161  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does bitcoin's price volatility affect your gambling habits? on: September 10, 2017, 06:33:41 AM
So does this factor affect how you gamble?

If prices go up, do you lower you bets? For example, you normally bet 0.001 per bet, do you lower it to 0.0001 per bet?

If prices go down, do you place higher bets? For example, you normally bet 0.001 per bet, do you place higher bets like 0.01 per bet?

No, my gambling strategy doesn't change with the fluctuations in the USD/BTC exchange rates. I manage my bitcoin bankroll in terms of bitcoin only and I don't think about its conversion rates. I determine the amount of my daily gambling budget based on a percentage of my bankroll and I play at the stakes determined by that budget. The results are the same either way ---> 10% of $100 is the same as 10% of $100 worth of bitcoin ---> it makes no difference as long as the two quantities aren't unnecessarily mixed up in the process.
Sometimes it makes me think that it gets too expensive to play since btc rises in value and I may consider saving that use it for playing but sometimes we can't really stop ourselves so still give ourselves a chance to play.
162  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: what do you think about pump and dump? on: September 10, 2017, 06:30:58 AM
what do you think about pump and dump?  did you ever trade on pump and dump event? can you give few tips for how to make money from this events? what i need to look for?
I think pump and dump are common term for the price of coins which are it go up and down the price. All trader called that pump and dump once the coin pump time yo sell if the coins dump time to buy.
It's because to it's volatility, it can dip and rise but it will be normal what we need only is used the btc or alts opportunity when it pumps and buy some when it dips. Anything is possible,it's on proper planning can make us successful.

164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Advantages of paying with Bitcoin on: September 10, 2017, 05:13:29 AM
Currently, I feel Bitcoins are good for investments and never used it buy any illegal things online.

Because of slow transactions if a site wants at least one confirmation to confirm your order then you may need to wait for few hours after payment. That is a bad thing about Bitcoin transactions. I'm into Bitcoins only for the investment purpose as of now. If you want to hide your identity then Bitcoins are the best option for payment.

Currently, I feel Bitcoins are good for investments and never used it buy any illegal things online.

besides that bitcoin is not subject to income and wealth taxes, free transactions without limitation limit, can be used anywhere with the same exchange rate in all countries in the world
it is convenient to use, anytime anywhere as long as have connection and can be good for savings. As it's volatility increases it offers more opportunities when we got the opportunity to have a btc noe and earn big in future.
165  Economy / Economics / Re: Pump and dump is the name of the game. on: August 27, 2017, 08:31:30 AM
im thinking that its just usual thing happened on the market, especially on bitcoin too.
they pump and dump to play with the price, so they can get more profit possible. just some basic of trading profit though
Yes you are right pump and dump make bitcoin more profitable but if you play smartly to dump and pump then you will get pretty much profit that make you even rich. All you have to do is to make decision smartly on dump and pump situations you will get high reward just due to your decision, for trading we need skills and lot of knowledge.
We should know how to read graphs and have a wise guess whether it will pump or not. As well having knowledge on all the coins you have and have the coins that have potential. It maybe a long process to master trading but its worthy.
166  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: To Gamble or To Invest? on: August 27, 2017, 08:22:46 AM
hi guys, i bought 1BTC today and i am wondering to gamble or to invest the 1btc?

if to gamble

best site to gamble with a really nice provably fair..

and if to invest.

best investment program wherein no scam.

thank you for your opinions guys

cheers

Gamble and invest are two different things
When you gamble you are risking money, and need to know that you can lose it
If you like to gamble, so go gamble
Maybe you need to know something on trading/exchange, i think is more secure and profitable than gamble
They are different but they are the same in terms of risk, when you invest you do not guarantee you will succeed therefore you are also gambling with the outcome of your investment. The big difference is on chances because in gambling there is lesser chance for us to win in the long run that's why a lot of people always said that we should only gamble for fun because the house always win.
Gambling casinos created ICO's too. Maybe it is much better to invest in Casinos since we all knew house always win. But we should not also miss some ICO that are worthy so just keep searching and researching.
167  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: did you place all your funds into bitcoin? on: August 27, 2017, 07:22:48 AM
I am thinking .. to put all my money in bitcoin what do you think? is it a good way to grow my money? or it is risky or.. ?
90% of my money and I invest it to the bitcoin. Investing our money to the bitcoin is really effective way to grow our money we can. It is risky but we can sure that we can earn a lot of profits from bitcoins.
Not on btc alone, better put some in altcoins. They have possibilities on increasing toi and can be used in ICO. Still left something in you for your needs,so that all that in crypto can be keep for long term investment.
Good luck saatin na sumali.

Grin
169  Local / Altcoin Announcements (Pilipinas) / Re: [ANN] SmartRE: Fractionalized & Insured Real Estate Platform on: August 27, 2017, 01:25:15 AM
170  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Parents disagree with MMO – Make Money Online and Bitcoin ? on: August 27, 2017, 01:16:35 AM
In a way I can understand your parents. They probably think your only story should be school and education and not making money. Obviously they don't much about cryptocurrencies and Bitcoin but they have probably heard some bad stories abou scams, money laundering and dark markets so like majority of parents they think of worst first.
Try to talk to them and convince that you are not doing something illegal. Some good articles and videos about Bitcoin might also help.
As long as your not letting your studies off then parent's should not be worry. Unless you had failing grades then better  focus more on studying. Or maybe your family thinks that they can sustain your needs.
171  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I cash out my BTC now? on: August 26, 2017, 03:56:37 PM
Some users came to temptation to sell their coins these days because the price went down below 4000$ but my suggestion is not to sell unless you need the money. Thre is no need for panic selling, this is temporary correction and part of normal process but further dump it's not expected. Just the oposite, I think that in the upcoming priod the price will go up.
I'd been thinking of it too, there's no need to rush especially if we don't need money yet. It's better to keep it as a in investment. It is good to hold for it will rise more in the new few months . See how it increases in just a month.  Cash out only when you need money and only btc can be the source to.
172  Local / Altcoin Announcements (Pilipinas) / Re: [ANN] Kairos:The first artificial intelligence driven Exchange Traded Fund [ICO] on: August 26, 2017, 02:45:35 PM

175  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What things you want to Buy or Sell for Bitcoin ? but you can't! on: August 20, 2017, 03:06:54 PM
What things including digital goods or physical goods you want to Buy or Sell for Bitcoin but you can't do it. Share those digital goods or physical goods below!
For me i want to buy a house, gadgets, and motorcycle for my bitcoin. But i cant be assure that i can do that. So i wish after a few years in my staying or earning money with bitcoin i can afford that things.

You can even your just starting now ,just continue to do activities here, have some investment and masters trading by 1 to 2 years of holding on your earning you'll be able to buy those.
176  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fixed income with BTC trading? on: August 20, 2017, 03:04:29 PM

I want to generate a constant monthly gain. Is it possible to do this by bitcoin trading? So, can I just do this by dealing with BTC trading?
Are there any people among us who can make a living by trading in BTC?

Yes of course there is, for example my own, I get a monthly salary from bitcoin trading results and the results are more than enough
That's pretty great, having a monthly income from trading is what everyone is looking for in trading and only few people
can do that and they are those who are really taking trading as a serious job.

Honestly, I dream to be one of the people who earn like you.

I believe there is no fixed amount when it comes to btc. Though there might be a ranges werein it suits. If we do have a knowledge and have hold lots of alts we can guarantee earning since we can grab the opportunity to sell it depending on their value for we already have it on us.
177  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the other crypto currencies that exist? on: August 20, 2017, 02:57:04 PM
btc is the belief in some sense, but it doesnt solve real prolems, many altcoins can help to change the traditional instruction, there is need for existence
Yeah altcoins were created for a reason. If they survive their ICO then definitely it might have a potential to be known in exchangers as well it's project to be identified. It might have a good outcome and use after its project developed.
178  Local / Altcoin Announcements (Pilipinas) / Re: [ANN] 🌐 Spheris: Decentralized Application Marketplace on: August 20, 2017, 02:47:13 PM
179  Economy / Economics / Re: BTC as a national currency? on: August 20, 2017, 02:40:44 PM
So as far as we know BTC currency is growing wide, do you think there will be when it become a national currency? If yes, why?If not, why?
I think bitcoin should be international currency. Probably when most of countries are accept bitcoin there are will be some countries which do that.
It should be but will never be. Btc is not yet that popular and it doesn't use yet by any merchants. It will took lots of process to name it as a international  currency though it can be used internationally already for transaction payments.
180  Economy / Speculation / Re: Should I cash out my BTC now? on: August 19, 2017, 06:29:22 AM
Hi im still a newbie i dont have any bitcoins Smiley but for me earning is good and just just wait for bitcoin high so much of value . but its ok of u want to cash out if you have an emergency financial like paying bills . bt for me earn is good than for  my future money . Smiley

You are a junior member, And I think you have some earnings right now. I suggest you join on an altcoin campaign so that the salary will be much bigger compared to signature campaign available on services that pay BTC per week. We have the same ideology about holding Bitcoin, I'm always storing my earnings and wait for Bitcoin to pump and reach its peak price.
