yes , what you said is partly true but if you are hungry to the point of sickness you will have to sell all your BTC because this is just my suggestion you can wait for the price to go up then sell some to spend then wait to buy only cheap. what i tell you if you are an experienced trader or you find a stable job enough to live on and then you just hoard it long term and don't sell any coins you are holding?

The future of cryptocurrency is really not debatable I guess, but people are impatient and get nervous when Bitcoin doesn't increase 10% for a week or two. I am optimistic that the second half of the year could be a bullish one. I don't have specific indicators or evidence for that, but we might see another run towards the last quarter of the year. Maybe not another ATH for Bitcoin, but some price action and I hope the right direction!  Looking from the past market movements, it takes some time before we see new ATH and that's keeps on repeating itself, most of the time those imaptient people who thinks that cryptocurrency is their gateway to become rich are the one who losses their money since fear cause them to panic. For me, When I was started it seems that in crypto world is not an easy way to have profits because of an online procedure and no controls. But then again when I know how to handle specially on Trading or in bounty program and that's the reason I started to earn.
For me crypto is a second income after working in the office, I spend about 2 hours a day observing crypto that has good potential, so many things have changed in my life after knowing crypto. I think the strong dependency of alt coins on the bitcoin market comes from the close interaction from the traders. Most investors and traders who hold alt coins also own bitcoins. That means if we are selling bitcoins we will likely also sell our alt coins. It is human nature to be afraid, so if we are afraid to lose money in bitcoins we are also afraid to lose money with alt coins. It is very unlikely that we are selling bitcoins and put all the money in alt coins during a downward trend. Both still working alongside and there's a big chance that in each market movement for bitcoin it will affects the sentiments of alts, if fear is being felt around bitcoin then expect that the same thing will happen to alt community, as like what you mentioned most bitcoin investors are also alts coin investors. |

Actually, if the project is really good, it will be very profitable where you can buy it at a low price and resell it at a high price. it all depends on the project, whether the project is a success or not. that makes it difficult because we have to really choose which projects are good to invest in. I think there are still some really good projects to follow, we can see from the team as well. investing in an ICO is indeed quite risky, therefore I advise you to be careful in choosing projects to invest in.
Timing is very important, if you are lucky to buy it from the pre-ICO price then the coin managed to list in any exchange, your chance to collect good amount of compensation is very high.
