Many good projects actually fell more than 95% of the high. People didn't know the value of them. They sold off everything in fear. We can say the market is clearing.

ICO 95% is a scam, the remaining 4% is a 100-fold drop, the  price is less than 1/20 of the ICO price.
It’s hard for me now to even name iсo which ended and paid money to hunters...

Tron is very speculative coin. Justin Sun has a mixed reputation. I would be very careful in investing in his projects. But this is just my opinion.

We need to stop relying on 3rd parties to think for us and make up our minds and take ownership for our actions. Yes it may be an expensive lesson to learn but one I think many need to learn.

Even among the good ico's, the bear market is causing their progress to slow due to lack of funds. I think 2019 is going to be a difficult year for most of them. Good projects that cannot get extra funding is likely going to collapse.

I think year 2017 and part of 2018 was the time of ICOs hype. While there are many projects that have good ideas, a fair share of them are scams.
Hype can resume, but I dont think this year.

People have to realize that most gains have been due to manipulation and FOMO. Since this is an unregulated market, a proper price discovery is not in place.

All can not be good so I try learn and be ready for next run. This will happen soon.
Now we have to be patient and wait and hodl.

We all make mistakes but we gain experience and wisdom from them. The experience I received last year - you cannot hold a coin for a very long time.

I believe that 2019 will be difficult and challenging. Hope we will go through it without any real difficulties. I hope last year gave much experience to all of us.

It's true that most of the projects are scam. We need to be very careful while selecting coins to invest. Better we should invest in top 10 or top 20 coins so there would be low chances of scam.

I am buying a little bit every month. I have a feeling that we will still have a lot of months to keep on buying.
Anyway, this is crypto space and uncertainties are obvious things!

But, I would like to say that I'm definitely not going to stop trying even this year believing that at least this year will be fruitful for all of us.

That exactly what I thought when I made a purchase of EOS at $15. And with every big drop, I have been buying more to average out, but it kept dropping. Now here we are at $2.5.

Taking profit when you can is really the lesson I've had to learn as well, but buying good projects at a fair price is important.

Lately I have been buying in when the market is red. Then hop out when I gained about 7%-10%.
Then repeat. It takes discipline, but it works for me for now.

Don't try to guess the bottom before buying anything. When you find bottom, it will be too late to invest))

I will work, work with bounty, writing blogs and will try to increase my portfolio. There are some ico's in which I want to participate this year.
