681  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More people More volatility on: October 08, 2018, 05:30:43 PM

If there are so many people using it on a daily basis, won't the volatility cause huge fluctuations in it's price ?

These are one of the things would really be experienced once bitcoin is being adopted on a point that the entire population is using it. Volatility is there due to daily transactions and I cant think of
that 21M would be sufficient to circulate if we do base up the number of users will really be in full extent. Some or most people do like adoption but they didn't able to foreseen on how it would work
if we do come into that point.
682  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Decentralized Exchange out there? on: October 08, 2018, 02:28:42 PM
What's the best decentralized exchange in existence today? Is it Bitshares, CryptoBridge, or another DEX? I'm wondering about this since I want to trade in a DEX with the most liquidity and performance to exchange various cryptocurrencies. Last time, I've used EtherDelta DEX for exchanging some ERC-20 tokens back into Ethereum, but it was quite slow and unresponsive. This shows that DEXs are still in their very beginnings, as they can't scale to thousands of orders per second.

Nonetheless, which decentralized exchange do you think it's best? I would like to know your thoughts about this. Smiley
I do not trust decentralized exchanges. Where do they even make the money? Why do they even exists? I mean if a company tells me that its free I know that usually I am the product in that case. Nothing is free in this world and anytime I see the word free I am afraid.

If the word "decentralized" used properly that means there should be no trading fee since there is no centralized trading platform that requires money, if there are no fee's how the hell do they make their money. I do not trust any of them and specially not the ones that requires to be a chrome extension and be open constantly.

Seems like you haven't used decentralized exchange once? You can see out some fees associated with making orders 0.1%-0.2% and that's how they do make money.
When we do talk decentralized it doesn't mean no one would able to make a site, there would be no such thing decentralized comes to trade without specific kyc procedures but we do know the
disadvatange over centralized.
683  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTG Speculation on: October 08, 2018, 01:06:51 PM
I once heard the predictor say that at the end of 2019 the price of BTG would be $ 1107. The estimated price of Bitcoin Gold is that by the end of 2020 it will be $ 10799.7 per BTG. And this shows that BTG is a good investment tool. What is your opinion about BTG for 2018?
Before you would presume those prices why wont consider or do look at on ETH or Bcash first before on BTG? We have seen that coins mentioned didn't able to hit up those ranges easily. How much more on an another BTC forked coin? It would need to surpass Bcash first before considering to be optimistic too much into its price.
684  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC halving and miner sell price on: October 07, 2018, 05:02:12 AM
Everyone started to open topics about how the miners halving in 2020 would cause the price go up but you are forgetting one eternal truth about this. Everyone knows this, EVERYONE knows that bitcoin halving will happen in 2020.

Which means yes as a long term investment it would be fine, if you buy right now and wait for 2+ years I am sure you will have a lot of profits when that happen and if you wait couple months after the halving than I am sure price will settle at a high price even above $10-15k levels which means you would at least double your money in 2 years, that is good ROI. However no one thinks that it would be a 100% thing, it is still dangerous because of Chinese free mining farmers.
Just really a basic thing if the demand would still retain on Bitcoin market then halving event would happen then we can really presume high chances of price increase would be there but same as you said theres no certain thing or assurance. Long term holds is quite more realistic or worthy yet only a few years an we would head up on that event.
685  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Instructions are Extremely Important on: October 06, 2018, 11:41:01 PM
Yeah, you're right, before we promote any project, we need to learn that project well. Read all of the instructions and the rules are also important, how can we promote the project if we don't even know the instructions or rules of the bounty program. Good luck for us.

Aside from that, bounty owners/managers should also respect whatever rules they stated upon opening such campaign.
If they say, they will send the tokens or coins after ICO, they should send those tokens earned by bounty hunters in a timely manner, not in a very delayed schedule.
Usually with so much delays, once the tokens are received by those hunters, the price already dropped significantly and the tokens lost more than half its value.
Yes that really happens most of the time.So i just end up holding my tokens for such a long time until i see good exchanger that will offer a good price.I know we should follow all the instructions so we can get rewards in the end,but the team behind the project should be responsible too in updating the spreadsheet in a timely manner.
Managers is always to be blamed but the on general the team behind should really take the responsibility yet not managers are the ones who do hold of the bounty tokens.
Its always be on the team and manager cant do anything if they wont really be released for the distribution for marketing allocation. Instructions is always been important not just
into this market alone but on every work we have to be done. There would be always an instruction.
686  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: STOPLOSS? what are Advantages and disadvantages of stoploss? on: October 06, 2018, 10:46:27 PM
Putting up stoploss would only depend if you are really conservative on risk management but using that kind of thing here on crypto wont really be much effective yet 10% volatility wont really be that hard which means single price pump or swing would just trigger your stop loss and what would you do next? Chasing up another entry order and trying to break even. If you do make trade openly you would still have the chance for recovery but still risky yet we wont know on how deep would be the negative would go.

If the guy's a short-term trader like the majority of people that seem to be active here, then stoploss is the only way for them to reliably manage their performance on a day to day. It'd be crazy not to act conservative if you trade daily, no stop loss means potentially just holding more and more of your balance in orders, stuck with them and unable to take advantage of new opportunities when they present themselves.

Long term holders, or trades meant to last months, or even weeks, sure. But one or two bad swings and you're just stuck waiting for the tide to turn, unable to do anything else.
As a day trader and basing on my experience we should really need to act conservatively yet we know the field we are playing to. Active trades with every second price changes and stop loss will really be needed.
It do really depends on how a certain trader will do the trade either short or long-term ones.It is true that once you have set out no stoploss then chances on leaving you hanging is there.
687  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Why its still worth mining ETH ( or other coins) for me on: October 06, 2018, 10:19:21 PM
However, as the concept of adding new rigs, at this point I just prefer to buy coins
A much wiser decisions to be made rather than buying miners as of todays. Profitability would only be suited out for those who already reach their roi. Electricity does still matter if you profit out to pay up the expense then i would simply stop mining.

Nice try Vitalik .....

No, he wont post up on a Bitcoin Forum. haha
688  Economy / Marketplace / Re: What exactly is Escrow, how do I use it and what are the risks/drawbacks? on: October 06, 2018, 09:57:01 PM
If there's anyone here on this forum who did some deals via Escrow and could shed some light on that topic I would be very thankful.
"Escrow" means the middle-man of your transaction which means he would be the one to held up with the funds until the product or item is already being sent out to the buyer
and that time the cash being held by escrow would be released to the seller itself and thats how the system works. Since you are delivering the item (seller) then there would always
be a policy on pay first before sending because on that kind of arrangement it would be too hard if the receiver wont tell that he recieved the item and tell the escrow to refund the funds.
There would be a tendency like that and it would be much hassle to make verification on carrier on where that package goes. Better to have payment first policy or COD (cash on delivery) method.
689  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The article is for bounty participants on: October 06, 2018, 09:33:54 PM
After a while participating in the bonus campaign, I discovered that some bad guys have used my information to sign up for the bonus. I feel very upset with those people, Why do they take action?. I consider it the act of theft.  I advice, When you participate in bounty campaigns, be sure to update your spreadsheet regularly. In order to talk to the managers about this issue if you encounter.
This is the thief: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=24427
Be careful with this person
My data is also somehow used to register with the company. And several times in one. I wrote about this to the manager. He deleted fake entries.
This is actually the only way on how to get rid of these bad guys on stealing someones works for the benefits on getting paid for the work that they havent done by themselves.
Its not a new thing here on crypto market specially on bounty hunting where there are really people who do like to take advantage as long they havent being caught they would continue
to do things like that and since managers cant perfectly detect these cheaters so the best way is to check out and report them so that they would be removed.
690  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Is it safe to store Bitcoin in such a company? on: October 06, 2018, 09:05:31 PM
Is it safe to store Bitcoin in such a company?

Led by Alex Mashinsky, crypto lending startup Celsius says it's paying thousands of users interest for depositing bitcoin and ether in its wallet app……

https://www.trackcoinmarket.com/en/crypto-news/31795/voip-pioneer-startup-paying-users-interest-millions-crypto
Not totally safe unless if you do put up your funds on a storage which you dont have the possesion of your private keys.Anything or 3rd party storages would act similar like exchangers or wallets that dont give out users keys which tendency of being or getting hacked or stolen funds is high. No matter how popular the owner or company would be you cant really remove the fact that anytime sooner they can ran of with users funds.
691  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Why is bitcoin doing better than bitcoin cash? on: October 05, 2018, 10:43:37 PM
Bitcoin is the number cryptocurrency, it led the path for BCH/other altcoin and it has more community and global support than BCH. However, is also an altcoin cause copy cat of bitcoin, every which is set as alternative will always follow the shadow of the number one abd every altcoin are trader against bitcoin.
The fact is that the original is always much better than the twin, but nevertheless even the renal Bitcoin will have certain difficulties. Even before the end of 2018, one should not expect that the price will rise to the level of 9000 dollars. Already today we are seeing weak momentum for growth, and therefore we don’t expect positive results by the end of the year.
Something lately I began to trust Bitcoin very little. It seems that he is losing relevance in the cryptocurrency market. It seems to me that the situation can be changed if you start using it as a means of payment.
Why lose trust? because it didnt able to reach out new heights? How about seeing other altcoins as well if we do talk about the current market condition. Come to think that BTC is still on the top which means its mainly supported might not be on high price but still manage to be on the peak which means support is still stronger inspite on this bearish market. BCASH is an another shitcoin in the market and even though it is more faster on  BTC but people do knows on which one would be really supported not that Ver shitty coin.
692  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bear time is near to end on: October 05, 2018, 10:10:18 PM

There are many affirmative signs that the bear year is about to end, but we shouldn't give gallant expectations so that we don't fall into frustration if this haven't happened. As we all know that there have been a global trend by many countries to regulate cryptocurrency, and this trend affect this business.

Well, the signs are not hundred percent sure it is just the speculation of many based on what happened last year. No one really knows when would be the market will be get boomed, but i do believe that bull market is on its way and will make a great change on market's field. Great analysis but we're not very sure of that.
Dont easily trust up with technical analysis actually because they arent precise to give out on what would be the possible movement of price on next month or in this year alone. We wont know if we would experience the same bull market on last year or we would stay up to be bearish on this entire year. Bull run will start on next year or on next next year. No one knows and this is how this market is too speculative.
693  Economy / Securities / Re: Tell me what you think on: October 05, 2018, 05:06:03 PM
I unfortunately didn't find your YouTube channel, maybe I just didn't understand which channel is yours. To begin with,I would advise you to communicate on different forums and social networks and provide the audience with extensive data about your work, goal and project. Soon it will become clear whether it is necessary to conduct ICO or not.

https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCz3wH7TvkQ1NbmDZznS1pbQ
The purpose of our project is to create an economy that has no boundaries in development. The main two of our projects are:
-We want to complete the development of the farm of rabbits and bring it to a higher level.
-The next stage of our development is the creation of a farm with goats for the production of milk and cheeses.
To implement our plan, we want to introduce our economy shares in the form of tokens.
To all holders of tokens, we promise the rapid growth of our economy and dividends of 10% per annum, and we will also put our token on the stock exchange for free trade.
What do you think about this?
Why don't you just take out a Bank loan?Or banks do not give credit for these purposes? As far as I understand, the interest rate on the loan would be significantly less than 10% per year,in addition there is no need to conduct ICO and communicate with legal procedures.
There are really business loans which banks can grant and as you said it do mostly have an annual interest of 6-8% (based on my country) which wont really be a big deal and
also i dont see that someone would be interested into this proposal giving or saying out guaranteed profits on whats ahead.
694  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Unpaid bounty on: October 05, 2018, 03:02:58 PM
you can't to do anything with unpaid bounty guys, unfortunately.
about 50% of the bounties I participated in 2018 were unpaid, so sad but that's pretty common now

Yeah, everything is usual so if some didn't pay I won't be surprise at all and just move on. I wasted my time and I won't waste more time thinking if they gonna pay, I just leave with them their shitcoin and we'll see how they die. Grin
Like sometime I'm surprised that my wallet is already filled and will utter to remove the curse. Haha!
We do have the same treatment when it comes to bounties. When i join up on a project which i do saw that has the potential then i do participate and when i dont see any updates came from the team then i do treat out directly as a scam and then move on without stressing myself that i have been scammed and all efforts did come to waste and this is part of the risk as a bounty hunter you are either got  paid or not on the work you have done and if in luck you will might able to earn some decent amounts.
695  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Paying for education on: October 04, 2018, 09:54:29 PM
It's largely considered to be almost a necessity to pay for some kind of education if you are planning on becoming a stock trader.
How many people have paid for some kind of trading education, either focusing in stock trading or in crypto trading.
Do you think it's helped you?
What was your experience through trading education either paid or unpaid?

I don’t take that as a point that it is a necessity to Pay for Trading education?Whos idea was that mate?

Everything is available free in youtube and internet so what is the need for payments? No i theres no such thing as that

I have learned my skills(though i am not skillful anyway just starting to be)but all of my knowledge came from a friends advices and my own studying over google and YouTube
Correct, Why would pay if all the informations you do need on learning trading is already on the internet and its all free without any cost not like on planning
to join up those Trading education.I do learn trading on my own just reading and watching videos and tutorials then that would be enough. It would only depend
if you would apply it on your trading habits or not.
696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are you afraid when the market is slowly going down? (Crypto Crash) on: October 04, 2018, 07:43:27 PM
This since few months the crypto currency market has been experiencing major outbreak. And starting the downfall of btc and expected the alts coins too. As a trader i feel tension and afraid when the market is slowly going down because of the rubbish market… How about you guys did you feel afraid when the market is going down?
Being worried is an inevitable thing yet we do invest our money to earn profits but as part of the risk we would possibly lose this money on a short period of time and you should really know the risk.
No man that wont be afraid if they do saw their money is depleting but as long you do only invest the money that you can afford to lose and not risking your life savings then you are still on a good area.
Proper risk management is needed.
697  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Knowledge is needed on: October 04, 2018, 06:17:58 PM
When you are still a newbie to this cryptocurrency world, it is better to take action and study the flow of its ecosystem and be prepared when you make an investment to avoid a profit loss. Don't make drastic move that you didn't prepare to it. Always make your own research first.
How many times do this topic being beaten to talk all over again and again.Knowledge would be important even a single decision you would make when it comes to investment then it would really always matter.
Doing anything without any research and just carelessly making decisions without further analysis would always put you in trouble and this is why as an investor we would really be sensible in every step we would take but remember that profiting always collaborates with risk.
698  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading outside of crypto? on: October 04, 2018, 03:58:52 PM
Hello I didn't know anything about trading until I first started trading monero on poloniex when it was like $5. Now I've learned a lot just from trading and mining crypto but my only experience is with crypto.

So I guess this is backwards but now I would like to try trading or investing outside of crypto....is that stocks?...see I have no clue what everything is called. Are there trading sites like bittrex etc?

what is the differences between a crypto exchange and a "stock exchange" that trades in dollars? Do you have to provide ID? Are they easier to fund in dollars?

Is there anything like a Trade Satoshi where I can just practice with small amounts?

Thanks for any information

This link would give you an idea between two things. https://hackernoon.com/crypto-trading-vs-stock-trading-three-main-differences-851c1fdf082b
These things are just similar on general yet it do involves buy and sell but the only thing that they do differ is on price volatility and  Centralized things vs Decentralized.
Exchangers = Crypto either Dex/Centralized --- On stocks then you would called them as Brokers which is heavily regulated.

700  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: From 150 - To 15 000 $ - ETH (speculation) on: September 29, 2018, 07:39:19 PM
eth is TOP 2 coin, and have a lot of supporters, ETH + erc20 tokens, when market will recover - i think eth price to grow ep fast,
$15k? That's too much to speculate even Bitcoin do even hardly reach out those ranges again.I cant deny that ETH is really a good altcoin for long term but reaching even $2k-$3k would still takes time.
If you do know the recent news of ETH when they are going POS on next year then we might see some change of trend of the price. It might rise but on the current system would really prone to manipulation.I don't even know if that would be a wise decision.
