1301  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 291.2409 BTC for a 0.0001 BTC transaction . on: April 27, 2016, 02:02:00 PM
I don't understand how this could happen. I would argue that this is likely to occur due to incorrect Input do should they write 291 BTC bTC to the intended recipients and 0.0001 BTC is for shipping, he was entering it in the wrong place. If this is the case then that person could be experiencing depression severe enough and most likely he'll do silly stuff because of the way he did.

One the worst error in btc error Smiley this is the only explanation Cheesy !

and worth to invest here?

At first glance it looks legit?

It looks like crap! Roll Eyes

From their faq....

1306  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Stolen BITCOIN From BLOCKCAIN Wallet on: April 20, 2016, 06:28:55 AM
Best answer is Jade answer....
JADE FROM BLOCKCHAIN

Hello, and sorry to hear about this. You may have some type of malware on your computer that resulted in your funds being stolen, because your private information was somehow obtained. One of the most common types of these are browser extensions posing as bitcoin price tickers that are actually stealing your account information. There's also the possibility that you visited a phishing site posing as blockchain.info. Scammers send out phishing emails all the time posing as big named companies with the intention of stealing your login credentials. Using TOR to connect to your wallet could also result in a malicious exit node tricking your connection into appearing encrypted, but they are secretly stealing the information without you knowing.

The bitcoin network is designed to make chargebacks impossible. Blockchain.info never has access or control of a user's bitcoins in any way. This means we have no power to stop or reverse a transaction for you. By design, Blockchain.info never has access to users' accounts or bitcoins (more details here: https://blockchain.info/wallet/how-it-works). If you keep your password and private key backups secure, then your bitcoins are safe with blockchain.info. Since this information has been compromised, be sure to never use this wallet or addresses contained within it. I'd also highly advise against using the same password again. Sorry again that you had funds stolen from you. That certainly must be an extremely frustrating experience.

well you was unlucky but  I think it's your fault Sad
1307  Economy / Speculation / Re: 100 bitcoins. Will I be a millionaire by 2020? on: April 19, 2016, 09:11:02 AM
The bitcoin will be worth a lot in that year but not such a lot if I'm honest I think it will be around the 1,5k dollar price and not higher.
The 100 bitcoins is worth a lot in that year but the fact is that the bitcoin needs to be worth a lot more to do make you a millionaire.

i think, price bitcoin is going to be much more that what it is right now but to reach a ridiculously high price i think it is not possible.
Basically he's hoping for a minimum $10,000/BTC.

Not going to lie, that is a ballsy choice and I'm not sure if it would work out for him, but it might be possible if some miracles happen in the next 4 years.

That could happen if the bitcoin is adopted by mass. It will increase value very quickly if you can use it in Ebay.

If you have a credit card linked with an exchange , or a virtual credit card reloadable with btc you can spend your coins every where in every place as a normal flat currency....

1315  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is happening to BTC price? on: April 17, 2016, 07:23:54 PM
The Bitcoin price is now around this time stable, and that is not that bad now but it can be better because there are a lot of people that is waiting for a price increase.
But I personally think that the value will be more worth in the future so they can sell it later with some huge profit.

I do not wait for the bitcoin price rise. I just want it to be used more and more. The price will rise as a result.

Well basically these are two very same things. Just like you said, the more people are aware of Bitcoin and are finally using it. It's value in turn will increase. The price will be a bit stable if this happens i guess..
Nothing happened for the previous two weeks, the price was stable, but seeing the last few days you can see a gradual price rise, all indicates there there is sure a huge prise rise. If that happens automatically users will get attracted towards bitcoin..

I do not like the price to rise too quickly. If the price just rise 1% a week, it is good for the mass adoption.
Nope if price rise by only one percent we can't see more users joining the forum, indeed if bitcoin price goes very high during halving and provides big profit, only then we can see mass adoption.

If the price rises 1% a week, that is 67% a year. That performance is much better than achieved by Warren Buffet.

yes absolutely true... because every week you get % also on past earnings...
I think a slowly rise is really nice to see... Don't you?
