As to the people that post in every thread asking "where is my unit?" and talk about all the e-mails and pms sent. It is hard to know if the reason they are not getting their units is because of all the complaining, or if all the complaining is caused by not getting their units.
All batch #1 units have been shipped according to other posts from avalon team.
If we don't trust them, we won't throw the pre-order money to them . I believe they are tring hard to solve every problem. |

Not too hard to know, people that receive their units do not complain. All batch #1 units have been shipped according to other posts from avalon team.
This was not true because Yifu "forgot" to ship my unit. But I'm not complaining because he answered my mail and acknowledged the problem. It's not possible to ship hundreds of these units to customers around the world, flawlessly. Also I'm quite sure there is no blacklist.... I don't want to complain .... but you know it's really really bad when you see others whose order number far more behind you received their units, while you even don't get a tracking no. And it's only 1 day from avalon team to Shanghai by SF express. |

Where is my batch #1, order 200000357 units? They should reach me at the begining of March , or at least the middle of March, cause I'm in Shanghai and there is no international transport time and no customs issues.
I have tried every means to reach you and pm you every day , but the only response here is a pm from BitSyncom at March 24, you think my address have problem. I'm in Shanghai China and I leave a English address, it is correct and reachable, and I have my phone open , but no one even try to ship it?!
Anyway , I reply to you with a updated Chinese address, and hope I will receive it the next 1 or 2 days. But there is nothing!

What I do know is when your order status = processing ... you're in trouble. Yifu said "It will cause delay once we start shipping" This appears to be true, I'm still waiting on my Avalon batch 1 unit because of this.  But Yifu promised to correct this mistake and ship my unit first thing on Monday. all batch 1 orders are either pending or completed, since it's being shipped. batch 2 and 3 is are either pending, on hold or processing, since it has not shipped. that information is outdated. If you paid and have on-hold status, you should sent a email to bitpay, for whatever reason we did not get the callback from bitpay regarding your order. So where is my batch 1 #357 units?! Is it pending or completed? I type the correct address from the beginning in English with my correct phone number, and you didn't ship it at all! You say the address is not correct so I gave you address in Chinese many times and wait for a whole week, still no unit, no tracking no! So , where is my batch 1 #357 units? Did you send it to others? or lost my address even when I pm it to you every day just like write love letters when there is no answer? |

No hard feelings, we are pretty tardy on the situation too, but as indicated in this thread when we finally get around to the TODO of tickets: it is serious business. To everyone else, feel free to pm me the emails you used to order in batch #2 but yet to get confirmation email. Hi, Yifu, I register with username 'caoxg' but not email address. And I can't find anywhere to key in an email address. Now walletbit confirmed my order but in store I found nothing. I pm you yesterday but no reply , just like no reply in support.avalon-asic.com . I'm so worry because how can you send avalon to my door when you don't have my address? I key in my address just now in the store. But I don't know how can you know which order belongs to this account and this shipping address. My ticket no is #71 and #165, both got no reply. to all: confirm email received. |
