation with this as far as claims go? Curious as to how many claimed.
