They don't instate any rules after you have your funds in their hands and you are at their mercy. It is really frustrating and having to wait nearly 43 hours now for a response from them and was informed that when I asked to get an answer from their security department but right now it was "outside their business hours." They don't have anyone available to do anything right now about it so I have to wait an additional 15 hours until they get back? And what! If this happened on a Friday night I would have to wait until Monday morning THEIR TIME to have this resolved? Why would that be my concern about getting access to my account withdrawal resolved?!

If I knew that they can deny a players winnings after they win with coming up with this farce of a operating of a casino sportsbook, then I would of placed my bets with another online sportsbook like DirectBet and not have to worry about about if my bet will win and on top of that having to worry about if it will even be paid after the fact.

It is still in their holding period so they say for 48 hours. Their reviewer is now asking me about some random things that do not pertain to my account in question. So I do not know what more there is to say until that time has expired which has been over 32 hours now.
As for the nonsense that you say that I have been writing: I knew it was going to happen with more stalling tactics with them not allowing me to withdraw from the account so that is why I said in the first place they do not want to pay out their customers and removed any incentive for them to deny me that.

Don't believe in this casino there are many others that don't try and con 16mbtc out of the pocket of their customers. Don't encourage this sort of behavior the way they are treating their honest clients.

Have tried email but now they are saying more things that do not concern me.
Even trying to not pay me for the promotion that was held during Dec 30th-31st saying that my bet does not qualify when it actually does because it was the very first bet (and the one that was the most mbtc wagered out of the ones that they say were placed during that time period) that was on Dec 30th when the EPL promotion just started. Then I placed 3 other bets after that and they come up with saying that multiple bets do not qualify. They come up with the silliest excuses of any casino that I have ever encountered to not have to honor their own rules.
Even at the beginning of last month when they ran the same promotion for the NBA I had to follow up with them to see why I didn't get the amount refunded back on a bet (same money back promotion). It was not automatic like it should be. Doing this was a complete waste of my time and should of not have to come to them a basically beg them to pay me for my money back under their very own promotion after they see they are wrong!
They just don't want to pay out their customers and rely on the bettor to miss or forget about a bet so not to have to pay them. This is a devious method of operating a business. And on the land of cheating out your customer base!

It seems that they held my funds just for this reason because as their review department that they had my account looked at by them knew that I was into taking high-risk bets from my previous parlays that I have done. And was counting on me putting it all on several parlays.

The other one was for 150mbtc with only one game off by 2 points with a 2 second shot at the end. All other games won and would of had me at 1.25b.

You will more than likely win that bet because the odds are very high for the Raptors to have a win when I placed my bet it was 3.08. So very unlikely that they will win but you never know if they come out the gates scoring in record numbers then they might just pull off the win in San Antonio.
I put some money on the Spurs to win though with the rest of the favorites for tonight.

Ok great to know that they grade bets very fast because I have had numerous problems with getting my bets graded and at times had them in pending for 14 hours after the games results have been given then had to contact support to clear them. Even promotional offers are very difficult to get from them and have to show proof time and time again to even get them to give me that back.
