1302  Economy / Gambling / Re: YOLOdice.com - fast dice game, play or invest, FAUCET, REFERRALS - JUST LAUNCHED on: December 22, 2016, 03:54:40 PM
Good launch. I like that you have live stats for the site . Especially for the investments. Live stats and % of return is very good I love the transparency. So far it is 3% per month. Better then some I have seen and you still new. So I wonder if this would grow in the future.
1303  Economy / Gambling / Re: [New Player vs Player] Blastabit.com [In Development, No house edge!, Dicing!] on: December 22, 2016, 03:46:57 PM
Good site and idea. It just makes me laugh when you say there is not house edge. Your house edge is the 1% withdraw fee.
Same as winning 0.99 on a 50/50 bet with 1 credit = 1.99 or you get 2 and withdraw 1.99 either way you get 1.99 form betting 1.
1304  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is there a good modified martingale strategy? on: December 22, 2016, 03:14:31 PM
I have been trying out the martingale strategy for dice but was wondering if anyone has a good modified martingale strategy or any other ideas to try.

To try what ? Win ? How ? There is no such strategy. There is no strategy at all infact. There are no special calculations or strategies or ways to win.
There is nothing you can do to gain an edge. All you can do is hope and pray you win.
1305  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does the location affect when we gamble? on: December 22, 2016, 03:11:41 PM
I still wondered after watching one dice gambling tips on youtube. she suggested to use a vpn American countries. Do you think the state and affect our current location to gamble? , please give your opinion

Well that is really a good point, still i dont think that it can affect your gambling activities even if you use vpn of american countries. The thing is, as far as i know, they are random and have some limits on gambling. So how did they suggest that we must use Vpn of American countries? I think it is just their luck that they win with that vpn and told us what they have achieved out of it.

Why did she say that ? How does she justify saying what she says and how is she qualified to make such a statement. Why would location change anything ? Also you say this is a good point he made. In what way is this a good point ? It is like saying if I gamble without my keyboard plugged in would I win ?

What is all this talk ? My wallet is synced fully and working fine. Transactions work well. I like the idea of alt coins having faucets.
I think it does nothing but good for the coin. More Devs should do that.

Ya I have no idea. Even the dev has put a bounty up for someone to go through the wallet and remove anything harmful and add some graphics to the wallet so I have no clue. Probably just like you said, wallets fine. Def watching the thread Smiley Hope your doing good btw Daffadile, site will be back online in next few days btw Smiley

Yea i'm doing well thank you and yourself ? Well I have no idea how to do that with a wallet otherwise I would. Even if you want to learn it is very difficult to know where to begin. I just hope snowflakes has some value and I am not wasting my time collecting snowflakes Sad

1309  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] [UPDATE] [ENGLISH] GOLF Golfcoin V2.0 New Chain + Reimbursements on: December 21, 2016, 09:06:36 PM
50% premine and what has it got to do with golf ? Nothing that is what. Just running out of ideas.

I like hitting balls with sticks!!

I like hitting balls with sticks, with the intention of getting it into a hole, many metres/kilometres/miles away!!!

But truth be told, I absolutely suck at the game...

Will this crypto currency make me a better golfer?

I will watch this coin with intent, if it ups my game, then I'm all for it

I think the coin works like XP and you unlock better skills and stuff. Soon you will be a grand master. xD
1310  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] CUBICORE - SCRYPT hybrid PoW/PoS on: December 21, 2016, 08:56:16 PM
Devs get lazier and lazier to write ann's.

I am amazed that people even interested to mine this rubbish.

Obviously there will be a huge premine and for that reason dev do not post any detail.

I agree but I checked the source briefly on GitHub No-Premine which is very weird.... DigiCube, DigiCore *Nah Too Obvious* CubiCore *Just Right*, Scrypt, I smell anon spots Cheesy

https://github.com/cubicore/cubicore/blob/master/src/main.cpp#L1004

Also checkout that Genesis Message Cheesy https://github.com/cubicore/cubicore/blob/master/src/main.cpp#L2519

Also the Devs never come back to check on their project or answer any questions. They just sit back and wait like a get rich quick scheme.
No imagination at all. Why even put up mining pools ? I Guess it is so people can have freedom to do what they want even when it is a bad idea.
1311  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Video Game Vouchers - ForkNote for Video Games! on: December 21, 2016, 08:41:23 PM
I sincerely apologize for making this look confusing and will try to summarize it below.

What I forgot to explain is that if you know a friend who has a video game he does not want anymore, you trade a video game voucher for that video game. If you don't want any of your video games, you trade them for VGVs that you can then trade with someone else, rather than trading one video game for another and risking the guy saying no to the game you offer just because he isn't interested. This coin is meant to fill a void.

Oh ok I understand now. Clever idea. I think it is best suited to console gamers then it is to pc gamers because of cd-keys being bound to the account. Also single player games do it too. What about the value of the game though ? That is the thing you need to think of as well.

With pow halfway done it looks like the pos blocks have eaten almost 500k coins from the pow blocks. If everyone keeps staking I think we might end up with less than 8 million coins when the pow switches to 0.1 per block.

What's the best way to hold my coins in my wallet to get the best stake rewards?

To be honest leaving the wallet offline for 10 or so days then onlining it for a few hours until it stakes and taking it back offline. You can age your coins a max of 45 days. Larger inputs of course = larger stake.

Wait, I dont get it. y do I need to do that?
If they offline I get nothing 4 them Right.

Your just not allowing it to stake as soon as possible. and as the coins weight increases so does the reward.. Sometimes you will stake while your syncing though so :/ .
Coins that have a fixed xxx coins def leave them on so they can stake the very second its possible. and fixed reward coins you want to find that sweet spot that puts you like 1.2x netweight and have as small of inputs as your weight allows. some fixed coins you can stake 200k a day when others have only staked 5k.
start a second instance of your wallet to a different data dir and throw it a few coins and turn it off a few days and then check the minting tab to see if they aged or not Smiley
if you don't feel safe or just like nah, i understand. If your pc is on 24/7 might as well have the wallet going to Smiley

Have a good one

I don think i like this fixed reward coin thingy. I don't even know why I bought this tpay coin. Im so stupid sometimes. good explanation man. you rock.

*giggle* silly boy. How much Tpay do you have ? You must use coin control sometimes it only takes 5 days to stake sometimes 8 it you need to add a little more each few blocks if you want to retain the same speed.
1314  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to Turn Gambling into a Profitable Activity on: December 21, 2016, 05:59:10 PM
You can't unless you very lucky or you do betting. But betting is like horse racing and things, I would say betting is high risk where you can win and come up on top but it is not easy and you need the know how and patience. Gambling is random.

1316  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: December 21, 2016, 05:54:52 PM
The casino wants you to gamble ! The casino loves you ! They design it so you want to play more, I am sure they do alot of psychological research.
WHy people think they can win I will never know. MAybe they think they luck or they very desprate but it actually makes things worse.
1317  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Play with your profit or not? on: December 21, 2016, 05:49:18 PM
Never gamble your profits. It will always end in loss since you won't know when to quit and you will get greedy. I know this since it happens to me ^^
It happens to the best of us. That is how casinos make money. xD
1318  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you feel shameful for being a gambler? on: December 21, 2016, 05:38:12 PM
Go guys!
In many cultures and countries is gambling consider as a bad thing which only the poorest and silliest ones do. Many gamblers try to hide that they gamble from their friends and families and feel really shameful for that. Do you consisted gambling as a bad thing? Do you feel shameful or proud for being a gambler? If it is shame what you feel what do you about it? How do you hide you're a gambler and who do you hide it from?
Let others know!

When I was addicted I did. Because I was an addict and instead of saving and being clever with my money I went and I gambled the lot away.
Trying to gain it back is an endless cycle since you win it back but get greedy and try win more and then end up losing it all and you even further in debt ?
1319  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Would you gamble your (or your child's) school fund? on: December 21, 2016, 05:34:42 PM
Well, I would say that I did this back in 2014. My mother already deposited all the money I need to pay for school for the year and also some allowance for my daily needs. I gambled around half of it on NBA odds. I lost that half. So I lived on really cheap food and really avoided buying anything. I even tried to avoid buying things I need like books just to save money. Was a gruesome year for me, luckily I got through. Wouldn't do that again.

How bout you guys, would you do it?

I wouldn't it is not worth it. After hearing you story I certainly will never do that. It will depress you and you will blame yourself and oh no ! It is just dreadful ! I feel bad for you but I am glad it is over. Please never ever do that again ? It really is the best for you. Goodluck with life I hope you well.
