I'm using the readable code from #53.
fixed. It was caused by font-size that weren't in pt (didn't know that was possible in smf). I also added support for html font sizes.

google cache shows he used to have 800+ posts. His recent posts page shows up as 6 pages (20 posts each page) for me, so there aren't that many posts that are in trashcan. I'm guessing that he deleted his posts.

cons: can't do this with paper wallets, requires 3+ removable devices, not extendable to m-of-n (can only support  n-2 <= m <= n). I don't see what's the point of this idea when there's m-of-n transactions implemented natively.

There's no way to definitively determine whether an account was banned or not, other than asking an admin (they'll rarely reply). Selling/buying accounts is allowed.
