61  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] piixPay - pay EUR bills w crytocurrency (available in 102 countries) on: February 20, 2018, 04:56:28 PM
piixPay.com services now cover 25% of the world.
We convert cryptocurrency to bank payments in 102 countries.

As of 16 February 2018, Payster Oy (the operator of piixPay.com) services are now available on the territory of about 25% of the world's land area. Payment services for paying your bills, sending money to a friend or family or even to yourself are now available in 102 countries or territories. All payments are sent no later than on the next business day and processed by bank according to international standards. Payments to European SEPA member countries will arrive in the beneficiary's account in 1 to 3 business days. In other countries, transfer time may be up to 5-7 business days.

In order to use the piixPay.com service, you only need the beneficiary's name and bank account IBAN. The service cannot be used without IBAN. There is no need for BIC or SWIFT - only a name and IBAN.

All amounts must be entered in EUR and they will be converted to your local currency by your bank (note: your bank may charge a fee for this service).
Next, you need to select your favourite currency that we offer. We currently support Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dash and Bitcoin cash. We will add more cryptocurrency in the future.

List of supported countries:
Albania, Algeria, Andorra, Angola, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Benin, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Bulgaria, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Cape Verde, Central African Republic, Congo, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, the Dominican Republic, Egypt, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Gabon, Georgia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Guatemala, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Isle of Man, Israel, Italy, Ivory Coast, Jersey, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Madagascar, Mali, Malta, Martinique, Mauritania, Mauritius, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Mozambique, the Netherlands, New Caledonia, Norway, Pakistan, State of Palestine, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Réunion, Romania, Saint Lucia, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, San Marino, Sao Tome and Principe, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Seychelles, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Timor-Leste, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Wallis and Futuna

What is IBAN?
The International Bank Account Number (IBAN) is an account format used in most European countries, but also in many countries outside Europe. The IBAN contains information on the bank and the country that the account belongs to. The IBAN is entered in the field reserved for the beneficiary's account number, without spaces.

Sorry to inform you that #brexit is starting to influence economy.
We have disabled payments to GB banks as additional high fees are applied by EU banks.

Unfortunately this also means that sending money to your Revolut card is not possible at the moment. We are analyzing of expanding our service outside SEPA zone.

Hello, Binance added a new coin on trading, called Po.Et (POE).

It's for publishers and content creators to defend their copyright.

What do you think, is it worth to invest?

https://po.et/

I like the idea and the price is very low, so it has some potential to double/tripple very soon if it gets a little pump.

Marketcap is $200 millions. So i dont really understand why you think is low. That is a lots of money. Its price also increased by 9 in last 30 days.

Actually, what has price to do with protecting copyright?

I do not think Samuel Webber asked if POE protect copyrights or not. He asked if it is worth to invest in POE and I was nice enough to gave him free advice.

ok, sorry

Could you explain what's the difference betw the ref number field and the description field?
ref number is for banks and big companies, eg if you have automated systems that mark invoices payments status, then this reference numbering system is used.
description is free text field, where you can write what you want receiver (beneficiar) to see on their bank statement.
Ok, so I can just leave the reference field empty?

Yes, only one is required reference or details. In details you can write what ever you like.

I believe world needs such proof of existence blockchain. Will it be this, hard to tell, all come down to the team competence and collaboration with authors and publishers/mangers/studios etc.

I remember when Apple wanted artist to sell content on iTunes - only few believed in such system.. well we all know what happened few years after thanks to Steve Jobs and strong iTunes team. No it was not that they had lot of money, they had to convince artist to sell on their system instead of traditional ways.

This is a great service! I just want to know do you support all 28 EU state members or just Eurozone which national currency is Euro? Nine EU countries are still using their national currencies.

SEPA consists of 34 countries:

The 28 member states of the European Union, including
- the 19 states that are in the Eurozone: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain
- the 9 states that are not in the Eurozone: Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Sweden, United Kingdom.

The 3 states having signed the European Economic Area agreement: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway.

A few other countries with agreements with the EU: Monaco, San Marino, Switzerland.

We support all of those countries. But you must enter amount in EUR and beneficiary bank has to do the local currency converting if necessary.

Thanks.

Most likely dead board. I had a dead board last week.

Guys, do you have problems with any of your L3+ hashboards? Second hashboard shows different number of chips (2 or 20 but not 72) and has only "xxxxxxx".

How long did you guys run your miners?

What temp did the chips have and did you overclock them?

Do you have them at home or in a data center
Restart does not help.
Miner was running only one week without any overclocking. Temperature on chips was around 61-65 C. I have it at home.

wow that blows....  I was lucky restart did the trick with mine  Sad   Did you contact bit main already? I hope they will allow you to send only the board instead of the whole miner

for me power off for 10secs helped
