I think this can be done if you find a seller who can accept cryptocurrencies to sell his island. Thats the only possibility, otherwise no country is accepting crypto for buying land or property.

This is the last credible news posted regarding Bitcoin ETF and only the rejected applications are being reviewed, otherwise, there is nothing to see here. I feel this will be one of those years where bitcoin will not cross its previous year's high.

There was a time when anyone without even having the basic knowledge of crypto or blockchain could have pitched their rough idea and get 40-50 bitcoins as "investment" for their ICO. Right now, its harder for anyone to even make a single investor believe that they are credible and trustworthy. Not a good time for ICO.

Actually, ICO's are getting less trustworthy. There was a day in the past when people just brought an idea to this forum, made a dummy website and asked for money. They got it that easily and in this bearish trend even a project which is having MVP will struggle to get investments.

Its because ICO's are not getting money, Even good projects are barely reaching their soft cap. Bounties are only good if the team gets investments in the ICO and then only they will pay the participants in tokens. Dont forget that most of these managers will get their payment in % of the bounties distributed. I hope everyone knows why we cant get quality managers.

I see great potential in Latium right now and will be placing some tasks myself as I want some referrals in many sites and I see a good number of participants doing these tasks. From April to October this thread havent seen much of any green days. But still the participation is same and people are still having faith in crypto and waiting for a bull run. Hopefully we will see it soon and will have our green days back.

The price has been increased by more than 3x in 10 days and the exchange platform tokens are making a noise in the crypto sphere now. The only issue with this is not having listed in any good exchanges so that everyone can buy this token. Hopefully, the platform will be released soon and we will see how it goes.

Its not bounties which are getting extended, its the ICO's which have to be extended in order to reach soft cap or at least as much as planned to start the development. As the ICO will be extended, the team needs more promotions and cant stop the bounties.

Even if everyone had belief in crypto, there will be some who just wants to get more money and more profit from their investments. Also there are many whales who wants to manipulate the market with their own power of crypto. Its hard for a newbie investor to believe in something like this in early period.
