921  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: COCK FIGHTING: COVID-19 health protocols violators, caught on: September 01, 2020, 01:23:07 PM
Most of these people are in the poor sector, without money and food to eat, and the stress being bored all day due to the quarantine protocols. People find ways to entertain themselves, only satisfying their cravings to wager their last cash only to enjoy. Those kinds of people are compulsive gamblers.
You are bored but has no Food in your table to eat but you will entertain and risk the last money in your pocket?

This is a Pure BS mate, and i will never give consent in this kind of behavior.

Why not instead of gambling use the last money they have to at least try to make Small business ,Like selling some cheap foods so
they will earn at least than losing the Money in gambling as we know that one needs to lose for another to win.
922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can Crypto be more valuable than gold? on: August 30, 2020, 04:25:10 AM
Gold has always been a safe haven for investors in turbulent times. If you look at the gold price in the last month then it's pretty obvious that gold always rises in times of crisis.
Most of investors always find ways to divert their money, it's simply being applied when the crisis rises up most invest their money to gold for much safer keep.

The same thing happened in 2008 during the world financial crisis.

Indeed. It's been this way and it's keep repeating the same situation.

I think if you compare the current value of all the gold on the planet to the value of cryptos than gold is still miles ahead at the moment.
That doesn't mean it can't change in the future though.

We don't have that guarantee in the future but we never really know what bitcoin can bring.
923  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: August 30, 2020, 04:05:08 AM
After three days off, the 2020 NBA playoffs resume Saturday when the Milwaukee Bucks face the Orlando Magic.
Where does everything stand in the league now? And what's the latest on what will come next - both for this season and beyond?
Here's everything we know and don't know as games are set to start again: https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/29761983/what-know-know-nba-playoffs-restart
Well, the match between Bucks and Magic is done.

Very well done by Bucks.

118-104.

We have Bucks vs Heat for tomorrow.

Also the game between Houston and OKC and Lakers vs Blazers, moving now to the next stage of this playoffs. Hopefully this all done now
in terms of this silent protest and the boycott will be out from the league.
There's incoming game between Clippers and Mavs, another great series to watch out, either it can be finished by Clips tomorrow or Mavs will try to extend it to final game 7.
924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bull run is coming? on: August 19, 2020, 04:27:32 PM
I think it's just slightly bull run for now but it's a good sign and about the high activity on binance exchange seems people are slowly adopting cryptocurrency so this means the market will grow and we will witness the real bull soon.

The good thing is the recognition from more possible investors, with such reports we will expect more people to get involve to this
investment currency and for sure we will see more active strong run will comes up.

Bull is already showing the sign, with more tries to break new level from time to time, for now we are seeing the glimpse of the
possible turned around of this investment, keep the positive vibes.
925  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: How to mine Altcoins using VPS? on: August 17, 2020, 05:18:08 PM
Hi everyone! I would just like to ask if anyone of you here already experienced mining altcoins using VPS?

I currently have VPS in Digital Ocean. I know that you can mine certain altcoins using VPS, but I don't know which ones. Also I don't know what is the process. Which is the best one to mine right now and what are the precautions one should take when mining using VPS. This is because I've read somewhere that mining using VPS will cause your VPS account to be banned. How do I prevent it? And also what are the best practices to do when mining using VPS. And which VPS services are the best for this kind of purpose.

I will really appreciate your answers.

Have you tried mining IDENA? IDENA mining does not require a very high CPU, I think it will be safe to avoid getting banned. all you have to do is download the wallet, pass validation for the first time, then you can mine IDENA.

For testing he can do this, not sure if he already tried it but since all of you are wearing IDENA signature it's best to
try mining this coin, you already mentioned that this coin does not required high cpu so by passing the validation of
your wallet you can go and mine this coin.
926  Economy / Economics / Re: Government+cryptocurrencies on: August 17, 2020, 04:04:49 PM
I don’t have time to be looking up to the government or waiting for them to do things for me or provide jobs, they can never provide or favor the whole citizens, so I stopped relying on them and created my own business. The government for sure, and if you enter there you’re 90% likely to be corrupted. I have seen who start out good and once they get into politics they start playing all those dirty games.
This is the right attitude and if the majority of people had it then we will have a smaller government that was responsible with their fiat currency and we will have a stronger economy because of it, unfortunately that is not the world in which we live, as time passed people have become over reliant on the government and instead of trying to solve their problems themselves they ask the government for help and governments are happy to oblige because they know this increases their power over the long term.

That's the problem, it's created a situation where people  gives the political leaders a good chance to stay in power and corrupt the government, people shouldn't be relying that much and they should deal with this situation on their own. If we wanted a good governance we should start governing our own self.
927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coinmarketcap's New Feature "Earn" on: August 16, 2020, 04:08:28 PM
After adding DeFi page they have added this, we will see more interesting features after this i hope they can take care of abuse so many people are abusing something that gives free money.

They will for sure, Binance already handling this site, expect much tighter securities in this kind of earning opportunities.
Even there's no KYC  the chance that they will implement additional ways to counter those people who will attempt to
abuse this promotions that they are offering.
928  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲EarnBet.io - $50 FREE Bitcoin Sign Up Bonus Right Now! 🎲Provably Fair 🎲BTC ₿ on: August 15, 2020, 06:44:37 PM
Yes I like the new staking system as well.  I got some of the big payday that was at the beginning of August 😊
I have BET token I get it from wagering on your platform when it was called EOSbet.io this is EOSbet right? Before I visited the site from time to time to claim dividends but now I didn't know that I can now stake my BET token but I think it's much better to have this kind of option so it's like an investment or something.

If I knew it much earlier, maybe I already finish the week or the months of staking, it's quite good especially if you are not doing anything with your bet tokens, staking and wait till the time period was ended gives holders the very big opportunities to earned while holding this coin.
929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Bounties (Altcoins) / Re: LEDU STRAIGHT UP SCAM , DID NOT PAY FOR BOUNTY MANAGMENT on: August 15, 2020, 06:27:17 PM
I was about to send the tokens but ETH gas price is too much at the moment. https://ethgasstation.info/

I am waiting for the gas price to low down as you know I am paying the fee from my own pocket.

Understandable BM. and if it's possible you can also cut some portions of my rewards I'm willing to help you with this fees.
930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coinmarketcap's New Feature "Earn" on: August 14, 2020, 05:13:54 PM
Do they require KYC? If so, I guess they won't get anyone to participate in their learn and earn program or will get very low amount of submission. I have checked the coinbase program long ago but since they require KYC, I gave up. Anyway, good to see the changes there.
Upon checking, they don't require KYC. correct me if I am wrong,
KYC was not discussed on how you can earn tokens and I think this is a good thing if they don't require it. They also include that every coinmarketcap account is only allowed to participate once.

And you also need to have Band wallet in order to continue to the Quiz to have the chance gaining the 10$ band tokens.
Though in that particular video learning what Band have to offer to this industry is already a good thing to begin with
CMC is now showing it's competitiveness bringing such kind of offers, hope to see more after the succession of this first
project that they've featured from the site.
931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: So every dead project that adding "DeFi" to its name, pumping 100000% ? on: August 12, 2020, 09:39:51 AM
The fastest way for scammers to make money in crypto space was ICO and now that ICO is no more they will use any means necessary to get their job done, and now that DeFi projects are becoming successful scammers will definitely use them

Scammers find ways to join the ride, what do we expect even dead project like what OP said will attach and use
DeFi for them to trick investors, and now the hypes is really being followed by traders, it's now the hyped around
this market.
932  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: GAMBLING SITE INVESTMENT on: August 11, 2020, 06:24:27 PM

This link is really helpful thank you, Well I guess I should think more and carefully make a decision before investing to any gambling site.

You always should. This investment is passive if you have a long patience inside you, in any moment whales can cash out a huge amount and will affects the house and your entire bankroll.

Better to seek for more ideas and more observation, if you are sure enough then joining  will be free to go.
933  Economy / Speculation / Re: What will you do when Bitcoin reach$20k? on: August 07, 2020, 11:57:41 AM
I have a certain price in mind but while I hold it I just hope I could use it.

It feels like it is better if I can just use it to buy things that I wanted to not sell it for me to be able to use it. Either way, I would just reinvest most of that if that price was ever reached.
Well, for now, I can only think about holding, or using according to my needs. however, we didn't know the potential of bitcoin at the time. if bitcoin price hits another $ 20k this year or 2021, the real decision will probably be taken when bitcoin hits that price.

For sure, it can be decided once you already seeing the actual price, the hypes of 2017 makes a lots of people gain wealth from
this market. They get a lots of money out from holding and believing from this assets.

Maybe end of this year or the next following will be the test if we will see that range again.
934  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading guides,books,articles whatever on: August 06, 2020, 03:47:32 PM
Hello, do you have any ebook, article, blog, person, whatever that has to do with good advice for trading and you want to recommend? Thank you

You should find a lot of free resources about trading on the internet. I recommend starting with babypips website. As far as I know that walks a beginner all the way to knowing quite a bit about trading and markets (especially forex). Now.. trading is not about theory and even if you read all the books and articles on the internet you might still lose money. It is more about practicing and learning from your mistakes. Ultimately your goal is to get "in sync" with the market. Some traders can literally feel the pulse. Wink
I agree with your point. Every field in the world requires practical knowledge much more than the theory knowledge of books, papers etc. Reading books can make you familiar with all the terms, definition and other knowledge but it doesn’t improve your skills, instinct and other practical skills. For that you need to observe the market, try new things yourself and get disappointed or face some losses before you can learn a couple of things. Everything has a rhythm and you need to get familiar to that rhythm of trading and investing by dancing along with it.

Focusing with your understanding in every books or videos that you read and watch, then apply it when you are already inside the platform, in your first attempt expect that things won't be that easy for you, chances that you'll lose is very high though with the help of those handouts that you read you'll be able to minimize your loses and continue to proceed facing the next chapter of your trade.
935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is 5 years old today! on: August 05, 2020, 02:03:11 AM
I'm glad to know that ethereum is halfway a decade to show it's legacy and continuing it's good performance in the market.

Yeah right, halfway to a decade and still we seen more progress, the developing team are continuously working
and bringing nice updates for this project.

For me, it's the second most successful coin of cryptocurrency next to bitcoin in terms of popularity and also volume trading in the market, the coin that is always the second to bitcoin.

It's shown from the market that this coin still holding the the second spot, we will continue to see more from this coin for sure.
936  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 5 mistakes to avoid when investing in Crypto on: August 03, 2020, 07:19:48 PM
The most hype projects are the most dangerous projects a newbie can invest on, presently DeFi projects are trending big so newbies should be aware and ready to do good research on new DeFi projects before spending a penny on them

They'll be safe if they will do all necessary research before investing, it's a must and very important  so they are not jumping that quick without any knowledge about the investment that they are participating with.

Investing in cryptocurrency is high risk because too many fraud projects and all you need to remember is trust no one. Don't follow the hype of project if you don't understand anything about the project.

Very True, never to entrust your investment you need to work with your research from that point you'll be able to pick the right project for you.
937  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Cartesi coin future ???? on: August 02, 2020, 02:49:36 PM
I see Cartesi has a pretty good future, this is a project that runs for online game lovers. Of course this has a wide market, with online gaming events that gave prizes in the past few months which attracted a lot of attention and participation is good.

It will bring gamer to understand this industry, this collaborations have a potentials to grow more from this market so the chance is really
high for this coin.

Cartesi has also been listed in a large exchange. In history also continues to increase.

Part of the advantages is to have a good exchange, if the team will maintain this and not being listed, more investors will join
and starting investing to this project.
938  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Some gamblers have been arrestes in Bangladesh for money laundering through btc on: August 01, 2020, 02:26:58 AM
I sometimes sell BTC in local market through the help of some facebook group. I never felt that I am in risk but for the first time, it seems like we are actually risking ourself a lot of by selling BTC to unknown. What if they get a trace of ourself and link us with such transactions? Would we be also get punished? For your info, we had to use our mobile number to continue dealing.
As long as you are not doing anything illegal, I don't think you can get arrested that easy.

Yes, if you are not doing any illegal thing with your crypto, then you are good to go.

As far as the law in my country, using Bitcoin is not protected by the government and it's not banned.

That's the important thing, if isn't illegal from your place then there's no chance of punishing you if you are not doing anything that against the law.

It means that if something happens when you are using Bitcoin, you will not be protected at any kind, it's not that you will be arrested by using Bitcoin. Unless the law of Bitcoin is different in your country?

You have to determine this thing, you have to understand the risk and make sure that you fully understand everything from this system.
939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sometimes late bounties can still pay rewards on: July 28, 2020, 08:43:48 PM
But after two years, does the price worth it for all the wait? Cause I know if they need to delay simple things like distributing bounty then that isn't a good project. The price must have fallen sharply after all years waiting.

The real risk after receiving is finding that the actual value of the coin was already been dumped completely, if there's some projects who gave some good value, it's rare and it's really a big luck for those hunters to get a well deserved rewards.

Late bounties that gave this kind of opportunities really things positive to those who patiently waiting.
940  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: It's ok if your profits are less on: July 28, 2020, 08:29:35 PM
~
I could've stopped thinking too negatively when I was day trading if I got the return of at least a cent.  Grin
As a beginner that day, a small profit is already a satisfaction knowing that you're doing it right but meh I've traded Cardano , ETH, and other top alts in Binance and I don't seem to get it right.
As long as there's progress and you are learning from each trades that you made, small profits is considerable. Inside crypto market there are many obstacle and you always at risk, so those who can get small profits and minimized losing their investment are contented with the outcome of their business.
