It is impossible to know how 2017n is going to be for Bitcoin. I have heard before that people said yeah 2016 is going to be the year of the Bitcoin but I have seen any sign of that yet.
We have to be in 2017 before we can talk about that.
At this point of time we haven't seen any good news related to bitcoin, may be halving can bring some excitement for us, but not sure what will be the scenario in 2017. Steam accepting bitcoin is one of the good news related to bitcoin, but still there is no effect on the price of bitcoin. But when the halving happens surely it will give a very good news to all of us. I don't think governments will invest directly in Bitcoin as there is nothing with Bitcoin that interests them as Bitcoin stands for freedom. Governments want something where they remain their full control over the entire financial industry. Bitcoin can't offer that to them. Exactly. Bitcoin is the exact opposite of what the current banking system is doing. Bitcoin is trying to free us from the grasp of the banks and the government. Nobody will know what the value will be in that year and that is because the value is always changing so that is risky but holding will be not that problem I think.
Holding will be much better when you are going to sell it too early so that is nice if you have the patience to wait for that year.

So I think that is a good start when you wish to talk about btc with some girl, show her where and how she can spent that money, what she can buy (some gift cards for e bay or amazon if she like to shop cheap things there).
That's a good way to start off but I don't think majority of women would be interested in earning it, they simply love spending it, if you give them free they will use it or else just ignore it.
