It seems Swansea will fill the spot and degradate to championship league next season, because Swansea need to win with 5 goals and also Southampton must lose with 5 goals. Swansea vs Stoke, Southampton vs Man City. Well, anything can happen to soccer, let's see what will happen.
I was watching the game yesterday and they flashed on screen how many teams were still in the bottom of the table and was surprised how many were still in the relegation zone. Southampton is as with Swansea, and I am a bit sad for them to not be able to play in the EPL next season as what happened to Stoke over the weekend. Swansea is a good team but to score 5 goals is asking too much and will more than likely see them as well as Brighton going.  |

OK, here's the truth: I am using an image library. I found a cute cat and a pair of sunglasses. But I combined them myself to get the best looking cool-cat-in-sunglasses ever made :-) The competition is rolling pretty slow, I guess people are waiting till the last moment to play - the last moments could be interesting! So far every time we ran a competition with these growing prize pools the pace increased dramatically towards the end. Stay with us! Cheers, Ethan Competition is running pretty slow this time around. This was one boring match and I see the BTTS did not come through  I guess both teams had some respect for each other and seemed there were comfortable with their log positions and settled for the draw... Just wondering what the price for under 0.5 goals was, anybody with an idea Dumb match which was really boring. For the guy above who bet on draw congrats on the payout. There was nothing to this match an no score. Only thing worth a mention is De Gea got a clean sheet so will no doubt get the golden glove for getting this done. As for the West side, GSW looks pretty good specially with Curry healthy and shooting is back in form. With KD always consistent and Klay doing his thing, plus Green with good defense and AI contributing nicely as well. So I will also go for GSW and eliminate the Rockets and face the Cavs once again.
Yesterday, I watched the Golden State Warriors' game against the New Orleans Pelicans. What you pointed out is correct. Kevin Durant has showed a lot of consistency during this season. Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson may be getting most of the points, but I believe that KD is having the most impact in the matches for GSW. It's a team play. If the team wont work then they wont win. That happened in game 4. Look at how incosistent everyone is if nothing is working on the team. Philly and Ceptics though, have shown a great game. A lot of future can be seen for both sides of young players. If the players will stay then they can grow their chemistry and see to it that they will give a great game next season. Congratulations to the Celtics. Their back again. They need a good game plan defending Lebron. Lebron is the number 1 opponent here coming from Celtics, if only Hayward and kyrie can play then we will see a new line up that will give a new type of game that might give lebron a good fight, it will add a good challenge for cavs and provably some extra lift for the Celtics, this match up was my prediction before this season after I've heard the trade of kyrie and Hayward just not an good news when this two promising superstars got an injury and won't be able to help their teams coming this east finals, but even lebron have an edge we cant just forget how Boston played and how they reach this finals slot. Well the celtics have been playing above par this playoff without kyrie and gordon with their young guns playing like seasoned vets. Though they could really use kyrie's experience now since they'll basically be playing against a team that hasn't been beaten in the east for a couple of years now. I'm excited to see though how the celtics will match against an obviously peaking lebron and cavs team I am having some discussion about this with a friend and trying to sum up who will defend the king and vice versa who will defend Tatum as he is a good offensive player also. Smart is still healing with an injury on his palm that could get worse if forced. He is only the one I can think of that is buffed and with agility that could defend Lebron. Cavaliers have some agile players also that could defend Tatum but they will be leaving Brown and Rozier on the outside who could shoot some 3's. This is going to be a hard part for the Celtics since Smart could be looking at a foul trouble while defending Lebron. Who will be next in line after that? Smart is overrated and can not defend Simmons, McConnell or Saric. What hope does he have in defending Thompson, Hill, Smith or even a Lebron for that matter. They are toast in the next 4 games. And I do not think Kyrie is making an appearance this years playoffs so the Celtics have no hope in going against the Cavs when they are rolling over first seed teams like they are high school Bball teams. There is another week until the next conference finals start so there is alot of time to think how these matchups will end. Until then there is little more to talk about on this years playoffs. |

Well, Tottenham have secured a 18/19 champions league...meh, I wanted to see the big teams in the CL, not Spurs :/ Huddersfieldm, two draws against no other than Man City and Chelsea to get out of the relegation zone...that's what I call spirit. Liverpool and Chelsea will fight for the last Champions League spot next sunday. Liverpool will play at home vs Brighton, and Chelsea vs Newcastle at St James' Park.

Only one match worth betting on today and that's Chelsea vs Liverpool. Moneyline on Liverpool is a smooth @3.33 today so if I win that it'll cover losses from last week and turn in a small profit. Bookies are still surprisingly putting Liverpool as the underdog against all the top 6 teams, which is surprising to me. Not that I'm discounting Chelsea at all but the Reds have actually been performing quite well against all those big teams in the past few seasons... so maybe bookies know something I don't? Or am I just being a deluded fan?
Liverpool has a good track record against big teams, it has alway been that way, they seem to always win against big teams and then drop points with smaller teams, i think this is one of the reasons why they have progressed so far in this year's champions league, however, hopefully chelsea will win the game today, spurs lost and this is our game in hand so if we win, the gap will be closed to 2 points. If chelsea wins all oour remaining games and spurs lose any of their remaining 2, then chelsea will get the champions league spot. It is looking good for Chelsea to pull this game out of the fire today with Olivier Giroud scoring the lone goal close to half time. I remember him when he was on Arsenal haven't seen much from him scoring many at his current club. But that one counted big time. Mo Salah getting booked? I think they said he dived. Thoughts game between Cavaliers and Raptor Game 3. I think Cleveland Cavaliers can sweep again the Toronto Raptors just like they did last year in the playoffs. I don't see any chance for Toronto Raptors to win this series because Cleveland has the 3 home-court advantage..
I got a feeling that the Cleveland Cavaliers would sweep the Toronto Raptors even though that the Raptors had the home court advantage of the series. It would be an easy task for the Cavaliers to topple down opponents in the East. The true resistance for the Cavaliers team is out there in the West, most likely their tormentor, the Golden State Warriors. The Raptors are getting hammered by the Cavs and Lebron right now. It was 55-40 at half time and they are still not doing any better. It is like Toronto has forgotten how to play all the sudden. All premier league games gone wrong in the sense that no favourite has won so far. I doubt Everton will win either as Southampton needs a win in order to hope to avoid relegation. I wonder why the f WBA keeps winning against top teams when they are almost mathematically relegated and ruining bets of many people.

Bad loss for the Utah Jazz at home, after beating the Rockets in game 2, it seems like they are a the better team
but what they showed in game 3 is not good, they were clearly dominated by the Rockets and I think the Rockets have figured out how to beat Utah Jazz.
This could possibly end in game 5.
Anyone here who have been disappointed on Houston's Rocket performance in Game 2? I'm sure you guys will be back in the bandwagon as they have the home court advantage again. The Rockets got up a early lead and its cruise control after that. Donovan Mitchell and Joe Ingles can't seems to find the groove and struggled to find the range. We all know that Utah is not done yet, and now its their turn to make adjustments and try to tie the series next game. So I have to disagree that the series will end in game 5. I was very disappointed in the Rockets in game 2. I had them to win the match with over 210.5 pts at 2.70x odds and it should of been an easy win on this wager because they were playing at home! It goes to show you just whenever you bet is when the sureshot always crumbles and forgets they are the ones with the advantage. This only shows that the Utah Jazz has no match to the Houston Rockets. The Rockets will cruise their way to conference finals and they mosy likely face the Golden State Warriors which i think is the NBA Finals for me. Don't say that Utah Jazz has no match for Houston Rockets. Well Rockets is a strong team but you know what's the standing for both teams and it means that Jazz has a stand and chance to win as they did proved it. I'm not a Utah Jazz though. Cruise their way to the conference finals? I don't know about that dude. The jazz is a pretty young team led by pretty much a rookie. And if they win game 4 and even the series, who knows what may happen. The longer this series goes, inexperience will be matched by the confidence of these young guys thinking that they can actually do it. And the rockets and harden have a not so pretty history of choking in the off season :p That's the thing. They are relying on a rookie to get them past the second round in the playoffs against a team which has been there many times in the past six seasons since 2012. Curry is really ineffective, do you expect someone not playing for almost 2 mos to be in a good shape? they are just out of sync He came in and played in game 2. He was on the court for 18 minutes but wasn't a starter. This game he was. It is just Pelicans are strong defensive team and they were charged up at home. Rondo only had 4 points but he was killing them on the court, so scoring is not everything to winning. You got to defend to make those plays that effect the game in your favor. Let's see what he does next game then you can say He is not out of sync. |

The lone game today was Brighton Hove and Albion against Manchester United to make sure they keep in the Premier league next season. And Brighton did something they haven't done since 36 years ago, win against Manchester United. They surprised everybody including their fans when they scored the only goal in the game. It had to go to the goal decision system because Rojas had to kick it out of the air to defend and they didn't know if it went past the line. But the referee after checking his watch saw the system alerted it did cross the line. Pretty exciting to see the system did work at such a trivial time for all those fans at the Amex center and in disbelief to United. If it's sports betting then maybe you can pull out this one.
