at 1st, thanks for cr1st0f to help us  Cheesy

But this noon, our tech guy was exchanged the fee of our MPOS pool, the problem happened:

proportional_payout      ERROR       8.64 seconds    02/16 12:00:04    02/16 20:36:15    Cron disbaled due to errors

and wallet info shows:

Wallet Balance   2,969.51870362
Locked for users   4,137.28323244
Unconfirmed   630.06000000
Liquid Assets   -1,167.76452882

Workers can not see the new unconfirm MED....

What's wrong within it?  Huh Huh

check the cron logs and start ./run-crons.sh -f

I bet there is an error on blockupdate.txt logfile, as block founder is not known, because no info about finder is in database yet, rerunning the scripts will solve it. also you might want to modify accoring php cron file to make this error non fatal

have you tried only bfgminer (2nd gen), one guy in my pool is using 1 PC for 1 blade (for CPU to catch up) and he uses bfgminer with
"--http-port 1234" option and on blade config simpy points his blade to PC IP address and same port (1234).
he is one of top miners if I'm not mistaken.

EDIT: so in your case it is:
bfgminer --http-port 1234 -i ibipot.com:3333 -u user -p password
and on blade:
IP 192.168.1.108:1234
user and password also on blade setup to match the pool worker and pass

It does work ,but only get 2-3G hastrate with which supposed be 8G

I tried another way(Mcproxy3+mining_proxy+BFG1), I can get full speed ,and HW is low ,but accept is too low , the hastrate shows on the pool also very low

wondering which version of mcproxy are combined with BFG2?

hope DEV can improve the BFG2 performance later

what CPU you have? I will ask config from that guy, how many PC's he has and what cpu and etc.

confused with the localhost
My desktop's local IP is:192.168.1.108,   and erupter blade's IP is :192.168.1.133:10000,,already set blade's configuration page as "Server URL:http://192.168.1.108:8333"

mcproxy trought stratum-mining-proxy:

"C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java" -jar mcproxy3.jar -s 127.0.0.1 -p 3388 -l 8080 -m 4

stratum-mining-proxy conf:

mining_proxy.exe -q -o ibipot.com -p 3333  -oh 127.0.0.1 -gp 3388 -sh 127.0.0.1 -sp 3377 -nm -rt

and the command for bfgminer is:

bfgminer -o http:\\localhost:8080 -u user -p password --http-port 8333 -Q 0

not sure about the red color part ,,as my configuration, what do I need to change ,especially for the IP address ,and port

I only want to know what about this guy's hashrate with only one blade

at the moment, lowest blade hash is 9.1G and highest is 13.6G - looks normal to me.
blade -> 2nd gen bfgminer -> pool

Im still having problems with the connection to wzttides Pool with bfgminer...

No blocks or Difficulty....

bfgminer.bat -- bfgminer -o http://localhost:8080 -u Pool worker -p  Pool Pass -S all --verbose --submit-stale

Stratum Proxy.bat -- mining_proxy -o ibipot.com -p 3333 -gp 8082 -oh 127.0.0.1 -gp 8082 -sh 127.0.0.1 -sp 3334 -nm -rt

mcproxy3.bat -- "C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\java.exe" -jar mcproxy3.jar -s 127.0.0.1  -p 8082 -l 8080 -m4

What am I doing wrong?

I personally can not confirm, but college here, told me that he had same problems width bfgminer, when he switched to cgminer+mcproxy3+startum-mining.exe all his 4 erupters started working correctly (he has some sort of single core cpu).
431  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MediterraneanCoin (MED) - REUSE your ERUPTER!! new hybrid PoW algo! on: February 12, 2014, 07:39:08 PM
I would use mcproxy3 but cgminer doesn't recognize my bfl jally.  Any suggestions?

you need proper driver for butterflylabs sha256 usb device.. I do not remember correctly, but Install drivers from BFL support page, and try, if that does not help, use zadig to change driver to WinUSB one of those combinations should work.

EDIT: if you still can't get it to work, I can ask my college tomorrow, what drivers he uses.
432  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] MediterraneanCoin (MED) - REUSE your ERUPTER!! new hybrid PoW algo! on: February 12, 2014, 02:39:46 PM
I apologize in advance if any of this sounds ignorant, but I'm a bit new at mining.

With the latest bfgminer build (3.9.0) pointed to the ibipot pool, I'm running a single BFL 30GHs w/ an 8 core cpu (win7 64bit).  I'm getting an avg of about 12GHs on the BFL and only 4 cores are being used at ~30% at the high end (while crunching).  I checked bfgminer.exe's affinity and it's set to all 8 cores.  Also, bfgminer is reporting a lot of errors (further decreasing efficiency) at optimal temps (see below):

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
 BFL 0: 56.0C | 13.62/13.97/12.49Gh/s | A:116 R:16+0( 11%) HW:22/.21%
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Though the idea behind this coin is fantastic and I'm not giving up on it (yet), it appears that 50% of the hashing power that our lower-end miners have is being wasted.

Is there any way to tweak anything on my end to bring the hash rate up?

Note:
I also have a 1.5GH/s Antminer which is displaying all the same issues (hw errors, 50% lower hash rate, barely touches my cpu's potential, and both miner & pool reporting 0.4MH/s = 50% potential).
The HW errors do not occur when mining other coins, but does occur whether I'm solo mining or pool mining MED, so I'm wondering if it's the build of the miner...

One last note about the ibipot pool - the reported GH/s rate (on the dashboard) fluctuates dramatically and appears to be almost arbitrary.  Their reported hash-rate varies anywhere from 0.8GH/s to 36GH/s while the bfgminer & CPUs on my end stays steady at ~12GH/s & 30% (respectively).  Is this a known hash-rate calculation bug at the pool?

Thanks in advance for any help...

I run 3x antminer U1 using Mac and regular (bitcoin) latest bfgminer, that is pointed to latest bfgminer-med modification. It acts as proxy and does the nessesary other calculations eg:

on Mac: bfgminer (bitcoin version) -o <proxyip>:1234 -u user.2 -p 123
on win: bfgminer (med version) --http-port 1234 -o ibipot.com:3333 -u user.2 -p 123

hash is normal, hw is low.

you could try that or use startum-mining + mcproxy3 + cgminer, that appears to perform a little better, but there is a bottelneck as stratum-mining can only utilize 1 CPU core at the moment. I know there is a new and better solution under development.

regarding to pool hashrate, this is calculated on submitting valid shares.. if miner window show one hashrate that includes sharer which are not valid, then pool only calculates valid shares. now the hash on pool is calculated using last 10min valid sharerate, usually sharerate is on average correct, but it will start jumping when miner submits invalid shares. I will look onto it when I have more time for that. At the moment I think it is not that important, as there is some more thing for me to do on pool Smiley

EDIT:

just noticed that my USB erupters cgminer window hashrate was very low...
taskmanager showed that java is using 1.2Gigs of RAM and using 85% of CPU
restarting java with MCProxy3 helped a lot for hashrate to appear normal again

i downloaded bfgminer gen2, im using 2 block erupters on windows 32. the problem is the very low shares acepted, 1 or 2 shares every 5 min. what could be the problem?

If u have low reject rate, i think the problem is the DIFF of pool.
Post ur conf.

bfgminer -o pool -u myworker -p my_pass -S all -Q 0

little story:
I plugged 5 USB Erupters to hub and connected to ibipot.com pool.. hashrate was 600-700MHash/S total.. :O
disconnected USB's one-by-one..
finally figured out that PC has Atom CPU and was not able to perform scrypt fast enough..

Mainly when hash is low I have figured there is some kind of PC CPU limit reached.. - bottelneck CPU
For example on other i7 CPU PC my college runs cgminer-med(1st) + MCProxy3 + stratum-mining-proxy (latest posted here) he has BFL Jalapenos total has 12.5G but cgminer only shows 9-10MHash.. limiting factor on his PC is stratum-mining-proxy that appears to be single threaded (not using all CPU cores) - bottleneck CPU and proxy software

I recomend we should identify our bottlenecks and write here, so developers can develop better software Smiley

I also keep an eye on pool server, but there are lots of resources available..

EDIT: I also run 3x Antminer U1's under MacOSX, using standard bfgminer, then I run windows 8.1 (90day demo) virtualbox on the same Mac and there I use latest bfgminer-med with --http-port option connected to pool. Hasrate is 4.46 that is what it should be.. - no bottelneck, Mac CPU can handel all and I still can work at the same time.
440  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: MediterraneanCoin (MED) pool - ibipot.com (350 GH/s) on: February 10, 2014, 07:33:23 PM
What's the best ASIC to get for this coin?

I made what i can with my 2 BEs , but now the hashrate is over 2 TH, so i'm thinking of investing in a better asic to mine MED Smiley

BFL Jalapenos work fine, also Antminer U1.
All fury usb's have little trouble right now, they generate lot of hw errors with med software using current versions.
You must keep in mind that id you get more powerful asic, you also need to have a powerful CPU in you computer to keep up.
