What are your opinions on paypal or bitcoin for online shopping?
They're basically the same when you're only talking about shopping, both pp and btc via bitpay get confirmed instantly. The main difference to buyer/holder is that paypal can limit your account and freeze your money, where with bitcoin that cant happen. i would say people use the paypal because there will always be people are interested in the paypal because the bitcoin is to new and untrustable. Yes maybe it was also affected. That bitcoin is still new and still little is adopting bitcoin, while PayPal has a very long and already many are familiar with paypal as a payment via the Internet. Maybe if bitcoin could thrive will surely could be better. But in the transaction process and I favor the ease of bitcoin. And I prefer to use bitcoin. |

What is the best way to respond to someone who is anti bitcoin?
For example, you are at a party or other social gathering or on a non-bitcoin related forum online. Your friends may be there as well as other mixed company. The subject of bitcoin comes up and there is that person or persons who pipe in with the usual: bitcoin is a ponzi, scam, not real currency, fake money, used by criminals and terrorists, will never become anything, will crash and become worthless, not secure, etc, etc and on and on.
If it is obvious they are truly against bitcoin, as opposed to someone who is just skeptical and unsure about bitcoin as many are, what would be the best approach. Should you even bother trying to address and refute each of their points? Would you do so more for the sake of others present who might be interested in a pro-bitcoin viewpoint? And if so, how would you go about it without appearing like a total fanboy or becoming unhinged and losing your cool?
Anyone have any ideas or can share their experiences with this situation in real life or on other non-bitcoin related forums? Mostly responding to someone truly anti-bitcoin when other people or members of a forum may be present or listening/reading as well.
I actually never experienced this kind of thing. probably it's good not to respond what they say because they don't understand. just prove them that you can buy things with bitcoin. Absolutely I also have never encountered anything like it. Should we leave it alone and ignore this. Because maybe if we respond he will feel happy and continue to do the act. |

Yeah it is like a drug if you get addicted to it but I would not say that it is wrong. There are enough people that are not addicted to gambling and now when it is enough and to stop playing. How it can not be wrong when you yourself have found some addicted gamblers. I believe from the experience of other gamblers, leaving of gambling is not that much simple as addiction is the big problem of gambling. That is the reason we make a conclusion to consider gambling as wrong. Yes, leaving gambling after got addiction, must be a very tough and struggling task. I guess no one could be successful in the process of quitting gambling after addiction. He has to struggle as much as equal to making money from gambling. Well i am one of the successful quiting in gambling i change my hobby just to play online games which is doata 2 or league of legends it gives me thrill the same as feelings in gambling.. now i am not thinking to play ang gamble again.. I think that is better that playing online games like dice and roulette, in that way you can improve your skills which might lead you to potential profit in the future if you can master the way of winning. Bitcoin! I have very unpleasant experience with PP in last 3-4 years with a lot of charge-backs form users after they get what they ordered. And even I have tracking shipping numbers and many more, PayPal usually are f*cking seller and protecting scammers.
I would still choose Paypal over Bitcoin because of the fact that you can use Paypal at more online webshops then Bitcoin. It is true that you can use Bitcoin at more and more webshops. Yes it really was bitcoin is still new so it is still less than paypal is adoption. But I'm sure it'll come bitcoin will be more advanced. In terms of ease and get a very good bitcoin than paypal. I am not rich because of gambling and that is because it will be really hard to win some profit with gambling and you have to be lucky with gambling and that happens not that often that you can earn some profit with it.
But I just gamble because I like it to do and that is all, and not be rich of it.
It is a matter of chance if you will win in such gamble, however lottery is a kind of gamble to and I heard lot of person win from those from T.V and Radio. I tried to gamble a few times, never have luck, it might be on mindset of a person. That is true, only lottery can give you a chance to be rich in gambling because I am pretty sure if the you hit millions you will quit gambling completely and focus on putting up a business. Chances are really low to hit but if you are lucky enough you can hit it in no time. Yes indeed, but most people want to try again and end up losing again. You cant get rich with bitcoin anymore, u can through smart investments in promising alternative crypto projects, very few of them btw. ethereum, the dao, waves.
