Incredibly curious - who solved block 78414?

Seems my technical analysis became true (I just joked about it to make dirty bump-dumpers angry) Price is ~$0.60 at the moment!
Wrong reasons, was a network issue that broke trust temporarily. I agree price will def drop though.

Has anybody else noticed the rate slowing down DRAMATICALLY? In the past two hours, only 31 blocks have been found! That's one block every FOUR minutes!!! Also, my CPU is no longer showing 100% utilization. Only 50%, despite having the same mining settings as always. Anybody else notice this behavior?
Me and Jig shut down our servers, and many other botnets have as well. So from us alone, that's -20% network power. Waiting on a fix for the large blocksize flaw. Looks like the transactions with large numbers of inputs have gone through and everyone's mempool is cleared out... Block spacing is back under 1 min - @n4ru You've switched back on eh We got back on a couple minutes ago. Implemented a temp fix courtesy of tyrion @ mcxNOW.

Ouch, i feel sorry for the linux noob that runs this without knowing what it does. Just ran it on my 4000 AWS machines.. What's wrong with that command then? +1 worked wonders, increase my PPS by a couple percent. Getting blocks faster now, WOW!

Further investigation, the first 10000 Created on 7-11,1:18,30000 DB is created in 7-13,17:26, first created in 7-14,14:21 40000. No. 1-10000 block shows the average time is 0.47 minutes per block than one minute each standard 2.1 times faster; No. 10001-30000 blocks per block of time is 0.19 minutes, speeding 5.2 times; No. 30001-40000 blocks per block of time is 0.13 minutes, speeding eight times. XPM also made known "initial speed" taboo.
It does not stop here means black. We observed that the above data, it is not very serious speeding the earliest, but the more severe the more backward, the difficult adjustment mechanism, which is an abnormal phenomenon. The XPM-called "difficult to adjust each block," but to 7-22, has released two weeks, still speeding up three times, this anomaly is even more difficult to interpret.
Therefore, only one explanation - XPM development team has invested in the card after the release of secret mining software, such as YAC, YBC, like, use the "card machine gun" against ordinary miners "CPU sword," and deliberately designed to adjust the difficulty is very slow, there Adjust the difficulty of each speeding more and more serious, still speeding three times after two weeks of the "wonderful" phenomenon. Than YAC, YBC more evil, more dangerous is that the development team "card machine gun" input has been a long time, is still the exclusive monopoly. Difficult to accurately calculate what percentage of the development team dominated the currency, because the efficiency of mining is the CPU card several times, our reasonable estimate of mineral development team monopoly severity with YAC almost.
I'm mining 10% of all XPM with pure CPU power. This would not be possible with good GPU power on the network. Care to explain how your speculative drivel makes any sense?

-hp6 released!
Lots of changes in this release. Here's a list of notable changes: * Added fast divisibility tests before doing the expensive Fermat's test * Lots of other small optimizations * Introduced a new experimental tuning parameter "sievepercentage". Default value is 10, minimum is 1, maximum is 100. * Added new RPC command "getchainspermin" * Added the following information to "getmininginfo": chainspermin, difficulty, sievepercentage, and sievesize * Attempt to fix the random crash while mining
My PPS on mainnet went up 23% with this release with difficulty >= 9 on mainnet. This release attempts to fix the random crash while mining. I'm not sure if it's actually fixed because I have heard both positive and negative reports. The crash is more likely with high number of cores. 16 and 32 core machines are suffering the most.
The "sievepercentage" parameter is there for people to experiment with. It limits how many base primes are used to filter out candidate multipliers in the sieve. 8% seems optimal for testnet but I have no idea about mainnet.
This build is doing horrible for me. Dropped down to 9 blocks last hour, and 5 this one (almost at the end of the hour). Was getting between 8 and 20 the last build, even after diff 9. Gonna give it one more hour of variation, then switch back. My servers restart primecoind upon crashing, so could the reduction be from multiple crashes? Any explanation?

Anyone running many machines experienced a major slowdown in the block rate since about 14 hours ago? I was getting around 40 blocks a day, not it looks like I'm getting 20.
I'm currently averaging 14 blocks/hour after diff 9. Was at around 16 - 18/hour yesterday afternoon.

It will be the first digital currency to have integrated decentralised exchange right inside the client. Dan (the developer) is currently working on first beta client to handle basic transactions, integrated exchange is scheduled to be released soon on second phase if I'm correct.
I was pretty enthusiastic before I realized its being released as closed source. Game over. No need for a Ripplescam-2. Was intrigued up until I read this. NTY.
